      They bought out Phillips trash service and didn’t tell me or my neighbors there was a change I didn’t get a bill for May or June and got an email at the end of June that I was being cancelled until I paid my bill and they charged me a twenty dollar late fee and they don’t care if this is what I am to look forward to it doesn’t look good.

      Cards Recycling Trash Service
      My trash had not been picked up for the past 2 weeks and when I called customer service and spoke with Brittany on Thursday, she informed me that it would be picked up Friday. I called Friday afternoon and spoke with customer service and was told they were out and would be picked up by this afternoon. Here it is 8:30 pm and my trash is still out by the road, I don’t which is worse being lied to or paying for service and not getting it. JR *****

      Finally picked up my trash ONLY because I complained and filed a work order! This is the 5x in 12 weeks they picked up. The rest of the time, 2-3 week periods, they did not pick up but charged me anyways! Here in MO we're going to have to get the AG involved to resolve this.

      We had service in Pittsburg. The company has terrible customer service and deceptive business practices. They started billing quarterly without good faith efforts to inform customers, and then they refuse to give refunds even before that service period began. I was told if I stopped payment they would use a collection agency. When you call, it is not local and you'll be on hold 10-30 minutes before anyone picks up. Terrible company!

      My trash wasn't picked up for two weeks. Not the first time it's happened. I called them. Imagine my shock to find out they had stopped service to my area! I asked why and all they said was they had sent out an email explaining they were no longer servicing our area! Absolutely no one in my area got that memo! They flat out lied and just decided they weren't servicing this area without bothering to inform us! Good Riddance! Your tarnished reputation will never recover!

      I would give a zero star if it was offered. I canceled my service and paid my bill and they still sent me to a collections attorney. I am currently disputing this. Don't ever use Card's they are the worst!!

      Terrible bookkeeping. I paid 6 months in advance and I get a bill every month with a late fee. I cancelled service and I’m still receiving bills..

      Horrible service, horrible business the worst of all kind. I can't believe Missouri allows them to operate in the state. They rarely picked up on time, skipped pickup days all together and you can never reach them on the phone. They applied false fees to my bill after I broke up with them! Cards is literally a garbage company!

      I cancelled service with Cards due to them not picking up trash 3 different times. Going on week 6 now and 3 different phone calls to have them pick up their trash bin, it still sits in front of my house. I also have not received a prorated refund from cards for the 4 weeks that remained on this supposed contract they didn't abide by. Should actually be 7 weeks refund with the three weeks they didn't pick up trash. I want the trash bin gone and the money owed to me due to them not doing as contracted to do. They honestly don't deserve the 1 star that has to be given.
