      ** ***** ** ** *** ** ******* **** ******* ** *** **** **** **** ********* I paid for a parking spot for one hour ***** ******** * ****** ** *** ********. Upon leaving I found a ticket on my windshield for $100 ($50 if I pay within 7 days) that was issued 4 minutes after I paid for the ticket. I emailed the next day with a copy of the receipt from my credit card statement showing I paid for the spot.
My claim was denied because one digit on my license plate was incorrectly inputted into the machine. I called to discuss it. It seemed completely unreasonable to me that I would be ticketed for something I clearly paid for? Their agent was robotic in her response claiming I owe the ticket because I made a mistake. But the point is, I PAID to use the parking spot!
I asked to speak to her manager. Was told the manager would not tell me anything differently. I wanted to speak to her anyways to express my complete and utter disbelief and dissatisfaction with them as a company. Put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told she is not available. It is not a municipal lot. It is a private company and they can make whatever exceptions they want. How on earth should I be ticketed $50 for a parking spot I paid for? ****** ******* ******* ** * ****** ****** ******* ************ *** ****** ** ** **** ********* **** ***** ******* *

      ********** ***** ******* ** **** ****.
Wound up receiving a $75 ticket in spite of making every effort to pay the daily fee through their mobile app provider which was continuously failing. They later blamed it on my android phone.
Appeals are useless - although I eventually got a payment to go through by borrowing someone's IOS device, I was still fined in spite of demonstrating all the efforts I'd made to pay since arriving at their parkade.
      My daily parking session wound up costing me well over the $13 I should have been charged, I was dismissed in the appeal process, *** **** ******** ***** ***** ***** ******* ** * ** * ***** ********** **** **** ******* ******* ** ** **** ****

**** ********** ** ****** I paid for parking using the app on Oct 10, 2023. I mistyped my plate number. I received a ticket. I disputed the ticket not knowing the cause as I had paid.
On November 15th, 2023 I received another parking ticket, but at this point, I still didn't know that the plate number was wrong in the app. I tried to call about the issue but it took dozens of calls before they answered the call. I was put on hold for more than an hour until their office closed. After several days I got through to them and they told me the only option was to dispute by email.
I received a response to my first dispute on December 4th, 2023 stating "...you did have a valid parking permit we have reduced your Parking Invoice to $25.00 administrative fee, $25.00 administrative fee to cover our costs for your error."
So they acknowledged that I have a valid parking pass but still tried to fine me.
I responded on December 4th, 2023 to the above stating that they had acknowledged that I had paid for parking, So i wasn't going to pay a fine in either incident. If they wanted to collect, they should bring me to court.
Yesterday, I received a collection agency notice on the second parking ticket. I called Precise Parklink to dispute the parking. They said there is no means to dispute, if I want to dispute I should bring them to court. I told them that I had disputed by email...she then said they don't read response emails and cited a line in the previous email that says, "Please do not reply to this email – any further questions can be answered by calling our payment line."
So, on the phone, they say "We don't handle disputes by phone, email us." then. when you email them, they say "We don't handle disputes by email, phone us."
      Awesome,
I have sent a cease letter to the collection agency telling them the fines are in dispute. We'll see how this progresses.

      VERY AWKWARD MACHINES.
Went through payment process, thought we had paid.
Received ticket and phone them to try to explain an attempt had been made. They wanted fine payment and threatened collection agency

I parked in one of their lots before going to a meeting. Their machine wasn’t working so I scanned the QR code and paid online. In a rush I frantically payed online because their machines stopped working ****** ****** ** **** *** ** ******** I payed for 9hrs but had no ticket to provide since it was online. I came back to a $100 ticket (or $50 if paid writhing 7 days of the issued ticket) because I didn’t display a ticket. I also found my license plate was off by 1 letter because of my rush. I tried calling and was put on hold then told to hang up. So I emailed to dispute the wrongful ticket and their email response was 15 days later. ** ***** **** ** **** ** ** ***** **** They denied the dispute because they stated “Your parking invoice was issued correctly. You failed to pay for the correct license plate” so they acknowledge I did pay to park there and I acknowledged I had an error in my license plate and sent proof I paid so they are making me now pay $39.00 on top of the $6.50 I paid to park the day of instead of $50 because I typed my license plate in wrong. I PAID ISNT THAT WHAT MATTERS. So now I have to pay $39 because I had a typo in my license and they couldn’t ****** ** check who’s payed online. **** ******* ***** *** ** ******** *****

I was shocked to receive a parking ticket ***** ******** ** ***** at WestPark Health Centre in North York on Christmas Eve. This facility is under construction and there were NO signs indicating that it was handicapped paid parking. On a subsequent visit I still could not find any signs indicating paid parking. After searching I was able to find one pay machine that would not accept anyone's credit card hidden behind a white sprinter van. I had to drive to another lot, get my ticket and come back. I send pictures supporting my claim (as they DO NOT answer the phone!!!) but got a too bad, so sad pay up email. ***** **** *** ****** *** ****** *** ** ******* ** ** ** ********* ***** ** *** ********** *** **** ***** *******

I received the notice on November 22, 2023 ** **** ************ in BC. I had paid for parking for the day. The lot that I parked at, I thought, was associated to the Visitor lot. This lot is directly behind and adjacent to the Visitor lot. There is a sign that reads: Facilities Management, Visitors, Exit, with arrows. I assumed that the arrows directed people where people were supposed to go. There is no mention on the sign about parking. In the front lot, individual parking space are marked for four hour maximum and there are individual posts in some spots. * ** *** **** *** ****** *** **** **** ** **** ******** **** *** ****** This was the first occasion that I found the primary lot full and I believed I was in a secondary visitors lot. ****** ******* *** I am beyond upset about a charge this company gave me because I inputted my license plate off by ONE letter. I paid more than $10 to park at City Centre to watch a movie and got a $74 dollar ticket. Their "dispute resolution" department (ONLINE only) reduced that to $7.50 (including a 2.5 dollar service fee). Asking the customer to do their job by using a machine and then charging them anything for an obvious error made is VERY POOR customer service. It's not a lot of money but I am very upset about this. ***** ********
