      Do not use Cards Recycling!!! They require 3 months payment in advance and then don't pick up. They are especially bad with not picking up recycling. Also, they refuse to give any refunds for service not performed or contracts cancelled.

      We received a fraudulent bill from Cards recycling in FL opened in mine and his EX wifes name. With an Arkansas service address from a home she never lived in and we moved out of in Sept last year. The bill was for April of this year. Customer service was rude. They didn't care. They told us you are not required to show identification or validate you are the person they take your word for it.

      Buyer beware! They can’t show up at the correct address. When asked to come by next day and make good on their side of contract, they won’t. Do not do business with them if you have ANY other source.

      Only because there is nothing lower than a 1 star. They double billed then a week later I received a letter saying they were going to. I immediately called and spoke to their customer service representative and cancel my account. I asked for a refund for the service not provided and was told they don’t do refunds. I said they double billed they acknowledged that and still said they don’t do refunds. They are a horrible company.

      We need a zero star option. Cards refuses to give refunds for services not rendered, even after services have been cancelled. They rarely answer the phone and if they do, they’re rude and unprofessional. If you leave a message for them or email them they don’t respond.
      Pretty sure this falls under theft of service and/or CC fraud.
      DO NOT USE CARDS!

      Even 1 star is too much. We canceled two months ago with a $0 balance since they bill in advance. Then they cancelled the account due to nonpayment and started harassing my husband and I by email, text, phone, and mail and their bill continues to rise as they tack on late fees and more months of past due billing. You can’t reach them if you call them. We didn’t choose this company, our previous trash company sold to them. Poor service and crooked business practices made us not want to give them our business. We just want to be left alone. This company can’t be trusted.

      I paid for three months of service in advance. My trash did not get picked up three times. You absolutely cannot reach anyone on customer service phone lines. Despite missing my trash pick up, they refused to give me a refund because it is against their policy. You cannot even reach anyone on the customer service line to cancel your service. Terrible!

      This company is scam. We were transferred to this company as they purchased the old company.
      Unprofessional, scammers, rude, unethical, cheap...you can keep adding to them.
      Why there is no action against them so far/ How this company is even surviving?
      They are not cancelling our services that starts from July. I am trying to terminate it from June start! (today is June 18th)
      They are planning to charge for 3 months 9July to Sept) !!! You can connect to them via phone only after minimum 15-20 minute wait if you are lucky (sometime your phone will be disconnected by itself).
      On phone they said that they have cancelled our service. On email they are saying that they will not cancel it.
      Why we are cancelling: Such an unprofessional service! MISSED PICKUP! IRREGULAR PICKUP TIMES! Trash started stinking a number of times!
      Take legal action on this company!

      Horrible trash service. They required us to pay quarterly and then quit servicing us. Going on 2 weeks without getting our trash picked up and they refuse to give us a refund. CARDS RECYCLING are thieves.

      Terrible company!! They bought out my original company Home Land Waste, which was great! I have had nothing but problems from Cards. I pay quarterly and I am paid in full through June 30, 2024. However, they missed picking up my garbage two times in May (my trash is out before 5am) and they have not picked up one single time in June, it's not the 17th and should have had 3 pickups by now. I had to hire another company to pick up my trash, this was done on June 7, 2024. I took my Cards account off autopay and removed my credit card from the portal, I also emailed them to cancel my service that same day because I was on hold for over an hour and no one ever picked up the phone . Yesterday, June 16, I received a bill for the next quarter. I called them to find out why they are billing me when they haven't even fulfilled their prior contract. I was informed it doesn't matter that they didn't pick up my garbage that I can't cancel and I have to pay that bill or they are going to sue me. I will be contacting an attorney. I am not the only one experiencing the same issues. Check out their google reviews! I wish I could give negative stars because this company is a total rip off!!
