      We have paid for a trash service basically on a 3 month subscription. The asked us to prepay $90 for 3 months of service. Our trash wasn't picked up for 3 weeks in a row, and then 2 weeks in a row. So for 5 weeks of our 12 week billing we were charged for a service we didn't receive.

      We apologize for you bringing this to our attention regarding lack of service in your area.  We did have a few truck/driver issues in that area at the time, but they have since been resolved.  We cannot make up the lack of service previously, but we are more than willing to work with you going forward.  We would like to offer to lower your monthly bill, which will make up for the lack of service in the previous quarter. Please let us know and we will accommodate as needed.

      On Feb 29, I received email notification my automatic payment to ******** ***** Service was in the process of being sent out. On March 1, I received a bill notice from CARDS MO LLC for payment due. I tried calling ******** ***** Service, but their phone went directly to CARDS MO LLC. The message on their phone indicated everything had been forward to them from ******** ***** Service (which I assumed that meant payments also). I called them several times, but each time, nobody answered. I then sent them an email. I told them my payment had already gone out to ******** ***** Service and needed to know what to do. No answer. I have since received another bill from CARDS MO LLC showing my account is past due. I wrote them a check for the current month with a letter attached showing where my bank issued the check and the check number. I mailed this last week and this evening, I got an automated call from them that my trash service is being cancelled. At no time, did ******** ***** Service contact me to let me know they had sold their business so I could stop the automatic payment. And CARDS MO LLC refuses to talk to me to get this straightened out. I guess this is actually a two-fold complaint for both companies.

      My trash collector was purchased by CARDS Recycling. They changed in January. I was told our trash collection day would not change. I have only had three pick ups in the last two months, and none of those were on the scheduled pick up day. I decided to change my trash collector. They have already changed my credit card for January-March. I want a refund for March. I was told they will not refund my money.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we have reviewed your account, ********.  According to our notes you called us on Mar 7, 2024 requesting to no longer use our services.  It is our companies policy that once you pay for the months service, which would have been billed to you in February, we can no longer offer a refund.  We are more than wiling to continue picking up your trash bins through March.  Please let us know if this is what you'd like to do and we can continue.

      We called for trash service from CARDS on February 7th. We paid $77.44 on that day.
      Our trash bin arrived within two days. They told us our trash would be picked up every Monday. As of February 22, we have never received trash pick up. I called them on February 19, and they told us we would have trash service within 48 hours. We waited three days and still no trash service.
      My husband called and canceled their service and asked for a full refund, which the secretary said she didn’t have the authority to give and it would have to go through management. We have never received a call. Please help us on this matter. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I discontinued their service on February 22nd and in no way do I wish to hire this company back. I was never verbally abusive to anyone. If anything, ****** ***** was verbally unkind to me. I don't know how they can claim that they tried everything they could to resolve this when I was the one that had to contact them each and every time to try to resolve this problem. I was told twice that my trash will be picked up within 48 hours and never received service once. I want a refund $164.44.

      authorized to refund after billing has occurred.  We are more than willing
      to service your address through the rest of the quarter.  I am sorry but

      Emailed and called Cards 12/14/23 to cancel my services, they withdrew payment out of my banking account for the month of January, was advised by Wendy, my account rep that I would be refunded, I still haven’t been refunded. Also my trash dumpster sat in my yard until 1/8/24. They were supposed to empty trash and remove dumpster on 12/22/23. After they removed dumpster, sent me a bill for $150.00 for the removal. So I advised them that I was going to charge 15 dollars a day for storage. I want my money refunded and no charge for removal of dumpster.

      In January 2024 card recycling took over change recycling. I was billed for three months January February and March 2024 which I paid I believe it was either $54 or $59 I set my recycled out every Friday that I was supposed to set it out in January every two weeks they did not pick up I called to tell them they did not pick up I emailed they said they would be there they never showed They never showed up the entire month of January here it is February 9 they finally did come by but I had already called to cancel so I did not have it out today I just happened to walk out when they drove bye I told them I had cancel because I did not have the recycle out . I’ve called cards to actually cancel again they told me that they would cancel me at the end of March but they do not reimburse so now they want their cans back but they don’t want to give me my money back even though it was them that did not fulfill the agreement to be here and pick up my trash

      December 18th I caught up my billing which I was behind on. CARDS has not picked up my trash since early December. Part of that was inclement weather but even with delays they still have not come. When I call, they promised to come, no show. I asked for the month to be refunded they declined. The last phone call they were extremely rude and hung up on me. No manager will return calls. I just want the month of January credited

      The home at **** **** ***** is vacant so we canceled the trash service for this home. We want Cards Trash Company to please complete there job. Please pick up there trash cans (2). The neighbor is complaining it blows into her yard. I put stuff in the can to prevent it from blowing… we have waited 30 days. The cans still aren’t picked up. We have cancelled the service so please pick up your trash can. We are working hard to beautify this property and clean the yard. Please help us by picking up your cans. It will be greatly appreciated.

      I use CARDS for trash pickup service, specifically a dumpster service. My scheduled pickups are supposed to be every two weeks. CARDS has told me I am on "B" week. My service address is *** ******* Lane, **** MO *****.

      After noticing no pickup for the month of December, I called 12/19/23 to alert them to no service. I was assured that there would be a pickup by 12/22/23. After no pickup, I called back on 12/26/23 to tell them there was still no pickup. Again I was assured there would be a pickup within 48 hours. Still no pickup, I called again and explained the urgency that the dumpster was overflowing and no one has picked up. I was told they were escalating to dispatch. They then told me that the last person was wrong and I was on B week pickup and to expect a pickup by Friday or Saturday the 29/30th. Now I understood that the holidays were interfering with pickups by 1 day, however, after still no pickup, I called again on 1/2/24, they told me again, that the last person was wrong and I would have a "B" week pickup on Friday 1/5/24. Again, I waited through Sat, as there was another holiday delay as expected. Still no pickup as of today 1/8/24. I would like them to pickup my trash as they said they would, repeatedly. There has been no call backs from management, dispatch, or really anyone to offer a resolution. Its been over a month of no trash pickup. This is a sanitary issue. We need a resolution ASAP.

      Cards bought out the trash company I was subscribed to and did not inform the customers of any change. I had to figure out who bought the company and call them myself. I called Thursday Sep 19 to cancel Cards because I did not want them to be my trash provider based off the numerous negative reviews of their service. At that time I was informed that I would have to pay for the month of Sep and after that they would pick up the can and I would be done. Can was picked up the last week of Sep They took my card info but apparently did not charge for the month of Sep.

      I received a bill in Nov showing I was late for for the months of Sep and Oct and owed $101. I called on 21 Nov at 11:00 A.M CST and told they lady that I had already cancelled the service and that my can was picked up in Sep. She said I owed them for the month of Sep as well as $15 to pick up the can. I told them I am not paying for them to pick up the can when I did not seek them out for service and especially after the way they handled the buyout. I told them i would pay for Sep and gave my card info again and was charged a total of 34.89 with an authorization # of ******.

      18 Dec I received another bill showing a balance of 56.69 for a late fee and what appears to be a charge for Dec. I have been trying to get a hold of them today, the 19th of Dec but have yet to have anybody answer the line.
