      Paid up thru Sept, trash does not get picked up regularly, which is now two more weeks they have gone without picking up. I called to cancel the service and I was told my trash would be picked until October 4th, 2024. I don't believe they will continue

      The customer has been missed.  They canceled service as of Oct 4.  We have put through an escalated pickup and his account is heavily noted so the drivers see he has been missed.  We have refunded him two months.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused.

      I started with this company several months ago. They miss picking up my trash at least 2-3 times a month, resulting in calling for a pick up. This has been ongoing for this company. I asked for a refund of the remainder of what i have paid and was told they would not refund the money. The clerk told me they don't refund at all. When I took on this company for service I was told that if I decided to cancel that they would gladly refund the money I paid. So now I have been subjected to not only poor service, but keeping money from a person on a fixed income. I am retired so money is important when you only have so much to spend. I would like a refund of the remainder of what I paid so that I can find another agency to pick up my trash. Their excuses and poor service does not entitle them to keep a seniors money. Corporate greed or financial trouble???

      We paid Cards Trash Service three months in advance for residential trash service we were promised two trash recepticles within 24 to 48 hours but until they were delivered we would have bag service
      . It has been a month and still no trash cans and it's been two weeks since our trash was picked up.
      We have contacted them many times in this last month and always get the same response the cans will be delivered by the end of the week that was three weeks ago! Our trash is piling up i contacted them today Monday the 19th to make sure they would pick our trash up today as promised and it did not happen, We are getting nothing but the run around and empty promises! I just want what I paid for.

      Cards Recycling in Arkansas. No trash service for over 2 weeks with numerous phone calls daily and business saying they would take care of it. Never hear back from the company when leaving a message. Payment has already been made for 3 months of service with trash only picked up once in last month.
      Also false advertisement saying they are servicing the area we are in but apparently they are not able to at this time.

      Cards, is a company that's supposed to pick up trash every other week for us. The charges almost $100 a month and we'll go weeks without picking up the trash like sometimes 4 weeks sometimes 5 weeks sometimes they triple our bill. This time it's been 3 weeks they're supposed to pick it up every other week. It's been 3 weeks already if they don't get it today it'll be four. I just want them to be consistent. And stop taking extra money out of the account. What time they took 2 months the last time they took it out they took three months. And it's on auto pay all they got to do is take it out once a month. And pick up the trash like they're supposed to.

      Cards recycling is not picking up our trash even after multiple phone calls. They refuse a refund after not doing the service that was paid for. I have had multiple problems with them not picking up our trash. This time its been two weeks and its piling up.

      Cards has assured us several times that they will pick up our trash. It's been 3 weeks with no service and we are tired of being lied to. We have a ridiculous amount of trash sitting at our house.

      I PAID FOR SERVICE FOR 3 MONTH AND TRASH WAS NOT PICKED UP FOR THE LAST WEEK OF FEB AND NOT AT ALL FOR MARCH, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND NOW I AM RECEIVING A BILL STATING I OWE $240 INCLUDING LATE FEES.       I am rejecting this response because:  I received another bill yesterday with another $20 late fee attached to the amount.  We do not owe anything.  We should be getting a refund for the last week of February.  I with a new trash company in April.  We want this balance zeroed out.

      Cards took over shorts trash service here in Pittsburg, Ks about a year ago and since then our trash is rarely picked up as scheduled. When I called to cancel the service they stated that I had already paid for the service through the month of September and no refund was to be issued. Our trash has not been picked up at all this week. I have contacted them numerous times via phone and email and received verbal and email confirmation that they were to correct the issue and it is still resolved. I have paid for services that are not delivered. I also asked to speak to a superior and still have not received contact.

      We contacted Cards by phone on 4/16/24 requesting cancellation of service because Cards had not picked up our trash since 3/21/2024. We paid Cards in full for the months of January, February, and March 2024. We received a bill from Cards for the month of April in the amount of $65.00. We did not pay it since Cards provided no service to us in April 2024 and we had already contacted them to close our account. I received another bill at the beginning of July 2024 with added late fees. I was unable to contact anyone by phone so I wrote Cards a letter dated 7/5/2024 outlining all this information and asking for a resolution as we did not owe them anything since no services had been provided after 3/21/2024 and we had paid for services through 3/31/2024. I received
      no response from Cards. I checked my email today and noticed I received an email from Cards dated 8/13/24 stating if I did not pay the original bill of $65 plus late charges immediately they would turn me over to collections. This is not right of them. They never made any adjustments for
      weeks they did not show up and have not been professional in handling my situation. I do not owe them any money and now they threaten to hurt my credit. I greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. I had hoped to settle this with Cards but that doesn't seem possible at this point. Thank you.
