      I called to have dumpster removed from my business, weve moved and where we are moving to doesnt allow dumpsters ,or have room for them . It took me talking to 3 people and then was told Id be emailed to be able to cancel ************ would take two months and Id be charged two months, Id prepared for this since Id been told by orher business owners they do the two month thing to everyone and my contract is up. There is no reason to charge two months to anyone before they can end your service, they are making a lot of money off people for no reason . It should not be so hard to cancel service with a company. I have stopped my automated payments with them until I know Im not going to be charged.

      The sales *** for this customer will be reaching out to them today to explain our resolution, in full. The customer's account will now reflect a closure date of 5/31. We will be crediting the amount of the 5/20 invoice, so the customer will not have to pay that invoiced amount. The only amount they will owe is the 4/20 invoice, plus the container removal charge, which is in their agreement.

      This company damaged my car with their trash truck and they are refusing to repair the damage that they caused and they have been nothing but rude when I have tried to talk to them about the issue, their truck dented my car door, cracked/chipped the paint and chipped my windshield.

      Moved out of rental property in *************, **. Canceled waste pickup April 30th 2025. Garbage cans have not been picked up yet and a new tenant moves in at the end of May 2025. They ordered new service with larger cans which were delivered.

      We received a quote on 4-7-25. Signed agreement on 4-10-25 at 1:41 pm. Called and emailed to change the effective date on 4-10-25 between 2:45 pm and 2:52 pm. Received a reply that they are working on the change request on 4-14-25 they will get back with us. 4-16-25, they delivered the trash container, called them to inquire why the container was delivered. Was told they would take care of it we would not be charged for the drop fee. Called and emailed to follow up on 5-2-25, 5-15, and 5-19-25. It appreas that someone if benefiting from this account so they are not trying to cancel the account. We dont need to have two trash bins.

      I am writing to formally report and escalate an ongoing issue regarding the non-collection of my recycling bin since May 8, 2025. Despite repeated calls to Republic Service and LA Sanitation customer service team, the issue remains unresolved as of today, May 19, 2025.I have contacted the Republic Service and LA Sanitation office multiple times to report the missed collections, and each time I was assured that a truck would be dispatched to pick up the recycling. Most recently, I called on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and was again promised that the recycling would be collected on Monday, May 19, 2025. As of the time of this message, that collection has still not occurred.This continued delay is unacceptable and has resulted in a significant accumulation of recyclable materials, creating both inconvenience and a potential health concern. I am requesting that this matter be given immediate attention and that the recycling be picked up no later than the end of the next business day.

      On March 18th 2025 a Republic Services garbage truck hit and crushed a light pole I have at the end of my driveway. I called Republic services customer service and filed a damage claim. I was told that they would pay for the damages they caused. They gave me damage case #*********. On April 18th I called them again, and was told they would contact the claim department and get my payment sent. On May 12th. I sent Republic services an invoice for $208.00 to cover the pole, PVC cover and light replacement. I have not heard anything back from Republic since

      I waited all day for a phone call from Republic. I also have a damage claim case # from Republic as proof that I have logged my complain on March 18th 2025. I would really like to get this taken care of since I had to purchase a new pole, light and cover with my own funds.

      Republic Services is charging fees that were not known or agreed to by its costumers. They charge fees for pickup of their goods, which they don't provide any other options for, like dropping off the goods by the costumer. When I agreed to services by them, at no time did they tell me there would be additional fees when canceling their services, which I've no other option other than to pay or be reported to credit bureau's. This practice is unacceptable.

      In May we had a response to our complaint but it is again a problem. I have talked personally with **** ******** here in **********, but he must have no influence on the driver. Our trash can again last week and today was left across the street in neighbors driveway. All residents on this side of street had theirs across the street also. We want, need, deserve our can to be left where it is picked up to be emptied. Please fix this

      The City of *********** contracts with Republic Service for garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup. Our scheduled pickup is Thursdays. There are several homes in the area, including myself that did not get their yard waste picked up 5/15. I called the afternoon of the 15th and was told they had until 6pm. Friday 5/16 it still was not picked up. I again called the morning of 5/16 and was told a truck was on the way. It is now 5/17 and still no pickup. I am billed and pay the city of *********** for a service provided by Republic Service and I expect them to follow the contract and provide the services we pay for.

      At the time of the missed pickups, the driver responsible was not properly running their route. This was largely due to it being a new contract and unfamiliar territory. However, we have reviewed the situation with our driver and emphasized the importance of completing the route every time. Additionally, the driver has been instructed to identify any areas not completed so that proactive communication can be made to notify and recover service for all customers.
      Since then, we have added additional support in *********** specifically for yard waste and will continue to work closely with our frontline team until all residents and the city receive the service levels they fully expect.

      I had two missed pick *** in one week. I submitted a report for the first missed pick up and had that report canceled by the company after calling and confirming that it had been submitted and they would be picking it up on Thursday. When I called to see why it was canceled without anyone letting me know, I was told there was a white truck in front of driveway and that they could not get to my trashcan. I know thats not true and was able to confirm that with my neighbors. I was also able to confirm that on the second missed pick up date there was nothing in front of my driveway and yet they still did not pick up for the second time this week. I cant get any response from anyone at the company to let me know when my trash will be picked up and what Im supposed todo. If I leave for work, and theres nothing in front of my driveway, on multiple days, and Im able to confirm that with other individuals. And Im told it will be picked up and then its not, I dont know what to do, especially when they close before you get home from work so you cant see whats going on. I pay way too much money and the bill was recently increased for this continued ridiculous service to happen.

      The driver servicing your account did not tag your trash cart to inform you that there was a truck parked too close to your cart and because safety is our number one priority, we would not be able to service you.

      You agreed that if your cart had been tagged then you would not have called in the missed pickup because you would have understood.

      You also informed us that the driver missed servicing your cart on your following service day as well.

      The Ops Manager will research on our end and will reiterate the process for non-service to our drivers.

      You also informed us that when you spoke with **************** regarding the missed pickup that the Reps were rude to you.

      We apologize for their rude behavior and want you to know that their supervisors will be pulling the recorded calls for coaching.

      We will also credit your account with the two missed pickups that you received.
