      Avoid doing business with this company. They make up payment rules with no contractual basis. Get every thing in writing. Watch for increases in services for petroleum upcharges that do not ever go down when fuel prices drop. Watch them charge you for trash can pickup when you stop services even if you offer to bring them back to their location. Do not stop services until one week before you intend to not use them else they will tell you they have 3 month contract term after payment is made and will not make any refunds.
      I encourage you to not use Cards.

      You shouldn’t even get a star. You’ve stolen my money and after 4 weeks have yet to return it. You’ve stolen money from multiple people and this is unacceptable. You shouldn’t be in business because of your thievery.

      Bad from the start, I paid in advance they took 3 weeks to pick up my trash, another week to bring the container.
      I called the next week and canceled, then they charged me $25 to pick up their trash container.

      I'm in Southeast Kansas. When I found out they raised rates once again and decided they were going to start billing quarterly and to "adjust finances accordingly" , I knew that I could not afford to pay quarterly as I'm on a fixed income, so I told them I was canceling my service as of May 1st. They did not pick up the final two weeks of my trash service (4/18, 4/25) even though I called them and told them that they had not picked up my trash. They also left huge, deep ruts in my yard in January from a roll-off truck trying to pull out one of their trash trucks that had gone off my driveway and almost rolled into my pasture. They assured me that they would pick up my trash and had me send pictures of the damage done to my yard to Ken ****** who has yet to respond. Fortunately, I have pictures and videos of everything that happened in January.
      They keep raising their prices and the service keeps getting worse. I am not going to pay for the last 2 weeks that they failed to pick up my trash and I am not going to pay them $25 to come pick up my polycart that is overflowing. This company is a joke, and some of their staff over the phone are very rude and borderline hateful. I would never ever recommend using this company for any of their services.

      My trash wasn't picked up today because they said they locked my account. I received no notification that my account was past due or that my account was locked. When I called, they had no answers and said that they would call me back, but they wouldn't send someone back out to pick up my trash.
      CARDS is literal trash. I will be looking for a new provider.
      If I could provide less than 1 star, I would.

      I have not had my trash picked up in over 2 weeks. Let me start by saying I have been extremely patient with Cards. I had issues with the days they pick up my trash. They started out picking up on Mondays, then Tuesday. ( without being notified about it being changed to Tuesday) Last week I took my trash out as usual on Monday night. It was not picked up on Tuesday. Upon calling them now for the second time they informed me that no I was wrong and my trash has always been on Wednesdays ( it hasn’t but ok). I was informed that it was the next day on Wednesday. Wednesday came and I had to call again to ensure they were picking up my trash. I was told that I was in the schedule and yes, it would be picked up. Thursday morning of course trash was still full. Called Cards back now we are on the 4th call with them and was told they would put in a call to pick it up. I was informed it would be picked up on Thursday. During this time my husband called in and they told him no it could be 24-48 hours to pick up. They don’t work Saturdays so I waited until Monday to see if they were going to pick up to my surprise nope not picked up. During all these calls they informed me there was cameras on the truck, great so you can see they have not picked up my trash. We talked and figured we wouldn’t get it picked up until yesterday Wednesday our normal trash day. Nope, they did not pick it up and my husband called now for the 6th time between us. He was told our trash wasn’t close enough to the street. ( we live on a dirt road trash was at end of drive way) but, my husband went out to move it even closer to the street. I went out today and you guessed it no trash pick up. We are now on call #8 and was Informed , why yes I spoke to your husband yesterday. I said great why do I still have trash cans full still at the end of my drive way. There is way more so all I can say is run don’t walk away from cards

      CARDS Recycling took over the trash service in our area and they do not pick up trash. I have called them 3 times in one week trying to get my trash picked up because they missed my scheduled day. Still after 3 phone calls and them telling me they will send someone, no one showed up, I still have a trash can full. They require you to pay for 3 months in advance, so you pay for a service that you do not receive. Terrible business. If you have a choice do not use this company, they are no good.

      Poor customer service..can't get through to talk to anyone, trash not picked up in over 2 weeks. Would NOT recommend.

      I paid for service on January 17th 2024 today is April 19th 2024 and they have never ever picked my trash up. Called every week for the first 2 months and finally just gave up.
      Requested a refund in an email and they told me that my trash service will be discontinued. I said how can it be discontinued when it never started. Plus they charged me to drop off a trash can that I never received.

      Disgusting service! Raised the monthly Service without notifying customer. I have been paying my Trash service fee using online bill payment through my bank. Now they are charging additional fee because this way of paying is not online payment. Never notified us! The are charging me for sending bill by mail although I only received on bill by mail. I was never told or communicated that they will be charging if they send a bill. It is unfortunate that City gave the CARDS license to operate in the City of Pittsburg. Customer Service people are rude and don't try to help us at all. And I wanted to discontinue the service, however, they told me I will not get any credit for unused service. I am not sure what world we are living in. It is unfortunate that this CARDS company is behaving its customers as trash.
