On Aug 28 2021 I paid $509.24 for a pressure cooker that was a preorder for 2022. 1 year later (Aug 2022) I contacted Canada Cook Store about my order. They explained that the shipments were delayed and should arrive in October 2022. It is now Jan 2023, several emails have been sent with no response and the web site is no longer available.Initial Complaint

I apologize again for the trouble but we assure you that as soon as it has arrived we will be filling orders and shipping ASAP!

I ordered a Non Stick Omelette Pan for Christmas on November 13, 2022 order #****** total cost $49.70
I had sent 4 emails since ordering the product - Dec 10, 12th, 16th, 23rd and the last on the 27th. An answer was received on the 10th indicating it would be sent shortly. Nothing has come in the mail and my visa was immediately charged. I could not reach anyone on the Chat or on the phone remaining on hold for 25 minutes listening to music. Checking the website on the 27th indicated the product was out of stock; however, was in stock when the order was placed.
I would like my money back and the order cancelled though based on the website being no longer accessible, I figure that is a long shot.Initial Complaint

Nature of Dispute: Items never received, after 1st phone call unable to reach a live person. V-mail said to e-mail or text. e-mails went unanswered except for the first one dated Nov 15/22 to say items would hopefully be shipped by the end of the month. Dec 3, 6, & 14 2022 went unanswered and the Dec 14 e-mail had requested a full refund.
Cookstore.ca has not responded to any e-mails and I have heard nothing about my request to cal my order and have it fully refunded.

We purchased a outdoor pizza oven online from a store called, "Cook Store" back on May 5th, 2022. We have sent a couple of emails asking when the product will arrive and they told us in two separate emails that it would ship in 2-3 weeks. I placed an online order (Order Nr. ******) with COOK STORE on Dec. 3, 2022 for 2 saucepans with total order value of CA$119.98 . My credit card was charged immediately and I have since paid the amount via my bank.
On Jan. 3, 2023 I sent an eMail to ******************** asking for shipment details and followed up with a second request on Jan. 11 . I also tried calling their 1-888-975-1595 but the mailbox was always full so I couldn't leave a message.
On Jan. 11, 2023 I found the [email protected] address and send a third request for a response, but so far no response. When doing some research, I came across previous complaints via your office which apparently elicited some action from CookStore.ca .

About a month after purchase, nothing had shipped, so I inquired about the status.
I was told that due to supply chain issue, shipment had been delayed and it would take another 2 to 3 weeks.
I was OK with waiting a little longer so it was fine.
Another month goes by, no shipment, so I inquire again and get the same answer.
It had now been 2 month to receive something that should have shipped in 2 weeks.
I continued contacting them once a month and every time got this ridiculous same excuse.
On January 2023 (so 5 months later), I finally had enough and bought the knives somewhere else.
I contacted CookStore and requested my very well justified refund. I got ignored.
I contacted them a 2nd time 2 days later. I got ignored.
I contacted them a 3rd time 2 days later. I got ignored.
I have all the email trail to prove this.
I contacted my Credit Card company to open a dispute and was told that I can only make a claim up to 120 days after the transaction. Since I am passed that, I lost my $111.84 CAD.
This company is a complete scam.
They sell items that they don’t have.
They put an ETA that they can’t meet.
They hold on to your hard earned money for months giving you the run around with nonsense excuses.
When you finally have enough and request a refund, they ignore you and keep your money because it's too late to make a claim.
This is definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Companies like this should just go out of business as obviously they can’t run a business properly, couldn’t care less about customers and they keep your money without ever delivering the goods.

I place and I pay the order to COOK STORE on July 09, 2022, for $ 109,18 but until now I do not have the order received, in the last email they say will send the order in the middle of November 2022, I did not have received any order and now they do not answer any emails and I can t rich them by phone.
