      This business charged me for the item + postage fees but then they realized they were out of stock. Instead of cancelling my order, they deliberately sent me the wrong color item thinking they could get away with that, and they have admitted to that in their email correspondence. They are now telling me they are willing to refund me but only if I pay to return the item to China!!! Please help fix this *********** bad policy and mind-boggling poor customer service strategy. Thank you

      I purchased a sweatshirt from this company on-line *** ** ********* I have emailed them 7 times to return it and they keep just offering me a discount a future purchase, even though it says I have 30-days to return the item. They have ceased responding to my requests for returning instructions.

      I placed 2 orders at *************.com: one on 11/14/23 and one on 11/16/23. What I received from them was nothing like what was represented on their website. The "Cozy Half Zip Waffle Weave Sweater Set" I received was not a waffle weave, it did not have a zipper pull, it did not have the same design on the front that is shown on their website, and the waist of the pants I received is only 11 inches, when the website states the waist is 28.3 inches. The "Cotton Lounge Set" I received does not have a fold over waist (which is what is advertised on the website), and it is the wrong material (the website says stretchy and 10% *******, but the tag only shows cotton and polyester and has no stretch whatsoever). I contacted the company after receiving the items on 12/8/23, providing pictures and an explanation of the issues. When they responded on 12/12/23, they asked for pictures (which I already sent them). On 12/18/23, they only offered me a 10% discount to address my concern, which I declined. I filed a dispute with my bank (***** ****** that day (12/18) due to them not providing me with the option to return the items. On 12/29/23 they offered me a 15% refund or a gift card for 25% of the product cost. If I did not accept these offers (which I did not), they said I would have to send the items back to China, which they admitted will be a high cost. I declined these options and updated my bank with their responses. On 3/11/24 I finally got a resolution letter from ***** ****** however they sided with the company. The evidence that was enclosed in the resolution letter shows that the company lied twice: First, they told ***** ***** that they received no communication from me about being unhappy with the merchandise, and that I provided no photo evidence. This is incorrect because I submitted photo evidence not once, but twice. Second, they told ***** ***** that the item is exactly what I ordered. How could they know that if I didn't submit photo evidence?

      I ordered shoes from this company on February 14, 2024, with a promise to send me information of tracking information to my email within 3 to 5 business days. I have not received any information. I emailed them asking where my order is and received a generic response with time frames. I responded that those time frames had already passed and never received any further correspondence since. I called the number listed and it's out of service. There is no other way I can get in contact with them, and I truly believe this could be a bogus site and ******* me out of my money.

      Didn’t send the right order, didn’t send the correct amount of shoes ordered, won’t respond to emails to help resolve, the phone number they list is out of service, address listed as US corporate office but shoes are clearly fake knockoffs from China and shipped straight from China

      I ordered several hoodies but two of them I needed to return. The label they sent was to me!! I have requested a label again and I haven’t been able to get a response.
      I ordered a sweatshirt. The hoodie is fine but I never got the sweatshirt that on the back ******** **** **** ****** ****** ** …. They said it was delivered it I never got it. I want my money back!

      I ordered a sweatshirt *** ** ***** *** at the end of November for Christmas and never received it paid with credit card and never got it called and called and called sent. Email sent. Tried to get a hold of them on ******** sent text messages through ******** never received any replies Would just like to get my money returned on my credit card at this point

      Hi good morning order this boots on 1/8/2024 when I receive the boots they didn’t fit they don’t nothing like the one I order I try calling the phone number on there website it comes up as not in service I email them and request a label so I could return them never sent me a return label also I ask them for the address so I could send them back no answer them I received an email telling that they were going to refund me a partial refund to ****** I didn’t pay them with ****** I pay them with a credit card I have try everything I can to get a return label and to this day have gotten anything the email I sent you is what I have gotten I even dispute it with the credit card company and they recharge my credit card I would like a return label and my money refund back to the way I pay thank you ***** *********
