      They get two stars because of how they used to be. The others got erased by how they are now; a joke. Still missing trash pick up (though they might swing by when they want) according to schedule for the last three weeks straight; several times before that as well. Email bringing attention to the issue has been ignored. And pricing are going up - for less service and customer care than they previously had. It's like somebody new got a hold of the company and has no idea what they're doing. We're fairly patient, but we're finally being forced to look elsewhere.

      I am a customer in *****, ****. BEWARE of this company!!! I have been requesting to cancel services to go with another provider (contracted by *************) to save over $50 monthly. The representative I spoke with on 10-05-22 and another today 10-17-22 refused to cancel my trash service! Basically, at this point they are stealing from me. Their process, since I'm a business account is the they will NOT cancel at the customer request without the customer speaking to an "account manager". They refuse to transfer you to an account representative and/or to take a written request!!! I only have one small can so I am disappointment in this company as it's a horrible business practice to treat another small business this way! I'm still trying to get my service cancelled. ******

      I called on 09/26/2022 to report a missed pick-up, which they didnt pick-up my trash for 2 weeks. I checked my trash today and they havent picked up my trash again for 2 weeks consecutively. Yet they are still charging me monthly with autopay.

      I was a *****'s customer and switched garbage ******************** prior to the sale of the business to Republic. *****'s had already picked up the garbage container. Republic has been charging for services and turning my account over to collections. No matter how many calls made to customer service NO ONE could access the *****'s account files to confirm the service was canceled, and so there was "nothing they could do" to solve the matter, but if I didn't pay them, I'd have to solve the matter with the collections agency. When calling the collections agency and following the process to dispute the charges, the collections agency said that Republic hasn't responded to them either. Seven months of headaches and calls and they refuse to drop the charges for services they've never provided to me. Instead of cutting their perceived losses, they are attempting to ruin my credit. In a final attempt to solve the issue, a account person at Republic told me they "found" the account closure was requested and bin picked up in April. Not true at all, but as a customer, it is my word against **********************'s because I don't have proof of when the container was picked up...

      I have been a customer of ********************** since 3/21. On 3/24/2021, I signed up for their services and was told that I would have my cans by 3/31. When 3/31 came, I received no containers. I made multiple phone calls, and each cust. service rep assured me that I would have my cans the next day. On my 3rd call, I was informed that my cans were scheduled to be delivered on 4/12/2021. Almost a FULL TWO WEEKS AFTER they initially told me. I said this was unacceptable and I would be following up. I then had to email them, threatening to cancel service if I didn't receive my cans. Someone called me back, and the cans were delivered on 4/9/2021. 9 days after they initially told me. This was especially inconvenient, because my wife and I had just moved into this house, and we had nowhere to throw away our trash for a couple of weeks. We ended up having to drive our trash all the way across town to the dumpsters at our old apartment... in our cars... THAT ARE NOT TRASH CANS. After another hour or so on the phone with cust service folks, I was able to get them to credit 1/2 of my first bill. But wait, there's MORE!!! After this initial debacle, they started picking up my trash, but leaving my recycling behind. Only after multiple phone calls, submissions through their app for "missed containers", and finally direct messaging them through ********* was I able to get them to come pick up my container (for each individual missed pickup). This kept happening through July. Everything was fine until June of this year, then they started missing my recycling again. Every other time since then, they have missed my recycling, and I am yet again forced to make multiple app requests, phone calls, and DMs to get them to PROVIDE THE SERVICES THAT I AM PAYING FOR. Now, my last pickup date was 10/3/2022, and they still haven't picked up my recycling... after multiple app requests, phone calls, and ******** DMs.

      This company should not be allowed to service the community. They do not answer the calls at all. I emailed them and no response either. I have questions about my bill and I can't seem to get a hold of them. The average customer rating is 1. They should lose their contract. WE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!! IT"S NOT RIGHT!!!I see 971 bad reviews. COME ON!!!

      I have been a customer of ********************** since they purchased *****************. For the past three months, Republic has consistently missed picking up my recycle trash every week. We've called and complained multiple times and they blame it on lack of drivers. Yet they have no problem charging me full price for a service they are only half delivering on. I am switching disposal companies this month.

      For the whole month of Sept 2022 neither my trash or recycle was picked up. I pay. 3 mos at a time and called to ask for a credit for the mo of Sept. ****** is a horrible customer service rep. *** put me on hold then allowed her system to disconnect so she wouldn't have to address my issue. I will be changing services ASAP

      There should be an option for NO STARS!!!! Stay away from this company. COUNTLESS, COUNTLESS missed pickups over a contract you can't get out of. Even after ending the contract they made us pay to pick up the barrels which HAVE NOT being picked up 3 months later. Just because you are in the trash business your service should not be TRASH.
