I purchased *** **** Slippers Chestnut from Cozynity through their website on 11/15/23. The email I received said I was charged $80 but my credit card statement says I was charged $58.60 on 11/16/23. On 11/22/23 I received an email that the shoes had shipped. There was no tracking number associated with this email and I never received the shoes. I attempted to contact the company twice through email and never received an answer. I ordered 2 sweaters over a month ago and I sent out emails inquiring about the status of the order. I got back a response a few days ago stating that it was delivered on 12/14. I ordered 2 pair of boots from this site on Nov 28 and received them on Dec 18. I was extremely disappointed in the very poor quality of the product as well as the poor packaging as they arrived stuffed together in a thin ripped package. The laces weren’t even in the boots but were basically just strings found in the bottom of the package. I have tried 3 times to contact the company through the email they provided but they only respond w auto generated reply not addressing my issue. There was no tracking and no receipt or return label. 3 hoodies were ordered and weren’t delivered in the time frame indicated by the website, when asking for an update or refund I got a system generated email. I tried calling the phone number and it rings busy. I attempted to email the company and got nowhere. It’s frustrating when you expect and hope companies will be truthful in their sales. **** **** ** **** ***** ***********. I’d like to get either a full refund or at the very least the correct items. I’ve even tried going directly thru the email from ****** being info@*****************.com but then get email replies from support@*****************.*******.com and no true follow thru. I have also tried info@**********.com and get the exact same auto emails.
I attempted to resolve using ****** and they only took the sellers info as a delivery and closed my claim, didn’t review my email and photo details. Wouldn’t even address my concerns and no way to speak to anyone either. I have since tried to change the dispute to request a replacement/refund and no updates as of yet.
I attempted to resolve thru my bank and they declined to assist as it was a ****** payment thru my bank account.
