      It Takes forever to process and ship. If you need item asap I would suggest that you order it well in advance. I am worried it won't be with me before christmas. Even though I have been told it will be. My item still hasn't even shipped out. The staff seem to say whatever they can to get you to place your order, but this is the longest processing session I've ever had to endure for any item to ship from anywhere.

      I have had nothing but good luck except my first case worker didn't email me back at all when I had concerns but then I got a new one as requested and have had fantastic service.       I made an account with them years ago but backed out on buying anything ******* **** **** *** ***** ******** so I called their customer service and told them I don't want to be involved anymore and to delete my account.. So why is it that I still get emails and text messages being ******** to buy something after 5 years? I've blocked their numbers and continually unsubscribe from their emails but they still keep coming! ***** **** *** **** **** *** **** *****

      Ordered a sectional was to be delivered on Mon Oct 30 Received a phone call on Tuesday Oct 24 and asked if it would be OK to deliver today at 9 am Driver arrived at 9:45 am I thought great I was so looking forward to this,Driver came to me door and told me they will deliver to Bldg but not bring it upstairs 9 am a senior with medical problems and can not lift more than 20 lbs So I told them fine return it
      Phone customer service and told them what was going on and they said yes there would be a charge for that but could not tell me how much
      Nothing was mentioned about this when I made my purchase I check the invoice and nothing
      I told customer service that if this is the way they do things why was i not told at the start My apt # is on the invoice as **** which makes it obvious that it is in the 3 floor
      Very disappointed and will never deal with MDG again

      I have been a customer for years, I have been receiving multiple emails per week to make a purchase since I'm a valued customer. So I did, they had someone contact me to verify my order. Being a previous customer they said reordering would be easier. I sent them my updated banking information. They said that was not good enough I had to electronically verify my bank through a plaid system. The bank I deal with won't allow a third part company have access the way MDG does it. So I told them. They said the bank statement and void cheque I sent them did not look real. Which is odd because I sent them two different bank statements for the same account within a minute after talking with them on the phone. Again they would not except it. So I sent them an email indicating I was not happy with their service this time around. As they made me feel like a *******l. * *** *** **** **** ** ******** I also said especially since I've bought from them several times before the process was to be easier When I went back to check to make sure my order was cancelled as per my email. They have put a block on me to be able to access my account. Something is not right with this company anymore. It's broken. I will be informing my bank so no payment is removed by them.

      I had no issue on how you were collecting my bank information. My bank did they ended up cancelling my account and created me a new one because how you were trying to access my information caused their security to red flag you.When I explained this to your representatitive they set another red flag of to my bank. They asked me to get the bank to verify my information. Which the bank feels they did. This icaused another red flag with my bank. I supplied you with evrything manually as I have did in the past. The bank said you could have tried a trial run by taking 3 cents out right away like some other companies do to verify the account holder. I'm sorry I don't except your response. **** ****** ******** ******* ** **** *** **** *************** *** * **** ***** ********* *** *****. I will never buy from you again. And others are not going to either. I found the product for half the price at a local vendor. Funny you still send me emails trying to get my business. Don't you communicate with each other. My bank says there is a lot of back door frauds out there and that's why they flagged this transaction. This is the end of my communicating with you.

      **** *** **** *** ***** ***** **** ****. They first accepted me and told me payment will be deducted and then my order would be shipped out. I called them back a day later and told them that my bank card had some fraud done on it and the bank is going to issue a new card with in 2 to 3 business days they said ok call us back when you receive it, I did. When I called they said payment was pending ok so I waited over the weekend and then they told me that payment was declined and I said it couldn't have they said my account was closed **** * **** So I called back to speak to upper management they said why , excuse me maybe I could help My reply was no I'm sorry but I must speak to management hold 1 minute they said and disconnected me . I called back gave my information again they told me Since my payment was declined that I would have to wait 3 months after specifically talked and told the first gentleman what happened he said no problem .
