      Worst customer service ever! Never call back! My bill has gone from $233 to $391. I'm being charged for a recycling bin which I never received and for picking up the recycling. I've asked for a smaller container so my bill will be less, always told someone will call me back. Of course, no one has. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

      This company continues to promise to resolve an issue involving one of its trucks, but fails grossly.One of its truck dropped bottles, broken glass on my vehicle. I called on three different occasions, on each occasion I was told that someone would be in contact, I have not heard from anyone.

      Republic Services is the Worst trash company. I have been a customer for close to 30 years. Months of numerous delays in trash pickup and one week wasnt picked up until time for next pickup. When calling customer service, escalations are put in with promises for supervisors to call and never hear from anyone. One customer service representative told me that there was no method to reach a local office and I could get into my car and drive 30 minutes away to a local office where I could try to talk to someone there. Also, constantly raising the rates every quarter. Cancelled my service and now cant get the company to pick up my trash can. Company also said they may not issue a refund until trash can is picked up. Terribly run company with no concerns for customers. Dont sign up for there services. You will be highly disappointed

      If I could give them zero stars I would. Will never call back. Extra charges for a cart they never picked up. Left on hold for over an hour.

      Republic Trash Services is the WORST! They have been servicing our resort in ******* for 14 years and they are the only game in town so we don't have a choice but to use them. They never show when they are scheduled, they show up for weekly trash pick up when they feel like it, and have ZERO follow up when you call them. All they do is make excuses and lie, from the dispatchers to supervisors and don't care since they don't have to. Would be nice to have someone hold them accountable for their "Horrible" business practices.

      Republic Services has terrible customer service and pickup. Many weeks they didn't pickup and I had to reschedule a pickup. I started calling customer service 3 wks before we closed our business to cancel service at the end of the month. I was told the account manager had to close the account and I would be receiving a call from the account manager within 2 days. I called weekly for 7 weeks and told customer service I never received a call back and heard the same thing that they weren't able to close the account without the account manager. I called today and said I was contacting BBB to get help closing my account, but needed a Republic address because I couldn't find one anywhere on the website. When I said BBB the customer service rep called the account manager and lined up a phone appt with him. Every other business that I called to cancel service because of closing, it was taken care of with the first customer service rep I talked to.

      Similar to below, I wouldn't give any stars if possible. We inherited working with Republic after they acquired *****'s Sanitation (who we were with for 26 years without any issues). Been dealing with Republic's poor service since end of April. Finally cancelled our service the end of July after no resolution, continued promises and lots of excuses. One told me that our issues were "above her pay grade" - this from a sales person. Requested one time to talk with a supervisor and told they would put in the request and I'd get a call back within 48 hours - no call.Our containers picked up two weeks after we cancelled and I was told to expect a refund check 3-4 weeks following the pick up. It's been over 7 weeks, so I called and had a nice customer service person (and finally didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes on hold). Unfortunately "the request wasn't made to issue a check" for my credit and I was told it would be another 6-8 weeks. Nothing more she could do except process the check request.Simply disappointing.

      Just started new service & paid my first invoice. It wasnt until my second invoice that I was made aware of an $80 delivery fee for the bins. I waited on hold for over 40 mins to speak with someone that then condescendingly explained the absurd fees. (Insert a f bomb here) them! Sneaky asshats!

      Worst trash service ever! When they pick up my trash can they do a sloppy job and trash goes everywhere and they wont pick it up. And I have paid for recycling for 3 months and its suppose to be picked up weekly. And it has o my been picked up ONE time. And it was the regular trash truck who took it. Not even a recycling one. They put it in the same trash compactor as my trash. They refuse to come collect my recycling container but they love billing me monthly for it. Oh and they also charge a extra 50 dollars a month for their gas compensation even tho gas prices have went back down. This company cares about nothing but collecting your money. They will not give you service. He absolutely disgust me it is a disgrace!

      This Business picks up trash at 5am in a residential area. If you don't like sleeping they are right Business Partner for you.
