      I placed an order with cook store on November 25 2022. I actually called in and spoke with someone about the product I wanted to purchase and made the order. The order number is ******. This is the ONLY time I have been able to speak with anyone!!

      When I never got a tracking number after a couple of weeks I tried to call back to find out the status of my order. No one answered the phone and I was not able to leave a message. I have tired at least 30 plus times to call back - no answers the phone, unable to leave a voicemail and after I am on hold you up to 16 plus minutes it advises they are having a problem with the line etc. I have also, as they suggested, sent an email to the email address they provide when you call in and no one has gotten back to me. I am at a loss as to how to get in contact with them and fine out the status of my order!!
      I would appreciate if you could follow up with cook store and provide me with some clarification of what is going on.
      Please let me know if you require any other information.
      "If they do not have this product and have no time line on when they will get it in stock I would like to have my money refunded."

      I ordered an **** pizza oven table on November 12, order number ******. My credit card was immediately charged $304.49. The table arrived on December 9th. One day later, we went to assemble it and noticed two significant dents in the table. I tried to call the company at the toll free number with no response. I emailed three times (December 10, 13, and 14th to two different email addresses provided by the company) to report the damage and request a replacement item with no response. I included pictures of the damage with the emails. I called the toll free number again with no response. I then looked at reviews of the company online and saw numerous complaints (too late!) about similar experiences with other customers. I am not hopeful that this will be resolved, but feel the company should not be allowed to continue providing such poor service without some kind of consequence.

      I placed my order (#******) on October 29, 2022 with the cookstore.ca for (4) products totaling $150.25 . I was looking for shipping information a week after my purchase was completed and was told that it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I still have not received my products and have not received a reply back on the emails sent. I keep getting disconnected when trying to call and speak with someone for an update. I now wish to cancel my order and receive a refund.

      I made an order on November 24th, I bought two ***** Army pocket knives for $107.08 CAD, I got an email confirming the order (#******), they would send more information about the shipping. That information never arrived, I tried to call but the only answer is to send them an email, I have sent 5 emails in different days and got no answer (yes, I have checked my spam folder). I only want my money back.

      I've made an order on Nov 27, 2022 and received a confirmation email (Order #******) and stated another email will be sent when the order is ready for delivery. On Nov 30, I sent an email to their support ([email protected]) for updates on my purchase, no reply, then proceeded to email their sales email ([email protected]) on Dec 1. Got a reply the same day and said the order is not ready to ship and typically takes 7-14 business days. Upon reading reviews online, many other customers claim they have no received their purchases for over 6 months. Since Dec 13, I've been sending an email everyday to cancel my order, no replies. Their hotline is a recording informing customers to email them for updates. Today Dec 19, no replies and still waiting for my purchase.

      Ordered a ******* *****+ grinder, along with a ******* steel burr set and a ******* single dose hopper on November 12th,2022. Various emails exchanged between cookstore.ca and myself, basic notion is that the products would be shipped once they received the products. It is now December 19th, 2022. I have not heard from cookstore.ca since November 30th, 2022. I was charged 898.31$ for the three products on November 12th, 2022, I have tried calling and emailing cookstore.ca, but to no avail. I have contacted ** **** **** and filed a claim against them. I’m very angry/frustrated with this company and how they conduct their business with customers. Hope to just get my money back, and make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else.

      Used the website to make a purchase of kitchenware - knives and knife sets. Once the order is placed and the money is taken, no contact is made, nobody answers phones or e-mails. The phone line suggests people are able to answer to e-mails promptly within 1 business day - a lie - as 2 weeks later, there is no response. I am looking for the items purchased to be shipped out as ordered or refunded in full.

      This online store posts on their website that items are in stock. Once you have ordered and paid, you receive an email saying the items are out of stock, and then another email that says they're on backorder. I ordered two hamburger presses in July of 2022, and have not received them, or any communication as of December 2022.       Placed an order Nov22/22 for a kitchen item, immediately received an order confirmation via email also stating will be notified when item is shipped. Over 2 wks passed and no email re: shipping and I'm unaware of my VISA being charged at this point. Called company, pre-recorded message offered one choice only, to email them and assured a response within 24hrs. After a couple of more days of no response, I searched reviews of this company on *********** Found several similar reviews to what I was experiencing. Checked my credit card and on Nov23, $202.26 was charged. I left my own review. As of today, there are several more reviews of the same complaints and have not yet heard back from this company located in Windsor, Ontario.

      Order ****** * Weck jars $62, plus shipping. Total $79.07
      Ordered Nov 9. They were not sold out.
      Follow up email say 7-14 days. Since then no replies to my emails requesting an update. Recently asked for a refund if they are not going to ship. Still no reply and nobody answers the phone. Order status still shows not yet shipped. I would either like confirmation it has shipped with tracking number or please refund my money.
