      I placed an order for $150.85 on *************************************** at 8:27 AM on Monday, August 7th. Order Number: *************. The order was shipped at 10:29 AM on the same day, but I have not yet received my package. I've contacted Hibbett's customer service team twice about this issue, but they have refused to help. I would appreciate some assistance from BBB with this issue.

      The customers order was marked as delivered on 8/11/23, with a picture of the package left at the customers residence. After investigation, the customer was advised on 8/18 that a refund would be unable to be issued for this claim, as it was found that the customer had been refunded for multiple past claims for lost/stolen orders. It has been recommended to the customer that they use an alternate shipping address or ship to one of our stores in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience in this matter.

      Location : ************************************************************ On 8/16/23 me and my two kids went into the store and I was going to purchase them each a pair of shoes. I had one shoe on my son who is in the stroller, while I was shopping for shoes for my other son. I found a pair for him and a couple of other things in the store. I paid for them with a debit card and we left the store. The next day I tried putting the shoes on my son who was in the stroller and I realized they gave me two left foot shoes. When I noticed this I called the store to let them know and I was told to bring the shoes back. These particular shoes were the display and were the last pair that they had. The same day I went back to the store with the shoes and the salesman asked what I had for him today. I reminded them I was the woman who called with the two left shoes. He then makes it a hostile environment by saying I&#**;m always coming to bring things back to the store. After he told me that I responded by telling him that wasn&#**;t true. I come in there to spend my money. He then takes it a step further and tries to embarrass me by saying I spend my money and then bring things right back, assuming I&#**;m someone else. I tried telling the man that he must have me confused with someone else, then he said he probably does. He asked if I wanted to exchange the shoes or get my money back. I said I would try to find a different pair. I couldn&#**;t find a pair of shoes that I liked in the same range, so I said I wanted my money back. I didn&#**;t have my receipt but he was able to pull up the transaction through the Hibbit rewards with my telephone number. He said he would have to put it on a gift card for $32.75. I asked if he could put the money back on my card and he said he couldn&#**;t. The next day I called the cooperate office and filed a complaint. When I got off the phone with the corporate I called the store and spoke with the Store Manager named *******. She said that the person I worked with could&#**;ve definitely just printed off my receipt and refunded me in the same tender I paid. She apologized and she said they would resolve the issue. The corporate office said to give them 2 days to resolve the issue when I initially called them, but it has been about week and it has not been resolved. I called the corporate office today to see if anything has been done to resolve the issue and also to add that I spoke with the Store Manager. Nothing has been resolved since. It&#**;s not about the money. It&#**;s the fact that I was embarrassed publicly and discriminated against with the person who did the return assuming I was someone else. It wasn&#**;t right and I want to make sure it doesn&#**;t happen again to another customer. It makes me uncomfortable to even go inside of the store again.

      This company lists products on their website and will take your money but they dont have the products in inventory.

      We researched and found the customers order which was placed on 8/13. The order was filled on 8/21 and delivered to the customer via ***** on 8/24. Orders may be delayed for a number of reasons,including but not limited to insufficient inventory at the time of order placement. While we strive for accuracy, inventory information may contain errors in relation to product availability during high volume purchase periods. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused.

      Constants problems with your app and website. You have Bot protection that is not working correctly. I cant even verify.This is unacceptable for the consumer. I have missed several sneaker releases Im starting to think I this is being done deliberately. I want to be compensated for all these misses or I will be taking my business elsewhere

      Ordered a pair of **** dunks for my son (order #*************), Hibbett purposely sent me someone else order (***************) in my shipping box. The reason I said it was done purposely is because they didn't have the item to send me in the first place. I have requested a return label to send back these ugly horrible looking sneakers and requested my correct item be sent to me but they declined. They said they will only issue a refund once item is returned. For all this I could've just ordered from **** when they dropped the sneakers a couple days ago. For them to not send me the correct item then not rectify their mistake is upsetting. If they didn't do it purposely they should've at least offered to reach out to the other person whose order I received and see if they have the shoes that I originally order. I will never do business with this shady company again.

      I'm heated right now! I placed an order on Hibbett.com on July 19th. Order #*************. It's currently July 22 and I got a text message from Hibbett that showed my order would be delivered by a PERSON! Not *** or ***** or a delivery carrier ... But an actual regular PERSON. My delivery person's name was "Gyniek". Initially, I sent the delivery person a message because I wasn't home and I didn't want them leaving my package outside. They never replied to the message. But then, I came home and sent them ANOTHER message letting them know that I was home now. But again, they never responded. So I waited and waited for the package to come. Then at 5:08PM, I got a message stating that my package was delivered. I checked outside, NO PACKAGE. I checked at the mail room, NO PACKAGE. So I sent them a message asking them where was my package was? Again, NO RESPONSE. I immediately called Hibbett customer service and spoke to a rep that put in a case for me and gave me a case # - ********. The rep told me I should be hearing something back in a couple of days but this is completely unacceptable. Having regular people deliver IN-DEMAND shoes is ridiculous! On top of that, they're not required to upload a picture or anything. My tracking basically says "completed" and nothing more. And still, no response from the delivery person. Now the shoes are SOLD OUT. I'm absolutely livid. I even called the local store and spoke to the manager and she told me that these drivers are like "door dash" drivers and they don't even work for Hibbett. Not a good idea!!! Since the shoes are SOLD out, I just want a refund.

      I ordered shoes from here April 28 has been looping since then Ive called several post offices Ive called hibbet sports they say they cant do anything just didnt wanna take a loss out over 160 $

      I ordered a pair of shoes that I've been dying to purchase for awhile but couldn't really justify spending that amount on myself. Well, I finally did it and although the order came surprisingly quick, I immediately noticed markings on one of the shoes. It almost looked like.pen but when I tried to wipe it off it wouldn't budge at all. They were on sale/clearance and there were only2 available in my size when I purchased. I contacted them and was offered a measly 10% coupon... which by the way if you go to the site every few weeks or so you'd see anything from at 20-30% Off coupon from time to time. I didn't give the rep a hard time because I'm sure her hands are tied, but this company doesn't really care about fairness. Either I should have been able to exchange for free or given a way bigger discount/ or points on my rewards to use towards a future purchase. I would never use this company again. Save yourself the trouble and just go to kids footlocker, ***** whatever large retailer that is more trustworthy.

      On 5/19/2023 I placed an order online for 4 items. I made sure to process order in time for processing to take place the next day. Upon creating the order I was advised a delivery estimate of 3-7 days (business). I placed the order assuming it would be here before my anniversary trip out of the country. On 5/21/2023 I received an email that 2 of 4 items have shipped and the other 2 are still processing. I tracked the order and it was departing from ******* which was great because it should get to ******* quickly . I was wrong . Today is 5/24/23 and I have yet to receive my package.The tracking shows it left ******* , came to ******* and is now in *********. I called customer service who has no idea why my package left the destination facility and is now in another state with an original estimated delivery date of 5/23/23 . The rep I spoke with states she has no idea when the order will arrive , I cant get a refund because its already shipped and nothing can be done. Not to mention the other 2 items she states she doesnt know when they will ship at all. As of today I am out of 121 dollars and nothing to wear as planned on our anniversary vacation . I would like a full expedited refund or a store credit with next day shipping

      I bought 2 pairs of the same shoe in 2 different sizes. On April 30th. By may 2nd the package was supposedly delivered via **** I waited a few days and a package never came. I called the may 6th letting Hibbett customer service informing them I never received a package. They provided a new tracking number via ***** stating ***** might be fulfilling the order. I waiting a few business days for an update on the tracking number for ***** to update and it stayed stuck on pending order. I called back on may 11th. They stated they would refund my money. Never happened. Called again on may 17th to get an update. My case is still under review. I have cameras at the residence I have my package delivered and never saw *** even approach my drive way the day my package was supposedly delivered. I just want my money back since I never received my shoes
