I placed an order on June 7, 2023. Order #******-purchased 2 pr of water shoes, in the amount of $28.93 from *****.com. After a month(July 2023), still have not received my order. Multiple attempts to contact company for tracking/shipment information. No responses. Used my Debit card to make the purchase. Company did a dispute thru ******(which I did not use), gave ****** ***** information stating that I have received tracking information. I have proof of all my email correspondence without ANY responses. They TOOK MY MONEY. I HAVE NO PRODUCT and so far, no resolution. I emailed numerous times and got nothing but we’ll get back to you in 2 to 3 days.
The address I entered is the Corporate headquarters address listed on their website.
The telephone number listed on the website is disconnected.

Ordered shorts. No confirmation but started receiving spam emails. Charge came over on the credit card. Emailed the site no response. Then 2 weeks later got a shipping email. Shorts finally arrived. Not as advertised. Picture was for shorts similar to those on spans site. Not what arrived. Am now unable to reach the company for a return receipt. No paperwork came with the order. On May 26, I bought two strapless bras from my comfy blouse online. The order number is *****. The charge was $19.99 for each one plus I paid an additional $8.95 for expedited shipping. I have never received the products. I started by asking two weeks after the order to return my fee for expedited shipping, as obviously I was not getting expedited shipping. I received no response to that email. I emailed again asking for a refund letting them know if I did not receive a response at this point in time I was filing this complaint. In addition to I wanted a full refund. I have received no communication . The phone number on file goes straight to a voicemail of some sort.
