      ******** ******** ******* *** ******* ********. They had a security guard in the lot who ‘helped’ us figure out the confusing machine and turned out he actually helped us pay the wrong amount so he could then give us a ticket. Tried to explain and appeal, offered to pay the correct amount as we always intended to, but was denied. Won’t be parking in a precise parklink lot again.

      I paid for parking and needed to add more time, however the meter in the lot would not allow me to add time until expired. I was unable to get back before the time expired due to being in a meeting and was issued a ticket.
      I disputed the ticket and pointed out the fact that there was an equipment issue and that I had attempted to extend the parking. The response was:
      "Upon review, the fine was issued correctly. YOUR PARKING RECEIPT WAS EXPIRED. The invoice must be paid within 7 days of today's date. This decision is final - Failure to pay within 7 days will result in the invoice going back to current standing.
      The fine was $50 if paid in 7 days or $100 past 7 days ($2 worth of parking) and now they have issued a collections notice for $175.
      Despite several efforts to continue my dispute, they are not budging, even though the issue was due to their equipment.

      Station was not working. Did not take credit card. Asked front desk. They said that they are having issues.

      I paid for parking at 8500 Macleod Trail SE Calgary.
      When I came back to my car I had a parking ticket
      The time of the ticket was a full 10 minutes after I had paid. The license plate matched my purchase ticket.
      I called the precise parklink number and I was treated like I was the one who had not paid.

      ***** **** ** *** * ***** **** ***** Location in Edmonton 103ave and 102 st. No sign about payable parking. When you get to level 2, again no sign if you park in the first 10 stalls. Only visible sign once you exist or if those stall are taken. I did contest my ticket and was denied because I did pay my fine. On the ticket it doe say send a copy of your proof of payment. I mist interpret that statement and touch I had to pay the fine in order to dispute it. I got denied right away regardless of the justificative picture I sent regarding the fact that payable parking is not visible until out of parking. Extremely poor customer service. I was not trying to avoid paying. I just had no clue it was a payable parking. Was informed by ***** ** I could park there. Nobody never mentioned it was payable and again no sign. I am an honest person and would’ve paid parking if I knew… just glad the 6 times I was there before never counted !

      Parked at London ON location, machine didn't work and sign above said something along the lines of a maximum 6am - 6pm. When the machine didn't print a ticket after 6 pm I assumed that it wasn't a paid lot after that. I disputed they emailed saying I should've tried a different machine pay the amount. I emailed back saying I'd like to speak to someone in person and never got a response. The number they provide to pay is RARELY answered I called for weeks and never spoke to anyone. Finally spoke to someone who called himself the manager and I explained and he said too bad you had a chance to pay its now 175$. Wouldnt hear my explanation or concede it could be misleading. I said i'd pay the 50$ that it was frozen at for 7 days after receiving the email he said no you had your chance. I said I wanted to speak to someone first and you guys never answer. I said I can email you screen shots of the dates I tried calling to prove to you I made several attempts and he said if youre not paying 175$ I can't help you and hung up on me again. **** * ***** **** * ******* ******* ** *** **** ******** **** ****** **** **** *** I will never park at one of their locations even if it means walking extra Ks... **** ***** ******* * **** **** *******

      My daughter was issued a parking violation for $ 50 initially even though it was their equipment that malfunctioned. (several people including my niece, were struggling with the machine that day trying to get it to work). I disputed the ticket and was denied by their collections team. Kept trying to call them to address the issue and could not get through to them via phone. Finally I spoke to them and agreed to pay the $ 50. However they wanted $ 100.00, tried calling them to address it and no answer. Now they sent me another invoice for $175. In the current economy, interest rate hikes, inflation and what's happening around us this company should be ashamed to have such hefty fines given it's their problem. **** ***** ******* ****** *** ******** ******** ****** ****** *** ***** ******** *** ** *** ***** **** ********* *** ** **** * ********* ******* ** ******* ** ***** ****** *** **** ** *** **** ** *** **** ** ******* My daughter who is in school finally paid $100 to avoid collection calls. ****** ****** **** ***** ******** *** ******* **** ********

      **** **** **** ***** ****** I agree with all the reviews here as even though there is a genuine mistake, they have one standard answer "Ticket was issued correctly" .
      I parked in visitor's parking in Condo and I made an error putting in License plate number by accidently switching second letter with third (For example it was supposed to be AYFZ123 and I entered AFYZ123. I sent them picture of purchase ticket and violation showing them side by side on same vehicle which they had picture in violation ticket explaining that it was genuine mistake and still they didn't budge. So I paid for 12 hours of parking including 53$ fine. ******* *** **** *** ***** ******* ** **** ***** * ***** **** *** ****** *** **** *** ***** ******

      February 2, 2023 parking rate $9.00 before 6pm ** ******* *********** *** ******** ******* ******** *** ***. I exited at 6:06 pm due to cars ahead of me in the parking lot and was charged an extra $9.00. When I attempted to obtain relief from the company they advised me that I would have been charged the extra $9.00 even if I was 1 minute late. I think it's the last part that really got my back up "even 1 minute late". **** **** ** ********* ** ** *****  Unfortunately *** ******* **** ****** * ******** ***** everything is electronic and cannot speak with anyone at the parking lot. It's difficult to argue with a computer. ****** ******** ******

      Paid for more than enough time at the hospital according to the time estimate on the appointment schedule. Due to the covid protocols at the time along with emergencies coming in bumping me back I was about an hour late in getting back to my car. Saw the person walking away after putting the tag on my car. Since the procedure I was having required gowning up with no clothing it was impossible to run outside and add a time extension in. Started getting the letters demanding payment and ignored them. The collection agency ( most likely owned by them ) sent several threatening letters saying that my credit rating would be affected if I didn't pay up and they would tow my vehicle if it was found in their lot. Last letter was an offer for the original amount of their tag. Didn't pay and nothing further.
