      I received the wrong size of socks and then also was missing half of the order. I emailed (there is no customer service number to call) and I get a generic response back. I have sent the pictures that they requested multiple times, and I keep getting the request for more (another generic response). I have requested information on how to return the wrong product and how to receive my monies back since I did not receive the correct product or the correct amount and they have refused to answer, just keep asking for pictures, which I have sent them at least 3 times. I have never dealt with such poor customer service.       I ordered a pair of **** **** jeans for AN & Associates on Oct 15, 2023. The total with shipping was $46.98. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for updates but I’ve gotten no response. When I try to track the order it says “Awaiting info from carrier”
      I would like to know where the order or my funds are.

      I placed an order with this company on 10/30/2023 and still haven’t received the order. The phone number is not working. I have emailed repeatedly and they have not responded. They were quick to take my money but no product.

      On October 29, 2023, I purchased a sweatshirt from My 3D Hoodie (**********.com) in the amount of $54.94, $39.99 plus tax and shipping but never received a receipt for the purchased. I've sent several emails to the company, ***************.com with no response and I've called the customer service number listed on the website ***** ******** several times and all I get is a busy signal. I do get regular text messages from ***** ******** but this isn't a number that can be called.

      I purchased an adjustable weight dumbbell from this company on September 9, 2023. The item I received was not as described on the website so I emailed the company to file a complaint. After much back and forth, on October 10th, we reached a resolution and agreed to the company giving me a $100 gift card and 20% off coupon for my next purchase from the company. Since that date, they have not responded to my follow up emails nor have I received the gift card or coupon. This has been highly stressful for me and this company needs to be held accountable. Please help me resolve this.       complaint has been resolved. I do not think they would have taken any

      I ordered a kids smart watch on August 10, 2023. The product has not been delivered even though the company is sending me tracking numbers saying it was delivered on September 6th, 2023. When I began inquiring about the whereabouts of the package, the company sent me conflicting tracking links, first to a site that said it was delivered, then a different tracking number that said the carrier was "awaiting the item" in ******, ** (I am in ******) as of September 17th. The latest response says the item was delivered (it was not) and they closed my case. I requested a refund a long time ago. I no longer care about getting the product, it has been too long and too much of a hassle. I would like a refund.

      I ordered shirts size XXL. The shirts that arrived were labeled as XXL but fitting to be a size M. I contacted the seller many times, send pictures, and after nearly 3 mos have no response.

      I ordered a jumpsuit from this company. After 2 weeks I received no shipping information and reached out to them. They told me they do not have the item in stock and I would have to wait another 2 weeks for the item. I said I did not want to do that and that I wanted a refund. They said okay, you can have a refund, but you have to wait another 1-2 weeks for that. It has been more 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund or any other information from them. I just want my money back from an item that probably never existed in the first place. This feels majorly like a **** as the website was very crude and I should not shop from random companies on *********.
