Order was placed accidentally and I immediately contacted the merchant to see if it could be cancelled. No response. Tried again when I received their "thank you for ordering" email, but again, no response. When we finally received the order, the item we received was NOT the item we ordered at all- it was a completely different color (darker). Tried to contact the company once we saw that the boots were in the wrong color via the outlets they offered and no one ever responded at all. (This was now the 3rd attempt to contact.) I have tried contacting them multiple time since and all I ever get are auto-replies that "seem" as if I logged a customer service request ticket of some sort and that I can expect a response....except it never comes. This has been going on for FOUR months. All I wanted was to return the boots for a refund because they are the wrong color entirely but since I can't get anyone from this ********** company to respond, I just want a refund!Initial Complaint

ordered a pair of clogs on December 20 2022 for Christmas gift. The money taken was taken out of account immediately and I received email order was being processed I realized company was out of China. (Company Should be made to disclose that on web page ). then another email said process could could take up to 3-5 days..I immediately tried to call their non working number and then I emailed to cancel order and asked for refund before order was actually processed on December 20. However order never came in January. When I never received the order I emailed on several occasion and I did receive a response that they would say "they would get back to me in one to two days." , however they never respond back. I paid thru ****** and even tried to stop payment with no avail. they tried to get a refund but could not... * **** ******** ** ******* *** *** **** ****...Finally on February 16 , 2023 I received the clogs....I want a refund. This company should not be able to continue to do people like this and they definitely should be made to disclose that they are a China base company.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item on 2/27/23 from My Make Up Brush Set online. I received it 3/21/23. I didn't realize it was coming from another country and be shipped across the ocean. No where on the website did it state where the company was located. The product didn't fully work as stated and I tried to reach out to the company for a refund. Their site states I can get a full refund within 30 days of receiving it the product. I have not gotten a response to the numerous emails I sent to them beginning 3/24/23. I filled out a "contact us" form on their site to be contacted, and I have not been. I tried calling the number listed on their site and it goes to a generic recording saying "leave a message." When calling the number, it doesn't state the company's name on the recording. After looking up reviews on the company, I have quickly found that many people have had the same issue as I have. There is no way to contact the company to get a refund. Many others state they didn't even receive their product. This company appears to make it impossible to get a hold of them to do a return and get a refund within the timeframe they state you can. There are no specific instructions on how do a return on their website. It does give an address to send a return to, but I have no way to verify that is actually the correct place to send it to. I also feel I should have more information about what to include in my return so it is refunded properly, and nothing like that is listed on their site under "returns". The package I received the product in has nothing with the company name or address on it. It didn't have any paperwork with my order number. I found an order number in an email I received from them right after purchasing it. I continue to get promotion type emails from them but nothing in response to my questions about doing a return.Initial Complaint

I purchased a kids watch (black) 2/2/23 for my Granddaughter, within two days I have been trying to cancel this order (no response). I received item on 2/23/23. My granddaughter says its to babyish and she wont wear it. I then.( I thought to myself after receiving no response) I'll wait till I get it and return it. I have emailed them every day since 2/23/23 one response said "return what????" all pertinent info was in email. I have all attempts saved.

I purchased a navy blue beanie hat with a cream colored pom pom on top from the Smilie Beanie company on 02/01/2023 for $19.99 + $4.95 shipping. My Order #: 5426. First of all, when this package arrived on 02/21/2023, there was $5.55 additional postage due. I was furious but paid the postage. When I opened the package, I found a black beanie hat with a black pom pom and a different cable stitch pattern than what I had ordered that was way too small for me, not the navy blue beanie hat with a cream colored pom pom that I had ordered. Per this company's return policy, I submitted a request for a prepaid return label and have heard nothing back from them. I have sent them 2 emails over the past few days. I want to return this hat and pay no return postage. I want a full refund including the $5.55 additional postage I had to pay when I received this package or a total of $25.54.Initial Complaint

This company has an active website and is currently selling products. it is using **** addresses on the website and a phone number that is no longer oerating. They never repsond to emails. I placed my order 2.14 for $138 and never heard a word in regards to shipping. SOckz did ask that you give them 7 ays to get the order the out. 11/11/22 Ordered 5 photo & engraved name key rings. Total paid $58.85 by **********. 12/5/22 Order arrived with no packing slip/invoice and was 2 items short. One of "**** * *****" & one of "***** * ***". I emailed the company that day for explanation as these were to be Christmas gifts. 12/6/22 Received email from support@**************.*******.com stating my "request ****** was received and was bring reviewed by our support staff". I tried calling their company phone #'s listed - ************ is "out of service" & ************ "cannot be completed as dialed". 12/15/22 I emailed company again, anxious to receive my order #******". No reply. 12/20/22 Emailed company again asking for response. No reply.12/23/22 Email from company "Request (*****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". I immediately replied "Thank you, I hope to get my two key chains soon". 12/23/22 Sent email to ******** ******* *** (*** ****** ********.com) stating my problem. 12/26/22 Received email from ****** ********* ******* asked for a photo of all items received, including the packing slip that was attached to the packaging box or plastic". Signed by "****" Customer Service Champion. As previously stated - there was NO paperwork in my order, only 3 key chains in a small padded envelope. 12/27 Received email from company "Your request (******) has been updated". 1/1/23 emailed company & ****** ******** and sent photos of the 2 key chains I did not receive. 2/20/23 Email from company talking about an "exchange & return of the item". They gave an address of: Shipping Team, 2225 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON L5K 1T9. This from "*****" Customer Service Champion. I do not understand WHAT the problem with this company is? In looking on your BBB website, I see there have been a number of complaints against ******** *****. I wish I would have looked there first, before ordering anything.
