      I just paid $75 for "3 future months billing" just last month but got another bill today charging me again for " future months billing." I can't even get them to pick my trash up weekly. I called to ask what day my trash would be picked up as prior owner pick up day was Friday. I was told "just whatever day we can get out there." They have never picked it up weekly but yet I have to pay for weekly service. Something doesn't make sense with this company!

      Cards became our garbage disposal service, not by our choice. They bought out the previous service we had a couple of months ago. Thursdays are our scheduled pick up day. I don't believe our trash has been picked up a single time on the scheduled day. May 16, 2024 was a scheduled day for pick up and we have yet to have our trash picked up! I truly believe this "company" is a total scam!! They take your money and offer zero service!

      If I could give them a big fat ZERO for customer service, I certainly would. They bought out my former trash company so we signed up with them but within the very first quarter, they have already failed to pick up our trash numerous times, and each and every time we call they have a different excuse and tell us they will pick up our current trash in 3 days, however it has now been around 3 WEEKS since we have had a pickup, although they were on autopay to get paid for ZERO service at our home. We have had to take our own trash to other public dumpsters because it has been completely overflowing for more than 2 weeks now. Some of the neighbors who are also customers have reported being frequently hung up on, on hold for an hour or more, and their phone number being blocked by CARDS so they never get through. We have now signed up with a different company that is local to us, because we have NEVER in all our 40 years together, had such terrible service from a company that now expects us to pay three months in ADVANCE for a service that they apparently refuse to complete.

      Can I select a ZERO star???? This is the worst trash service. They took over our trash service after 10 years and it has been bad ever since. They have NOT picked up our trash on time EVER. Every week I have to call and complain. Go with someone else.

      I live in SE Kansas. Cards bought the trash service I was using. They deducted a 3 month charge without notifying me. Then they started using a truck with an electric arm so carts had to be taken to the road. I am not physically able to comply so I cancelled. I was told I would be credited for the 2 months remaining. The company was in the transition stage so I was patient. My first call was 9/1/23. I am still sending emails and making phone calls. Customer service always says they will email the manager. My first 2 emails to the man in charge of this area were answered saying someone would look into it. That was months ago. I am still sending emails out of principle. My next email will be to let them know about all the reviews. I had to choose at least one star, but I give it zero stars.

      Cards is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We paid our bill three months in advance and since February had weekly service ONCE! Called and complained several times and got lip service. Asked to speak to management and they never returned calls. Finally fired them approximately April 12th, and now can't get them to come remove their can from my property. Actually, the entire neighborhood has fired them, and their cans litter the entire area. Finally, and not surprisingly, they do not provide refunds for services not provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

      They are the worst company out there they are crooks and have over charged me for months and lie lie lie anything you say to them they say is wrong even tho I have every single payment from way back when Bernice sanitation owned it now they want you to pay for 3 months in advance and they don’t always pick it up but they will not pay you back for the missed pickups they are crooks!

      Absolutely terrible communication and refuse to fix their mistakes. Over charged and did not provide the services they agreed to. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

      Multiple weeks they have missed picking up our dumpster trash. This time we are going on three weeks with no pickup AND A CARD TRASH TRUCK just drive by! Also, going on three days waiting on a call back so I called at 8am this morning. The man said he can't cancel dumpster services only a sales rep can. So now I’m waiting on Kimberly the sales rep to call. It’s obvious the company is taking our money {three months in advance as well!!} and not doing the service they are supposed to do.

      I can't decide if CARDS is just incompetent or if they're just using shady business practices to scam people. We used CARDS for a few months and cancelled. They said they would pick up the trashcan. After they did, we were surprised that they charged us for the trashcan. We called, they said their system messed up and it would be resolved. A few months later, we receive yet another bill for a trash can plus late fees. Yet again, we call CARDS, they repeat what they said before. I believe we may have called a couple times after that. To our surprise, they sent the bill to collections and now they claim there's nothing they can do about it. Beware of this service!
