      Horrible customer service and does not pick up regularly. I just had a 3 wk stay in hospital over time of my quarterly payment and so was not able to call to cancel service. They refuse to refund and said will still charge through end of quarter even though rarely pick up my garbage and I told them had already hired someone else. Would NEVER recommend this garbage service to ANYONE.

      Terrible service. Paid up front, and then they never picked up my trash. NEVER. Feels like a scam. I called repeatedly, tried to get this resolved nicely, and they always promised they would. But they literally never followed up.
      0 out of 10, would not repeat.

      We received terrible service from them. I cancelled our service and they still made us pay for the next three months because I cancelled two days after billing cycle. Unless we wanted our credit ruined by a very substandard company, I had to pay it. We never knew when they were picking up our trash and several times, never picked it up at all. I tried to talk to customer service many times and they were rude and just kept saying that that is just their policy and nothing can be done about it.

      Don’t do it, they’ll keep sending you invoices even though you cancelled service. That’s the only Business that I have dealt with that won’t give you a cancellation number or email stating cancellation.

      Absolutely the worst company ever. They should be sued for taking payment and not rendering services. DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY. In 6 months they missed nearly half of the pick ups. I called and had them document our conversation every time. I've called and asked for a supervisor on a few occasions. Today they simply hung up on me when I started explaining my frustration and requesting reimbursement.

      Horrible service . Trash never picked up on time ! Had to call every time for pick up. This week they never picked up and we have an event this week and needed it dumped. Very disappointed

      If there was zero stars I’d give zero. They don’t service my new address don’t provide refunds so literally I paid for 3 months of service because I didn’t know when the next payment would come out but called immediately when I got the email. To make matters worse they told me they did service my new home so I left my trash out two weeks in a row after I moved. And for two separate weeks they didn’t come pick it up. When I again called them they said they didn’t give refunds so I’ll continue to pay for trash pickup until Sept even though they don’t actually service my new home. Really awesome business model steal money from people who move guess that’s one way to make money. Instead of providing good service.

      If I could give zero stars I would, so one star it is.
      Where does one begin?
      Our previous company was sold to them? Sold out? (Whatever the phrase is.) We were given no notice whatsoever. Our payment wasn't transferred over, so we incurred late fees. Trash was continuously not picked up on multiple occasions, with no explanation whatsoever.
      CARDS lacks zero customer service whatsoever. If you attempt to call their help line, the phone will continuously ring without anyone answering the phone (attempted several different times and days over the course of a week).
      If you are on autopay there is no letter or email sent when a payment does not go through, and they will get rid of autopay, charge you a late fee, and the process starts all over again. This happened MULTPLE times, even with my attempts to call (see above at how successful that is).
      They changed from monthly to quarterly without any note whatsoever. When I reached out to their "customer service" through e-mail I was able to finally get a response to cancel my services (after about a week's wait time). However, when I asked for a refund for my quarterly payment that I NEVER got notice of, they said that they don't do refunds per their FAQs. I screenshot several of the message I have received over the course of the last year (2024), which was about six messages, alongside screenshots of their billing through their website. The "customer service representative" told me that I should've received an e-mail AND seen it in my invoice on their website - neither of these were true.
      Even with screenshot evidence, they said they do not provide any refunds whatsoever, it has to be done 'before the billing period' - WHEN THERE WAS NO NOTE THEY WERE CHANGING POLICY!
      RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM CARDS. DO NOT USE!

      CARDS always sends bills on time but ALMOST NEVER actually does the job on time. We have had to contact them almost every week to get them to pick up our trash. This results in biweekly or sometimes less frequent trash pick up.
      $23/month should be approximately $5.50 per trash pick up, depending on how many weeks in the month. However, with this service, it ends up being $12.50 per pick up or even the whole $23 for 1 pick up. This is very expensive!!
      If you live in rural areas, there aren’t a lot of trash pick up options, but anything other than nothing would be better than paying too much for CARDS lack of service.

      This business bought out our previous trash collector business and told us the charges would be the same. We paid the same but our trash was not picked up consistently or went weeks at a time without being picked up. When we were fed up I called the company and told them to discontinue our automated payments and discontinue our service. I was assured we would not be charged again but we were and this time it was for three months service. Called the company back and they said they couldn’t promise the money would be refunded. This is a terribly run company with many many dissatisfied customers,
