      I purchased three items from cookstore.ca on March 5th, 2022 for $115.14 after tax.

      After requesting updates from the company repeatedly on my order (# ******) every month to month and a half last year I was offered a refund or I could continue to wait. I opted to wait as I was repeatedly told that their manufacturer was only 2-6 weeks away. It was nearly always 2-6 weeks away and that never changed.

      After a while I asked to be compensated for my wait by getting a $10 discount on the total purchase price. This means I am now owed at least $105.14 (and my time of constantly reaching out to them) for this purchase that has gone unfulfilled and now I am receiving no responses from their email team, which is different than before. I also just received a bounce back saying that the email doesn't existing anymore.

      I ordered a cooking pot from cookstore on Oct 22 and they took payment but have not yet shipped me the product.
      We had correspondence before Christmas and they told me it would ship soon. In 2023 they stopped replying to emails and when I log on to account page I get a ‘ cannot access server’ message. How do I get my money back?

      I purchased an item that was back ordered in march 2021. COVID issue with company.
      I was initially aware of a one year wait for the item.
      Was promised delivery since last July.
      The amount paid is 516$

      The company is nowhere to be found.

      In August 2022, I placed an order for five items from cookstore.ca. Two items were eventually delivered, but three never appeared despite repeated email inquiries and promises of delivery.       I placed an order with Cookstore.ca for 4 ********* cookie sheets for a total of just over $110 in Canadian currency. This order was placed on November 30 2022, and I understood that the order would not be shipped for a few weeks after that. That was no problem, however I was shocked that I was still billed for an order that had not even shipped.

      I had been billed for the transaction by Cookstore.ca almost instantly. I waited for the back order period to be over, or so I thought, and emailed Cookstore.ca customer service in the beginning of January 2023. No reply. I waited until today and tried again. The email was undeliverable to their mail box. I tried to reach their website, and the website I had purchased from was inactive as well.

      I feel as though this company took my money and ran. I can’t believe I was billed for a transaction without my order being shipped. I received no updates, no notifications, nothing about my order. No replies upon reaching out to customer service. I paid for an order that I did not receive and I am not happy about that. How is this lawful? To charge a customer, take their money, not give them what they ordered, and then close up shop and all contact with customers who have existing orders with your store?

      I purchased items from this business online on November 28, 2022. I received an order confirmation but never received a shipping confirmation. I assumed the business was busy with the holidays, but now that it is January, I emailed them to inquire about my order and my email bounced back. I went to the website and it appears to have been shut down. I paid $79.61 and that money is now gone with no product to show for it or recourse to get my money back.

      Placed order on December 3rd on their website for $289 worth of products. The product tracking tells me they still haven’t shipped and I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. Our ********** was charged on the day of the order and has not been refunded any amount.

      I order a red "********" ***** army knife from Cookstore.ca 's online website on 2022-09-22, using my **********. I paid CAD$102.88, including $12.99 in shipping fees. Their website shows that "Your order is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email and text with your order number shortly" which I did. The order info on their website also said "You'll get shipping and delivery updates by email and text." After a month and a half, I had not received any change of status (the item wasn't shipped) so I tried contacting them to obtain an update on my order. They didn't respond. On 2022-12-17, since it has been almost 3 months since my order, and they had not yet shipped out my item, I sent them another email asking that they refund my order. They never responded.

      I made an online purchase with cookstore.ca on August 31, 2021 11:19:25 ** *** *** *** ******** - 41.5 QT Pressure Canner/Cooker - *** *PREORDER 2022* Grand Total $898.45.

      I got an email update on Sep 10, 2021 stating that: "We wanted to take a moment to just let you know that we have not forgotten about your order, unfortunately one of the items you purchased has been delayed but we are hard at work with our supplier to get the product delivered ASAP.

      As I'm sure you're aware the COVID-19 situation has caused significant delays and we do apologize but rest assured your order will be shipped as soon as our supply arrives. Thank you for your business and your patience!"

      Then March 3, 2022: "Please note these units are delayed and there is a 12 month turn around time so this will not be available until the summer."

      Then July 28, 2022: "We are expecting to get our next shipment from ***-******** at the end of August."

      Then Sep 20, 2022: "Unfortunately the information I currently have available indicates that your *** ******** - 41.5 QT Pressure Canner/Cooker - *** *PREORDER 2022* is delayed and estimated to arrive in late December. I apologize again for the trouble but we assure you that as soon as it has arrived we will be filling orders and shipping ASAP"

      Then Nov 30, 2022: "We are getting a shipment in December from ***-********, there was some delays out of our control that appear to be resolving. Your order is top of the list and you should be getting it soon. Once it ships you will receive the tracking number to your email."

      The *** ******** - 41.5 QT Pressure Canner/Cooker - *** never arrived after this and they did not return any more emails.

      I placed an order (******) with Cook Store on December 3, 2022. Six weeks later I had not yet received the item and sent an email (via the Cook Store site) requesting an order status update, I received no reply. Today (January 20) I sent another email which came back with a non-delivery message. * ******* **** ***** *** *********** ** *** *** ***** **** *** ******* ******* ** **** ****** ***** **** ********** **** **** ********* *** **** *** *** ************* *** **** *******.

      I believe that I have been “robbed” of $41.67 from Cook Store.
