      We paid $174.54 from 4/1/25 to 6/30/25 for residential trash pick up weekly, and recycling pickup every other week.4/23 late pickup 5/7 late pickup 5/15 late pickup 5/22 NO PICKUP 5/30 NO PICKUP 6/5 NO PICKUP We called weekly to discuss no pickup and they say it's driver issues and mechanical issues, with no ETA and basically apologizing. Meanwhile- our bins are overflowing, smell, and animals have been getting into them and making a mess. This is across our town of ******** and also Ware! We had no choice but to find another company (who came the next day to empty our Republic Services bins) but also had to pay them for the month of June. We cannot keep waiting for Republic to NOT COME! So we paid $ from 5/22 through end of June- which we never had service or pickup.This lack of service has prompted us to find a new trash company, unfortunately. We would like reimbursment from 5/22 through end of June and pick up our bins with no charge for pickup. We really had no other choice but to find a trash company that is reliable.We have tried speaking with them, and they won't reimburse. Their reliability has been consistently going downhill- we were waiting until the end of June to cancel- but we couldn't wait any longer for our trash to be picked up. Every time we call and ask they always say *** or give us a date for pick up, and it's not picked up.

      We would like a refund for services we paid for that you did not provide.  WE CONTACTED MCNAMERA IN RESPONSE TO YOUR MISSED PICKUPS- your company did not initiate that. 


      We paid $174.54 from 4/1/25 to 6/30/25...

      6/5 NO PICKUP

      So we paid $ from 5/22 through end of June- which we never had service or pickup.
      This lack of service has prompted us to find a new trash company, unfortunately

      We are asking for reimbursement for 6 weeks trash, 3 weeks recycling, and 6 weeks of fuel recovery fee = $78.20 not including administrative fees.  The board of health for the town of Ware and Hardwick are involved.  Please reimburse us the $78.20, thank you.

      Republic Services has been failed to pick up my garbage many times. They have not picked up my yard waste for 2 weeks in a row, and recycle waste for 1 week. This happened last Thursday on June 5th. On June 6th, I called them to report a failed pick up and asked to pick up my trash on Monday (June 9th). On June 9th, no one came to get the trash. So I called again, and they told me they'll file a complaint themselves and send someone on Tuesday June 10th. On June 10th, no one comes again. It's been almost 3 weeks that my yard waste has been pick up and I have no place to store waste. My recycle waste is piling up in my backyard. My address is ***************************************.

      The account for ********************* does not show any calls into our call center since 1.22.25 over stolen container. Previous calls show until back in 2023. No service issues show reported this year. Customer must reach out to our call center to advise us of issues for us to fix them.

      I have filed a complaint a few weeks ago against republic trash removal. I didnt have time to respond to your mail unfortunately. I just received the letter where on the bottom ********* **** says that I was ok with him crediting my account . He told me he was going to figure out why the havent come to pick up the trash. Then I waited a few days and told him I want their containers off my property. (Why would I be ok with paying almost $400 for a service and never getting that service?) He said he sent my info to a person names **** ****** well I never heard from him . Today I told ******** I want their containers off $380.00 I paid to them and they still havent been here . With no response. I have a new trash removal company that has already been here and picked up what republic didnt. I want my account closed and my money back Im considering court and contacting the news with the photos I have .every person Ive spoke with from this company lies . I been told many times they would be here the next week up until about a week ago and they called and said they arent coming due to staff shortages so why should the keep my money ?

      we don not want a $380 credit that we can’t use because you do not have drivers to pick up our trash so what good is a credit to customer that has no driver on route we want our payment refund to original payment method so we can have our money we were charged while you guys know that there was no drivers coming to our home you told us there was and charge us regardless of not having a picked up any of our trash for 4 consecutive weeks then saying you have no clue when you will be able to come service our home.   Credit we can’t even use is no good to us we want a refund a return of payment

      I have a restaurant that has scheduled trash pick up on Friday. I have had this particular issue with this company before. For the past two weeks my garbage has been marked as picked up. However, it has not been picked up. My business has had to have stacks of garbage bags inside and we also had to take trash to throw it away. That is totally unacceptable when you pay for a service. How is it a person can mark a job as done but not actually do it and no repercussions. I wasnt even offered an apology or extended a credit for services missed.. If I missed my payment I wouldnt get my trash picked up. So what the protocol for not doing pick up two weeks in a row. I would like a resolution to this situation. I am not happy about it!

      We do have cameras on the truck and were able to look these up via camera, there are some times where the can is blocked by a car, as well there is a time we missed the stop, and picked up the wrong can as they were next to each other. The last two do to a new driver on route. ***** ********* is the Operations Manager and his direct cell phone number is ************. He can take care of any issue you may or come across in the future if something arises. We have also talked with the driver for this stop as well.

      I called on 4/4/25 for a QUOTE. ***** ******** emailed me the quote. Unbeknownst to me, they signed me up for service. I got a bill. I called and they told me they canceled my account. Fast forward a month and I get a voicemail about my past due bill of $290. I again called and they again said they canceled my account. They told me they credited my invoice which sounded weird. I just got a paper past due notice in the mail. She credited $290 of a bill of over $500!! They say I still owe $204 for service I didnt sign up for! The account needs to be CLOSED and brought to a $0 balance. This better not be reported to a credit agency as I NEVER OPENED AN ACCOUNT OR GAVE MY PERMISSION TO OPEN ONE!When I called they said I have to sign paperwork to start service. I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING!

      We thank our customer for bringing this account setup error to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

      After listening to the recording and reviewing customers account, we observed that there was a glitch in the system. We are now looking into our system and making corrections to prevent future mishaps and complaints. 

      A full credit was issued for the balance of the invoice, and a letter was emailed to the customer confirming that her account was closed with a zero-balance owed.

      My trash container had the lid torn off by Republic Services garbage truck. It was laying in the road next to the container. I called Republic to request a new container and they said they could not replace it until Monday due to a lack of manpower. We have raccoons in the area and I cannot leave my trash uncoverd until then. Is there any way you can require them to get me a new container by tomorrow at the latest.

      This company has not provided waste removal service to our location for the past three consecutive weeks. This ongoing disruption has resulted in a dumpster that is now overflowing and an eyesore, creating sanitation concerns for a facility serving children and families. Despite multiple attempts to have this resolved through standard service channels, no corrective action has been taken.Additionally, I have contacted both supervisors and managers with the local Republic Services office numerous times. To date, I have not received a single follow-up or response. Most notably, an operations manager was scheduled to meet me on-site on May 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM to assess the damage and discuss a resolution. That meeting was completely ignoredthere was no call, no show, and no follow-up communication. This lack of basic professionalism is unacceptable and further erodes our confidence in your companys commitment to service.Moreover, the use of excessively large trucks has caused visible structural damage to our concrete driveway, which had remained intact for years under our previous provider, Commercial Disposal, who utilized smaller and more appropriately sized vehicles. The damage is clearly the result of equipment not suited to the physical constraints of our facility.

      *** failed to respond to several attempts to rectify his parking lot issue. The business has large broken pieces of concrete in front of the container. The drivers were not able to get to the dumpster as a result of the concrete blocking the can. *** spoke with the operations manager for Republic Services on June 6th 2025 and informed us that he will remove the large concrete blocks and pave the parking lot with asphalt. He agreed to have this done by June 11th 2025 so the drivers can get to the container to service.

      Our company has used Republic Services for years with a 4 cu yd dumpster. When our needs increased, we asked for a larger unit but were told none were available for regular use. **** led us to explore other providers, where we found more flexible service options at nearly one-third the monthly cost.On May 21, 2025, we contacted our account *** to cancel service and were told the dumpster would be picked up by May 31, 2025. After several days with no follow-up, we received an email stating that cancellations within 11 days of the billing cycle would extend service into the following montha policy we were never informed of.We were then told our original 3-year agreement signed in 2021 had auto-renewed, even though we received no notice or contact about renewal terms from Republic or our ***. **** lack of transparency and failure to meet our growing service needs forced us to look elsewhere.We feel Republic is intentionally stalling the cancellation process, adding fees, and ignoring fair business practices. We are now being charged for a service weve requested to cancel, all due to limitations on Republics end.Requested Resolution:We request that Republic:Acknowledge our cancellation effective May 21, 2025 Cease all further billing, cancellation fees, and penalties Retrieve the dumpster immediately If unresolved, we are p***ared to pursue legal options. **** issue stems from Republics inability to meet service expectationsnot from any wrongdoing on our part.

      To whom it may concern,I called Republic Services as I am renting out a property and I was told the new tenant just needs to call to establish service in their name, but.the tenant followed up with me stating I needed to call as there is a billing issue on my account. I have called in several times today to discover there is a lien on my property even though I can prove I am in good standings. I was transferred to the lien **** several times where it states they're closed even though the message clearly states they should be open. I have tried to escalate this situation to no accord.       On June 4th, 2025, the lien department was closed to attend a team building event. This information was relayed to the call center,unfortunately the 6 agents you spoke with did not relay this information to you. After our conversation, I reached out to the call center liaison, to see if she could verify if the information regarding the lien department being closed was accessible to the agents you spoke with or was the notice about the department being closed not there.  During this same call, Mr. ****** and I spoke about the lien on his property. He stated that he never received any emails related to his quarterly billing statements and he never received the delinquency and intent to lien notice. Mr. ****** signed up to have an online profile but he informed me that he never requested to have his bills sent via email but that is what the system was showing. Ive submitted an IT ticket to ask if there was a problem with the system that would have caused the notices not to be sent to Mr. ******* I will follow up with Mr. ****** once the information is sent to me. I informed him that I would contact him on 6/12/25. Regarding the delinquency and intent to lien notice, Mr. ****** asked for proof that the delinquency and intent to lien notice was sent to him. Per the City of ********* ordinance, 5.17.230, the guidelines to file a lien is specified in the *** ******** Republic Services follows the required parameters when sending the delinquency and intent to lien notices. The proof that we have was not acceptable for Mr. ****** since the notice was not sent certified, but it is not a requirement according to the *** ******** I gave him the City of ********* ordinance numbers and the *** ******* for him to review on his own. ********** your account has been paid current and to avoid the lien process, you should pay your quarterly bill on the due date instead of paying your trash bill twice a year as you have since 9/6/2023.
