      I ordered an item and paid online $697.20 on November 17, 2022. I have not recieved the item and I can not reach anyone at the company to give me any information about the shipment. No one answers the phone, it immediately goes to a message saying this mailbox is full. I would like to receive either information about the shipment of the product or a refund. When I send an email to the adresse provided on my receipt, it comes back to me as undelivered.

      Placed an order for approx $690 for ******** pots and pans on Dec 3, 2022. My credit card was billed the next day. Followed up on Dec 10 and Dec 16 with emails per company telephone instructions about order inquiries. Did not receive a response to either email about my order status. Filed a credit card dispute with my bank on Dec 16, 2022. No resolution yet.

      Nov 25, 2022 ordered 2 products totalling $47. Order was never filled and never received. Business website, phone number and email no longer work. Tried calling several times, recording says no calls are accepted at this time. Jan 19,2023 phone line no longer in service, or website or email.
      Have email several times asking to cancel order and issue a refund since Dec 2022.

      We ordered a coffee urn and paid up front $1,245.42 from the Cook Store on October 11, 2022. When we hadn't received the product or had any contact by the end of November, I emailed their support department. I had a response from "Candice" on November 30th who assured me that we would be receiving the coffee urn within a week and as soon as it was shipped, I would receive a tracking number. Still no product received in January so I emailed again on January 3, 2023. No response and now their website has been taken down so no further contact can take place.

      Placed order for a ****** Stock Pot for Christmas Gift on Nov 30, 2022..Order # 196595. Have tried phoning, emailing and have had no response. I would like my money $180.60 back. The pot has not arrived and I have been unable to contact anyone at Cook Store. Can you help me ?

      I ordered salt & pepper mills on November 24/21. Order #******. I received the pepper mills and have been waiting for the sale mill, part #*******/SME, since then. I have had ongoing email communication with Cookstore Support. My most recent correspondence was November 15/22 when I was informed that the product would arrive in 2 - 3 weeks. It has not.

      I would like to have the price of $40.99 + tax credited back to me. How can I get this done?

      I ordered a cook ware set from Cook Store on Nov 5, 2022. After 2 weeks I emailed asking for an estimated time for delivery as they had already charged my Visa account for the full amount of the item. The responded that delivery had been delayed until the beginning of Dec. I replied that would be fine as it was a Christmas gift and delivery mid December would be fine. I emailed again on Dec. 6th asking for delivery date. No Response. I emailed twice more, on Dec 12 and 20th asking them to cancel the order and to refund my money. No response. On Jan 3, I phoned the company only to find out that they would not answer the phone but directed me to email them. I emailed again on Jan 3rd again requesting them to cancel the order and issue a refund. No response. On Jan 3rd I sent a letter to their Windsor Warehouse addressed to the Owner/President of the company explaining the issue and asking that they “do the right thing” and refund my money. No response. I am now asking for your help in getting my money back.

      I purchased a carafe that was listed as on backorder.

      I followed up and was told it was coming in soon and would be shipped asap.

      I never received and went to follow up AGAIN to ask for refund and business email domain is no longer active. Phone number also now not in service.

      Product was not sent, but they took my money.

      Dec. 1, 2022 I ordered 2x Lodge -4.7L cast iron double Dutch oven -***** total price $221.98 charged to MasterCard.

      Order # ****** was never processed according to my account on Cookstore.ca
      They promised shipping in two weeks.
      I tried calling customer service, but there is no response. Several emails were sent enquiring about the order, and requesting cancellation, but I did not get a response.

      Feels like fraud.

      I made 2 purchases from cookstore.ca in August of 2022. Only a couple of the many items I ordered were ever delivered. Every time I reached out for a status update, they said it would be 2-3 more weeks. Finally, I reached out again today and the email bounced and their website it down (cookstore.ca). I have never been reimbursed for my orders totalling nearly $800.
