      I purchased a phone for $1500 dollars from MDG. I went to check my account because I knew I was short on payments come to find out they had me with 38 remaining payments. Im like that's impossible because I already had the phone for 2 plus years. I checked my balance n they had me down for a remaining balance of $1000. I then add up the payments that was taken out of my account and it added up to between $1700 and $1800. Lucky I checked because ain't no way I was gonna give them a extra $1000 on top of the $1700 $1800 that they already got from me. They are over priced *** **** *** ** *** ***** **** *** ** * *** ****** **********

      **** *** * *** ** **** ********* ***** * ******** **** **** *** * *** ******* *** **** *** * ******* ***** **** you guys said was approved for a few weeks kept calling me you're going to shop you want to shop I finally did so I put my order in and everything you said I was approved for $2,500 and then I get a call from one of you guys is customer service people and now I can't get approved for my credit loan you guys previously told me that I was approved and within 48 hours after me ordering you tell me not to I was looking forward to this *** ** ****** ******** ********** *** **** ** *** *** ** ******** ****** ******* ****** *** **** ***** ** ********** *** *** ******* *** ** ** ****** ******** ********** ****** ****** ****** ** *** *** **** these people they will get your hopes up and then after you order you get nothing you don't get a phone call only thing you get is your order is gone you cannot have a loan contacting my attorney to see what I can do about this this is discrimination

      I admit it, I feel behind on my payments. However I finally tried to call MDG to give them updated banking information, and resume making my payments after only missing them for 6-8 weeks. Nope. MDG wants hundreds of dollars, for each item, upfront, before they will even begin to start taking payments again. Super shady.
      As of 6/25/2024 I WANT TO PAY YOU but I can't afford to give you $800 almost just to start paying my $45 a week, you're out of your minds for that. I have no idea how I even owe this much money, again, because I only missed 6-8 weeks.

      ** *** **** **** **** ******** I purchased a lot of things but it comes down to an item not functioning. I can’t trust the air conditioner I bought through their company.. it shuts itself off with an error code all the time and they ask for tons of pictures but then I was told they can’t help because one of the of the wheels broke off. ***** **** **** ** **** *** *****I have only started using it and bought it in march with an extended 2 year insurance!

      I bought a drone. They told me that in 1 to 3 days they would send me the tracking number. 4 days passed and I called them and they told me that my order was delivered and I never received anything. I don't understand how they are not going to send a tracking number or notify us to be on the lookout.

      I ordered an e bike from there and I am paying for the extended Warrenty well when I email them about it they don't return my emails and then when I call them about it they tell me that the damages on my bike aren't covered under my warranty well then tell me why the heck am I paying extra for a warranty that I cant use then when I ask them how I can stop paying for the warranty they tell me that I can't stop paying for it so not only am I left with a bike I can't use but I still have to pay for it too and when I asked how much longer I still have to pay for it they said I still had over a years worth of payment ls left on it when it was only supposed to be a 2 year term and I've been paying for it for over 2 years now **** *** * ** **** ******** *** ***** ********* *** ******* I don't not recommend this business at all ** * **** *** *** just live with what you got or save your money up to just buy the product out right cuz AT least then your credit won't get messed up when something happens to the product and you choose to stop paying for a product you can no longer use cuz there items are ******* ** **** ****** ********** **** ** **** ***** and they don't stand by there warranty

      I ordered a cell phone went to my cellphone provider and activated the phone it made one phone call and would not work anymore. I paid activation fee for this. I contacted MDG . They told me to contact ******* so I did ******* tells me it's a international device and will not work in the USA. MDG say the need a video of the phone not working showing what it is doing before they can do anything which is impossible to provide to them because of what was already stated . MDG also stated this is a common problem with their cell phones. Yet they still continue to sell them **** ***** ** * ****

      I have gotten a few things from them, yes they are over priced but you do get the items, one major complaint I have is that they charge way......... To much on shipping. No cool. You are making up in shipping in what you charge for the item. This is why I don't order more items.

      I have bought items from this company before with no problem. Placed an order recently with them and everything was going smoothly. Today I received a call from MDG and they said in oeder to finish processing my order that I need to send them a picture of my debit card!       They take your money, then ask for verification of the payment through my bank, I did, to expedite the process. Month later still waiting for my laptop and next payment is June 7th. 2024. Poor ******** and no communication other than "we have to verify you made a payment".
