      Too bad this website wont let you leave zero stars
      They are awful, constantly billing for the wrong amount and cant seem to figure out how to fix it.
      Add to that the fact that they miss pick ups at least twice a month (supposed to pick up weekly) and leave garbage and broken glass all over.
      This is a disaster of a company.

      I got charged twice in the same month one of the charges was for the month of April and the other charge was for the month of May 2024. They didn't even send out a notice or anything to let us know.

      CARDS bought out my old trash service and it was not a dependable company from beginning. They made sure they got paid for 3 months at a time but service was sporadic and sometimes went weeks with no service. I finally discontinued service before new billing cycle. Found a good reliable company now. Months later and CARDS is sending me bills for what? I don’t know! I was all paid up until I canceled service with them

      They bill me for trash service that I never signed up for. Sending emails and calling the company is useless. They say they took care of the bill, then I get another bill. Useless.

      They took over in January 2024 and bought out a company called Pedersons. They sent us a bill in January 2024 and we contacted Cards and they told us it would be $57.00 for three months. We sent a check to them (#****). We got a call yesterday saying that they were turning the bill over to a 3rd party collection agency. We tried to call but have not been able to get a hold of them. They say they are doing this because we haven't paid the second quarter of billing. I contacted them on Mar. 19th and told them to stop our service at the end of the month and they said they would do so. We were supposed to have 10 pickups and they missed 4 of them. Six out of ten times we have had an issue with them. We have never had a bill that we failed to pay. I tried to call them but it's just goes to a recording. We have a statement back saying we paid them.

      Canceled they never once picked up my garbage closed my account the lady said someone would pick up can on February 1st its still here, now getting threatening voice mail about turning my account over to collections. Worst company ever

      Absolutely TERRIBLE service and responsiveness to complaints. How does ANY business survive with this many bad reviews? I may as well be taking the $100.00+ we spend monthly and setting fire to it, as WELL as the trash they don't bother showing to pick up. Shameful. Writing my congressman.

      Our previous trash service was excellent, but unfortunately the business was taken over by CARDs. After months of trying to call CARDs and receiving either no answer or a full voice mail, we finally spoke to someone in the office (Annie). We wanted to cancel CARDS trash service and were told that since the bill for the next three months had been sent out, we are locked into service through the end of June!
      We have paid for service through the end of March, but they say it is their 'policy' to enforce payment once bills are sent. We have not seen anything in writing to this effect and have checked both their Website and any mail correspondence. We are waiting to hear back from a supervisor. Hopefully, we will receive a more reasonable answer.

      We never had service with this company. Our old provider was bought out by them but we never set up an account and went with another company. We kept receiving bills with late fees. Phone customer service is pretty much useless and writing or emailing never resulted in a response. We ended up contacting a local TV consumer ombudsman for help.

      5 days late picking up…again. My neighbors as well.
      Plus, you can never reach anyone by phone.
