      I am very shocked and disappointed with your horrible customer service. Dec 21, 2023. I was at ************ Hospital parking meter ************. This parking meter is faulty, not accepting credit card payment. I called the customer service number. There is no option for paying on the phone nor paying online. The lady on the phone told me to go find another parking meter and pay over there. I told her there was no other parking meter around. I was told to go find another parking meter or not park over there. The reason I came to this particular parking lot was because I could not find parking else where. I had an appointment at the hospital I was already in pain, how do you expect me to go around the hospital looking for another parking meter. This is ridiculous, I have to get to my medical appointment, the parking meter is faulty and I am being told not to park there or go find another parking meter. Why was I being punished for your faulty equipment? This is very inappropriate behaviour on behalf of your staff.

      ******** *** ***** I had an issue at a local hospital. The parking machine wasn’t working. I hit the button on the machine and spoke to a very **** individual. I called the number on the machine and was met with the same **** service. I offered to pay for parking over the phone and they told me to go find another machine **** ** *** **** * ****** ****. There were no other machines. I got a ticket and then they refused to reverse it. I emailed their disputes and explained what happened. They refused and then charged me $75 on top of it. Be very careful when parking in any private lot run by Precise Parklink. ********

      My experience with this private parking agency was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite consistently paying for parking and having clear receipts, I found myself slapped with four unjust parking violations – conveniently absent from my windshield. When I discovered these phantom charges on their site( when paying for a violation that I acc made), I promptly disputed them, providing rock-solid proof of payment. Shockingly, my attempts at resolution were met with an eerie silence, leaving me hanging. To add insult to injury, I was then pursued by a collection agency on their behalf. Forced to cough up an exorbitant $700 to salvage my credit record, this agency's utter disregard for communication, unjust fines, and resorting to collections paint them as a disgraceful, untrustworthy entity.       ******** *******, will not do business with them again.
      I parked downtown edmonton at 5:30pm. The maximum they would allow me was 2hrs. I paid through the link on their signs.
      When the time expired, I got a link on a text to extend the time which did not work. Then I downloaded the HONK app and made a payment through there.
      In the end I got a ticket because apparently I did not pay, I sent them a screenshot of the receipt but they seem to totally ignore it. They never acknowledged that I paid for parking.

      $175 parking ticket. Even city of Vancouver or any other parking companies due to not charge these absurd parking fees. If you do not pay in 7 days, receive another $100 overdue charge and then if you do not pay that, another $75 over due fee. almost seems illegal to be allowed to due this. They were completely unwilling to reply with answers back to my email except that it is a private parking lot. So are so most others. *** ****** ** *** ** *** *** ******* ********* ******** **** **** ** ****   Terrible unfriendly customer service. * ******* ** **** **** *******

      received a parking ticket and the company sent past-due notices to me. I responded by calling their customer service line and the automated response was to send responses by email to their claims department for dispute resolution.
      I sent them a copy of my paid parking ticket and described that I had keyed one letter in error on my plate but provided picture proof of my plate and thought this would get a response or cancellation of the ticket.
      They have now sent me notice they are going to send my ticket to credit collectors and paid no attention to my email proving I had paid for the parking.
      They either have bad internal communications or really don't care what I sent, and didn't bother responding. I will never deal with this company or use their premises ever again. What a poor example of customer service!

      This company has been contracted by my apartment building, since the machine was installed it has not worked properly, either the buttons don't work, won't accept coins or the tap won't work or all three, when you try to dispute an invoice, to be clear this is an invoice not a parking infraction is says this on there invoices put on vehicles, when you dispute an invoice because the machine isn't working they tell you the invoice is valid and needs to be paid and the decision is final, this is a terrible business practice and this company only wants money this is nothing but a money grab as they will not look into any disputes or fix their equipmemt & my building won't don anything about it

      I forwarded an email advising as follows: Please find attached two receipts for payment of parking - both for one week. I inadvertently put the wrong licence number in after paying for a one week pass. As a result came out to a ticket on my windshield....I then paid for another week's pass as I did not want yet another ticket. My correct Licence plate number is __ and I inadvertently put in ___ ... obviously confused as I was rushing because my mother was in hospital. It would be appreciated if you could reimburse me for the first ticket with the wrong licence plate number and cancel the parking ticket. They cancelled the $75 ticket however charged me $5.35 for Admin fees...I asked again to be reimbursed the additional $15.00 ticket puchased on the same day and they declined ... advising they could take the Admin fee out of the $15...they replied "unable to provide any further assistance regarding this appeal. The decision has been sent to you in previous correspondence and cannot be overturned." and charged me an additional $2.50 for a convenience Fee...how can they do this?
