      So I just bought a ******* 85" TV. Long story short I dropped it a couple of inches from the floor. Now there are blue streaks on the TV screen when it's on. So they say the ext warranty won't cover it. What's the purpose for an ext. Warranty if it's not covering anything. Just a waist of money. ******* won't touch the TV because it's an international TV. Why is a company who claims to be USA based selling international products?

      Very pushy trying to sell a warranty won’t take NO for a answer I was at work talking to them on the phone told them numerous times I didn’t want the warranty but I had to get back into work so I just said fine give me the warranty not real happen about that but nothing I can do now

      this company showed up on my ******* looking into my credit score - when I called to inquire as to why they said it could be because I had an account years ago and told me I just don't remember. I have NEVER purchased anything from them or opened an account. I have reported this as ***** to ******* and will be following up as the company is no help when I tried to investigate this myself. The guys that I did talk to on the phone kept asking for my social insurance number as well, which I thought was VERY strange.

      ******: now after making me jump through a ton of hoops and everything else they didn't actually reserve the phone I ordered and now refuse to sell it to me. Mind you I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO REACH OUT THEY DIDNT REACH PUT TO ME. I honestly can't believe they treat their customers like this. * **** * ***** **** **** * ***** 
      I have spent over a month getting the runaround. I have been a customer for 4 years and completed 4 purchases in that time. I have always paid on time and matter of fact I've paid extra and early on every order. Now on this last order, I had to jump through hoops to provide both paystubs for a month for both jobs and Account Statements. They would not take the account statements and we had to go back and forth now they finally took my account statement but refused to process my order until my next payment payment was processed. I am paid almost $500 ahead on that order and I feel like I am getting the run around for no reason. **** ** **** ******* ******* ** *** **** * *************** ****** *******. Now they are *********** me that if I try and cancel my order they will stop me from placing orders in the future.

      Received an open box the second time on a brand new item in which i am paying for. it seems to be used and the quality of the game is horrible very disappointed. This will be the last time I order anything from your company. The first time I was told that they needed to check that everything was in the box what was the excuse this time, that it happened in shipping. Shipping doses not open the original box it look like it was cut open at the seal.

      Bought an item from MDG back in 2019, **** ** *** ******* ****** Account ended up going to collections. Contacted mdg to pay off the remaining balance in exchange for deleting it off my credit. They agreed. A pay upon deletion. That was in May of 2021. It’s February of 2024 and they refuse to take it off my credit report.

      I ordered a *** in NOVEMBER of 2021
      Purchase price was 1400 after finance with payments on 89 dollars a month. Here it is FEBRUARY of 2024 and they are still taking payments. I've called several times and they say I signed for this . I did not sign up to pay over 2000 dollars for a *** , and the payments are never ending being they just sent me another invoice for the next 6 months. ******** ** ********** *** ****. When speaking to employee they are not helpful only saying that I signed the documents. I did sign under the impression I was paying 1400 after interest. ******** *** ** * ****** **** ********* ******* **** ******* ** * *****

      I think MDG should hold up to their words.
      1. I was told my package would be delivered on the 25th of January 2024, yet as I looked in my accounts they still had it oin hand on January 28th 2024 and shown that it would only leave or be ready for shipment on January 29th 2024.
      2. I was told everyday to wait for them to call me since the start of my application with them on January 19th 2024 and yet I was the one who had to call back on the next day because they did not call... Never did.
      3. They took a biweekly amount from my bank account on January 19th 2024, promissing that my package would be ready for shipping on January 25th 2024.
      4. Being self employed I now have lost 6 days of work because of all this because I work in the woods on my (Chalet) or (Camp) and will have to lose another weeks works because I have to wait on the 3 to 10 days it takes to have the package delivered to my door.
      Honestly..., I am profoundly starting to doubt MDG's policies or anything about customer care and the ones working at the call center.
      I do need need a Monitor, keypad and mouse, furniture, another laptop and speakers with subwoofer.
