      The design of their practice is governed with the “we are always right until you prove we are wrong”.
      I had the misfortune of parking in a site they oversee. I was ***** ******* ******** ******* seeking to pay for parking service while attending to appointments. Their qr-code led to a looping website. Thankfully a machine was provided and the process “seemed” straightforward.
      Lead ahead to post-appointment I found a ticket issued following payment. The process to dispute is difficult, but I fear this is by design. They provide threatening language should a person fail to pay but make the process difficult. I’ve filed a dispute but learned online that they even have required information over and above “proof of wrongdoing” which conveniently could lead to the dispute going nowhere *** **** ********* * ***** ******* ** ******** ********* ******* So I requested they fix their error and refund my payment for parking as their service model is flawed *** * **** *** ****** ***** ***** ** **** ******* ** ********* ********** **** ********** ******** *** ****** *** * ****** **** ******* 
      Modern parking practice is you pay, enter license and a system can determine if payment rendered. It’s simply but their process failed this basic and modern practice. They can learn from this and I hope they do as I can’t accept ensuring they do so for the greater good ** ****** ******* ******** *** *** ** *** * **** ** ***** ******* ** ********** ***** ** ****** a company with a flawed process to oversee whether payment has been made. Further their qr-code needs to be tested and ensure it makes sense to the general public.
      ***** ** *** ********* ** *** *** ********* ****** ** ** ***** ******* it doesn’t make sense and it’s ticketing *** ********.
      As noted in my email, which will take up to 7 business days at best to reply to, the $6 was acceptable but their actions are not.

      ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ****** So their meter says parking rates Mon to Sunday, 8:00am to 9:00pm $1.00 per hour or $5.00 max for 12 hours. I got a ticket for 10:30 pm and they claim there is no free parking however nowhere did it say there were additional charges, i even sent them a picture of their sign, now they sent me to credit bureau of canada collections! tickets were supposedly from 2019 and 2020 with no letter being sent to me either for failure to pay.

      I received a "PAST DUE" and assignment for collection activity notice in the mail in the amount of $119.75 without receiving (1) a prior invoice, (2)any indication as to what the invoice was for. When I called them, they said they had made an error and that the notice was cancelled. Is this a reputable company?

      The parking meter was broken making it impossible to lay minutes before the 6:00 pm cutoff where the sign suggested that evenings were free.
      6:39…. I get the ticket. I believe these ********* practices need to be stopped. Looking at the reviews it looks like many others are victims to similar bad business practices

      $3 fee to pay for a ticket. The person watchd me struggle to pay. I went to a bank machine to get money. He gave me a ticket. I wasn't even gone for 10mins.

      * ****** **** ****** ******* *** ** * * *** ****** ** **** *** *** ****** ** *******! En route to ****** **************** I inadvertently drove into the **************** at ********************** entrance instead of the lot right beside it which is free for attendees on Sundays. Seeing a closed gate requiring only charge card payment & no accessible exit to revert to, we pulled over & ran to the church. Instructions were: take ticket, enter & go to lobby with machine that takes following passcode to bypass payment. Elevator wouldn't go to lobby & after climbing a lot of stairs & setting off a fire door alarm we found it inaccessible because that building is closed Sundays. Realizing we had the wrong lot, we tried to get out. Exit gate wouldn't open without payment. Pressed the 'Help' button: 'Welcome to Precise Parking, we value your time, please hold, someone will...' Time was passing. We were already missing the ******** we'd come to see. The voice that eventually materialized said she couldn't open the gate without payment for any stay over 15 min. The ticket showed 20... We explained. No dice.She said go to the pay station by the elevators, where apparently we could re-arrange something. We reversed, re-parked the car & searched... perhaps the elevators she meant were in the lobby, which she had apparently no clue was unavailable...Walk back to exit. Hold, get different person, explain again. Time passing... Second person said give us your name, phone no etc then we'll let you out. Retrieve car, drive back to exit, hold, explain to Third Person, give contact info so "We may call you about the $2.75 you now owe". Finally released having missed the performance entirely, now wishing I'd given them the wrong contact info. If they call me, they'll get an earful.

      No signage showcasing term length maximums for mall stays @ City Square Location. They charged even when compliant. NOTE: Some business's within the mall only have 1:30 min validated instead of 2:00. This is not indicated anywhere, and don't take my word for it - please try looking. The manager of both businesses within the mall will tell you the same.

      **** ****** New parking initiated recently in a public lot containing ********* on 37th street SW Calgary AB. Not only was there no signage at my entrance point but I was there for 20 minutes and got a ticket for $74 if paid within the first 7 days 95 if paid after. My first and last time visiting that small shopping plaza. I called Precise Parklink and emailed to try to discuss the ticket, no response. When paying the ticket I had NO CHOICE but to agree to thier Terms and Conditions which included them doing pretty much whatever they want with my personal information. NOT ACCEPTABLE. How can a company be allowed to continue to operate if their practices are so horrific?? Do better Precise ParkLink, I hope anyone looking to hire you for their services thinks twice.

      I parked my car in *** and paid for the parking- $12 on March 17, 2023. As per the system, I was allowed to park from 8:30am to 6pm. Despite that, I found parking ticket at 1:15pm!!I sent them an email March 17. Followed up on April 19. Received a response on April 26 to share further details again!. I shared the details on the same day. Followed up on May 30, 2023 and finally on June 12, 2023 they came back to me stating- the parking ticket is correctly issued and also mentioned I paid for the parking ticket as I had proof. Apparently the system registered incorrect license plate number.
      How is my fault if the system made an error in registering the license plate number. I have given the right details since its my car!! I reached out to them again but instead received a mail from collection agency. * ****** *** ***** ***** ***** ***** ****. ****** **** I am not at fault and I refuse to pay for parking ticket twice!!
      Hopefully someone from Precise Parklink would reach out to me and have better sense of judgement soon

      ******** ....parked and register my car. System was sticky so got one of my numbers switched. Emailed them the confirmation email saying did register but one of the numbers got switched. They didn't void the ticket. Still had to pay $50 plus convenience fee of $3.00 ( $53.00) .
