      In April 2022 I ordered products then noted that it would take weeks to ship. I then cancelled order. I placed another purchase November 7, 2022, choosing only products that were to ship “1-2 weeks”. When nothing happened I sent them email, complaining. after not receiving products or hearing back from them via email on December 14, 2022, I sent them request that they return my money, and cancel my purchases. I sent them two emails in the past 2 weeks and have not heard back from them at all.

      Nov 8/22 I placed an order (order ******, item was in stock) with CookStore for a ******* ******** Milk Frother. They charged my credit card immediately for $104.99. After 2 weeks with no update on my order I emailed them asking for an update on my order. I did receive a reply back telling me my order is delayed and estimated date of arrival is next week (Nov28). I sent them another email Dec 6 for an update, no reply. I sent another email Dec 9 asking them to cancel my order and to refund my credit card, still no reply. It is now Dec 16, still no response from this company. This product was a Christmas gift. After reading the complaints about the CookStore there is clearly a problem with this business.

      Purchased a coffee maker on their website 02Dec during cyber week (GTD shipping by Christmas). The charged by credit card on the 02dec but still have not processed my order.. I have tried to call each day for the past week but there phone line says they are experiencing high call volume and the call disconnects. I now see online several complaints about this company not fulling orders after several months. I am now unable to reach the company and have started the process to dispute the charge with my bank.

      Purchased EH Tagine on November 28, 2022.
      I want to cancel my order and my **** credited. Order No. shown on the attached.
      On Dec 6th, I sent an email to [email protected] requesting this with no response.
      After waiting a few days to allow them to respond, I called their contact number (Dec 12) and the answering service says to send email to [email protected]. There is no live person that answers any calls.
      This week, I sent 3 emails, requesting to cancel my order with no response. Requested a receive and read receipt on the last email and had no acknowledgements.
      To date, I have not received anything.
      My **** was charged on November 29th, 2022. SP COOKSTORE.CA $173.99. //
      Desired Resolution: Cancel order and credit my **** $173.99.

      We placed an order for a Chef's Choice - 3 Stage ************ ******** ***** ********* ******** - 15XV on Nov 27, 2022 and received an automatic order confirmation via e-mail to my ********************* e-mail that same day (Order ******). It was in-stock and website said it is typically shipped in 7-14 days. On Dec 3, I still have yet to receive a shipment confirmation so I e-mailed according to their website, [email protected] and received no response. I followed up on Dec 12, still no response. Thus I called their number from the website 1-888-975-1595 and I only received an automated message saying to e-mail [email protected]. I e-mailed [email protected] 3 times with no response. All I wanted was a status update on the shipment (hoping for any update whether it has been processed, delayed, etc) yet I received not even an acknowledgement on my inquiry. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift so in my e-mails, I made sure to mention that I would like to cancel my order if I receive no response by Friday Dec 16. I even e-mailed on two separate e-mails ([email protected] and [email protected]) just in case it was an issue on my end, but no response on either e-mail. I am filing this complaint due to such a horrible lack of communication and customer service I do not trust that they would cancel my order properly since they do not even respond on a simple order status inquiry. I need this order cancelled and all charges refunded which should not be an issue since my order has not even been processed/shipped yet

      I ordered a product of approximately 500$. After a week there had been no updates and upon trying to contact the company there has been no follow up. No one answers the phone and no one answers emails.

      I placed and paid for an order with cookstore.ca on November 20, 2022. The order has not shipped and I cannot get a response via email on the status of the order and the company does not answer the telephone. I did a search and found many others had not received their orders and realize the company is defrauding customers. I am seeking a refund of the charges made to my credit card. I have attached a copy of the online order confirmation.

      I placed an order ****** on November 24, 2022 for various pans to be given for Christmas gifts. My visa was charged $682.47 on November 24. I received one email stating that the order was confirmed. OnNovember 30, I sent an email to this “business” asking when shipment was anticipated as we were travelling to Calgary to visit family and wanted to take a couple of the pans with me as they were gifts. No response to the email. I called the customer service number on their website (1-888-975-1595). The recording states that they don’t answer the phone and to send them an email I have sent 4 emails to cancel the order as needed to purchase other gifts. Strangely their recorded phone message states that they are having problems with sending messages to gmail accounts and to look at places other than the inbox (which I do on a regular basis). Funny, they had no problem sending the confirmation email that they had received my order. My husband posted a negative review on their website. It disappeared. Their website only shows very positive reviews that must be fake given that it is impossible to contact this business after you have placed an order. I want this order cancelled and my money refunded. They either are selling goods that they don’t have or it is a complete scam.

      On the 13th November I made a purchase on the Cook Store website. I did not receive the order despite the products showing as in stock and ready to ship. They are completely unresponsive after an initial reply that stated it can take up to 14 days to ship.

      Many online comments I have seen since my transaction state that this business is a total scam. I have to agree. There is no way to actually get hold of somebody.

      They have charged my credit card and have my money.

      Placed an order on Nov.30. The vendor immediately charged the credit card without shipping the product. The product has yet to ship and the vendor is impossible to reach. Does not answer phone calls. Does not respond to emails. Search of vendor online reveals many people have experienced the same treatment, some waiting months to year for shipment, refunds etc.
