      CARDS Trash service took over in January, I think, and it has been awful. Every month, they raise your bill with no notice. I have called about this issue, and they hang up on me, or they don't answer the phone. I have moved, and it took them 4 weeks to give us a poly cart. I called about this, and they said they would credit us. They never gave us credit. The bill just goes up and up. They now put a post on Facebook that they are billing every 3 months. This Facebook post was on April 17th . The change happened on the 10th, they said. They said they emailed everyone. On this Facebook post, Noone got an email. The customer service is absolutely awful. One of them hung up on me. Others said they would credit me. Never happened. This company is absolutely awful. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am over 50 years old, and this is the very 1st time I have ever written to the BBB

      We have had trouble since Feb 2024 with getting our trash picked up. It has not been picked up since March 21, 2024. I called and was told they had some changes but promised our trash would be picked up. I have been calling weekly and been told they are working on it. As of April 15, 2024 they are no longer answering the phones. I sent an email asking to cancel my service and a refund my money. As of today April 17, 2024 we have yet to hear back.

      There has been several weeks they have not picked up my trash, I let it go. But this last time they did not pick up my trash for 3 weeks. But yet they want their money. Can't even send a bill to my mailing address but knows where to pick up my trash when they pick it up. Poor service. And you try to call customer service no answer or they will hang up on you.

      I have had to call Cards Recycling 5 times to get my trash picked up (since January) When I asked to cancel service and receive a a refund for the months that I have paid in advance I was told that they do not refund any money for prepaid service (I have paid for the year in advance). When I asked for contact information for administration I was told they don’t have any phone numbers and they have sent an email. Their customer service is abysmal and I have been unable to reach a resolution with them.

      Terrible service! They will not pick up trash on their own schedule. They have skipped several weeks, with no explanation. Every customer in a 50 mile or more radius that uses this service have not had their trash picked up. They will not answer the phone and they will not communicate through email. They have been reported several times with no resolve. They are stealing money with no service in return.

      I hired to company to pick up my trash four weeks ago. They are supposed to come weekly and have only come once. Trash is piling up. Terrible customer service when calling as well.

      They have not picked up our trash 5 times since they have started in January 3 of those being the last 3 weeks .I was told by the Nixa Missouri office that all the drivers had quit.I ask for a refund they said they don't give refunds.

      They took over Pedersen Trash service in January. We paid for the first quarter January- March. In that time our trash was either not picked up, at all, not picked up on the specific trash day, only 1/2 picked up and the rest was blowing all over the ground!! Terrible service and terrible customer service. I canceled our service in March before receiving another bill for services that will incur and I was told that since the next quarter was due for April- June I still had to pay that even if I don’t use their company!!!!!! We put out the dumpster bin in March for them to reclaim, as was told to do so, and someone just picked it up today!!!
      This company is shady, and untruthful!! Oh yea, they also told me I would be reported to the credit bureau if I didn’t pay up!!
      So irritating and frustrating!!

      Shouldn't even be in service. They can't pick up the trash but still wants to charge you. Than after you cancel your account with them they want to charge you for trash they didn't pick up and the cart. Not a very good business.

      this is the worst possible business platform ever. i switched to cards recycling when they bought out our local trash service. since then i have used your company for my familys trash removal. i am currently paid for service up until september 2024 as of april first 2024 you have not picked up my trash and when i call to get help and have gotten no where with them
