I do not know how many documents I must send to proof where I live? After everything they come and tell me sorry, we do not accept this and that. After the first payment was deducted. They really are giving me a hard time and ***** ** **** **** * *******l because all my mail goes to a po box number.MDG

**** ******* ** ** ******** **** *** ******* ** ** ******** ***** I just made my second purchase one of 3 through MDG and I was actually pleased with my first computer it was a ****** 23.5 inch screen desktop with a touch screen all in one. So that computer got broken *** ** * ************* and I purchased a second computer as they would not honor the guarantee on the computer. I finally get the second order as I'm opening the box I realize that this is absolutely not the computer that I already had. I called a Stacy answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that I could not send this computer back all sales are final! How *** **** is something final and you're opening the box and realize that it is not the same computer system. She told me it was an upgrade even though it's not a touch screen she told me it was an upgrade even though it doesn't have the disc DVD player on it she told me it was an upgrade even though the mouse doesn't work as it's supposed to it's not Bluetooth into my computer as the other one is! ****** ** *** *** ******** **** *** ** **** **** *** ***** ******** **** ** ***** ** ***** ******** How is it that you can make a purchase and it's supposed to be one thing and when you call them they tell you that it's too bad you can't return it even if it's not what you looked at online. It's pretty cool that you can get something when you need it. As long as you're working, but had issue with the TV has dark spots in the screen they ship a second one way better than the first one but still has spots in it. Probably why they're on clearanceMDG

I have ordered and received many things. No issues with anything until this last order. I ordered 2 phones. I live in Canada, MDG is Canadian. Didn't think I would receive American Phones. One is locked to a carrier in the states and cannot be used in Canada. The second also has American Protocols as it is American based. These will not work with Canadian apps or with Canadian support systems.
I have to jump through hoops to prove the issue. So at this moment still being told I will have to pay for their non usable products here in Canada.MDG

I purchased a washer to. E delivered, $150 and should arrive in 3-4 weeks and I will be contacted 1 or 2 days in advance. I was given 11 hours and no way to talk to **** ***** since I didn't have MDG info. And best buy did not care, more has MDG cared I had to take work off since it was not enough notice ** *** ** ******** ** ** ******MDG

I had a great experience with them, so I decided to purchase 2 televisions from them. When talking to a customer service representative, he stated that since I was a valued customer that I would receive a sound bar for each television for free. Well, it wasn't free and was also charged for to HD cable cords I didn't need or ask for. Called to speak to someone about it, and was told that the company doesn't do offers like that. Told her to go look at my original order and she could see that I didn't place those orders, but wasn't able to look it up. Mind you, that I was using my line of credit only and it was $1,300, and that's it. But end total was $2,100. I'm paying $800 worth of items that I didn't order. Never again.MDG

After dealing with the company for a less than a month, i applied for credit and was approved for 2,500, Was told everything was good they got their down payment and asked my to send social security card and ID to verify ***** ** *** **** **** ********* ******** ************ same day i sent everything i get a phone call saying i didn’t qualify *** *** *************** **** **** *** ************* *** ******** and Told me they will refund my down payment which they shouldnt take till their 100% sure there future customers are really accepted before taking. I purchased a desktop from them and when they arrived it did not work. I've been given the run around from them for 3 weeks now and there's no reason why I should have to go through all this just to get a replacement.MDG
