Ordered a Dara scale on 9/21/21. Order #******. Paid them $63.47 via ******. Kept receiving emails about shipping delays, etc. Canceled my order and requested a refund. I received confirmation that my order had been cancelled and would be refunded on 5/7/22. I contacted them again on 6/13/22 and also 8/9/22 as I have not received the promised refund. They keep telling me that the finance department is behind and to be patient/ I believe this to be unacceptable and think I am being *******. I would like my promised refund.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for a FitTrack Beebo scale in October of 2021. Kept getting notified shipping timelines were delayed and they also completely removed the product online (assuming it was discontinued). Finally requested a refund be issued in July 2022. They told me it would take 14 business days to issue the refund, it is now August and still no refund. This company is one big ****. They are ******** I want my money. They have no right to hold my money any longer!!! If a refund is not issued by month's end, I will pursue legal action and from other reviews I'm sure we could get a whole group involved in the suit.Initial Complaint

FitTrack had ads on **. I purchased a scale on 10/04/21 and never received it. I contacted them numerous times and they kept giving new dates for delivery. Now in July 2022 have promised a refund. They keep giving me excuses on why the refund hasn't been processed? I now see tons of complaints on ***** ***** saying the exact same problems I had. I have copies of all my correspondence with them. They're phone number doesn't work so you can only email. ******** should be notified of this **** they're promoting. I spent $97.37 on this scale. I ordered a FitTrack scale on a Black Friday promotion. Estimated delivery was for beginning of 2022. The delivery date kept being pushed back, only knew this because I had to email the company. On November 28th 2021 I purchased a fitTrack scale for $88.69. It is now August 2022 and I still have not received my scale. The company has posted that they are missing a chip that allows them to produce this scale. All the while they are still taking orders and stating you will receive the scale in 7-14 business days. The company has updated their time frame 5-7 times and they keep pushing back the order. They have told me my order will ship in 4-6 weeks and then when I come back in a month they say it will take another 4-6 weeks. When I reached out to cancel they offered me 10% refund to keep the order. Another 2 months goes by and still no refund. They stated their "payment gateway was disabled" and they were unable to give a refund. I had ordered a scale and in less than a year it stopped working. I contacted the company and we did some troubleshooting and it still wasn't working, so they offered me a replacement. Awesome. Well it's now been 9 months and I still don't have the replacement scale. I emailed them multiple times asking when I can be expecting to get it, and every time they just say they're waiting for a shipping label. Then about a month ago I get an email saying it sent and another email with tracking info. They said to give it a couple days before trying to track. Well after a week it still wasn't working. I told them about it and they told me to wait longer and they assured me it was sent. Then two weeks go by and it's still not working, so I emailed them again. This time they say they're waiting on a shipping label. So they literally lied about shipping it and made up tracking info?? ****** ********* ****** How is it taking 9 months to get a shipping label?! This is insane. I completed an order for a scale in September 2021 and was informed there were shipping issues. After being told several times the order was "shipping" and then to find out weeks later that there were more delays, I requested a refund in May 2022. I just reached out again and was told for the third time that it's been "escalated to billing" and there's an "issue with their payment gateway" so my refund is delayed. This is an issue with countless people it seems, that we have all been ******* out of money for a product that either didn't exist to begin with, or from a ********** company.Initial Complaint

I ordered the Beebo Family Smart scale on September 23, 2021 from FitTrack for $70.13. The shipping date kept getting pushed back. I was updated with the changes of shipping until April 8th, that is when communication stop. I emailed them in May asking for an updated timeline which they did not provide. On June 21 I requested a refund for the product. They canceled my order and have yet to refund me. At first they said they were waiting on their finance team however it is now August and I have yet to be refunded. I am feeling very taken advantage of and *******. Never received the item. Got the run around about tracking. Asked for a refund and got the run around on that. No refund has been received to date.
