On are about January 15, 2024, I purchased a pair of **** **** tummy control **** ***** **** jeans in size 20. I made this purchase through what I thought was the ****** shop. in reality, the advertisement was on ******, but when I went to purchase, I was directed to another website. I submitted the order and paid with my debit card. Several days later I received notice of intent to ship from China and this made me suspicious. **** ***** are not made in China or distributed from China. I went back to the ****** shop and the order was not there. I was unable to determine who the purchase was being made from because it had not gone through my bank account at that time. On January 25, the purchase went through my bank account. The payment was made to ******. I then contacted ****** and found out that the payment was made to someone else’s ******, which they could not tell me who. I finally went to the bank & submitted a request to refuse payment. On January 30, 2024 item was delivered. The item is not **** **** product. It is not the correct size. It contains no labels for fabric content or care instructions. The waistband is 33 inches and it’s marked petite 2X. They are not Tummy control. I sent several emails & tried to call, with no response. Today my bank sent notice that, since an item was delivered, I could not refuse payment. I would like to be reimbursed for this scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered a jumpsuit from them on 3/24/2024, the order number is ***** and the total was $38.94. On the website it stated a time frame of shipping that was perfect to receive the item by my trip. I get an email stating now the shipping will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, between 3/24/2024 and when my order was finally shipped on 3/30/2024 I got 15 emails from them asking to buy more things. in that 6 day period I reached out the email ****@*************.com 8 times asking them to cancel the order because I was told after purchase it would take 1-3 weeks to ship. I only ever got the automated reply from them. The package finally arrived 4/8/2024, and when I asked for the return information I am now only getting automated replies. PS the sizing is not correct at all! I don't know what measurement system they use but the size I ordered is not a true size.Initial Complaint

PURCHASED DARK GRAY CARGO PANTS ON 3/7/2024 ORDER # ****; PAID $38.69. THE PANTS THAT I RECEIVED WERE BLACK, WHICH I COULD HAVE DEALT WITH BUT THEY HAVE THIS RIDICULOUS PATCH ON THE FRONT POCKETS AND ONE ON A BACK POCKET ( THE PATCH SAYS "****" IN A FOOTBALL SHAPED RED PATCH). I CONTACTED (EMAILED) THEM IMMEDIATELY WHEN I RECEIVED THE ITEM AND TOLD THEM THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PANTS. THEY DISAGREED AND SAID THEY SENT THE RIGHT ITEM!!! SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND AND THEY HAVE BEEN FIGHTING ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. ATTACHED ARE THE PANTS I RECEIVED AND THE PANTS THAT I ORDERED...DO THEY LOOK THE SAME ?? NO!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE FULL REFUND AND HAS BEEN TAKING OVER A MONTH FOR THEM TO DO ANYTHING INCLUDING SENDING ME A RETURN LABEL. THEY OFFERED 10% OFF THE PUCHASE TO ACCOMODATE ME!!! THIS IS THEIR RETURN POLICY..."The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product. In case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will also refund the return shipping costs." February 24, 2024, I paid them $48.94 for a pair of jeans, called **** *****.
That is a common brand name in America.
When my jeans did not arrive for several weeks, I started to get suspicious about the company.
Then I read all of the negative reviews.
When the product arrived it was a cheap pair of jeans with no brand, and they appeared to be used. They were not **** **** jeans and are completely unusable.
They send product that is cheaply made and then when you try to return it, they say you have to pay to return it to China and if you don’t do that then you can only get a 20% refund. ** ** * **** *** **** *** ******** *** ** ** ********* *** ** ** * ***** **** **** *** ****** That is a lot of money for me to be spending and I need it back.Initial Complaint

I purchased winter boots from ***** ******** under order number ***** which said they were a size 9. They are listed on the bottom of the boots as size 40. The boots are extremely small. They will not process a full refund. They sent me an address in China which is $300 to ship. I paid $39.99 plus shipping of $8.95. They will offer me a 15% refund or a gift card of 25% of the product cost or 10% off my next order. * **** **** ** * **** *** I want a full refund. Order# ***** First time ordering with this company.
** ***** **** ** ******** *** I have been trying to fix since the shoes arrived here in January. When your bank sees ***** but denies your request because this company gives the right information (all lies) to make sure they don't have to pay anyone back, fix the wrong order on any issues or just be kind.
we tried to understand any language barrier and get resolution, that is what we assumed because they never actually sent a return request approval, just kept the repeated email with the same questions. The shoes shipped from China although they appear to based in the US there is no basic common sense in their emails I will attach. The company sends the same email over and over again with the same resolutions that they never intend to fix, but they responded so the bank gives them the money that I’ve asked for return on. We have gone back and forth with this company and our bank to help fix this issue. ************* advertised "*****" on its website, with the logo of ***** on the shoe itself, the picture was of actual *****, but that is not what we received.
Which I consider fraud. So we have been asking for the correct shoe item or a full refund for the return of these fake *****.
The issue was never rectified in January and again we asked in February. Then in March we went to our bank since nothing was being addressed. we asked several times to be assisted with ***** ******** we were not understanding their requests, because the follow up email is the same as the previous. And the bank chose to side with the company. Zero reasoning and no way to appeal denied appeal. I just accept your fraud and move on.

I ordered a pair of jeans. They sent me a knock off pair that look nothing like what was pictured. They had a horrible smell. I tried to get a refund and they refused saying I had to figure out how to ship them back and to pay for the shipping. I would dispute the charges but I used ***** ***. Horrendous.
