I can't believe i was giving a truck with engine problem, i booked a truck from ******* to ******** about 33hours of driving, 4 hours into drive, truck pop out engine problem and truck started consuming gas, i spend of $2500 on gas instead of $800 as budgeted. battery died on my 3 times during trip. the road side assistance they sent then told me no to turn off the truck till i drive to my destination, makes me driving over 27 hours non stop, no sleep, extra fuel...i want compensation now.U-Haul International Inc

I rented a truck months ago and the day before my rental they canceled and switched me around to 2 other locations for a truck. I show up to pick up the truck and I still have no truck. I have set up the mover and Im suppose to be out of my storage units and apartments tomorrow. This company is the definition of corporate greedU-Haul International Inc

Unbelievable company!!!I made reservations when come to pick up the track , I was with a guy I dont know I pay him to help me with my boxes . When she ask for a second contact number I told this guy if he can give her is phone number , he give her and the. She told me that this guy have how 300$ and till is not pay they cant rent me noting .I told her that I pay this guy for help I dont know him . They dont care I was Trayn to talk with *************** after few min that she say she. Any help me or that Ill pay is debt or that I cant rent no more ,Thats the most ridiculous thing I ever heard.Friking stupid company this is after Im renting with them 20 years when need with no issues. U-Hell rented me a trailer built in 2004 or 20 years old! It fell apart going 60 *** an hour as the side 3/8 plywood was wet and rotten. I lost $10,000 of personal property as a result of a trailer unsafe for the road. I had to pay an additional $650 to get to my destination. All my personal effects were damaged beyond repair. Now they want $450 dollars to pay for this wreck. The Lie, delay and and deny my claim. U-HELL IS A CORRUPT GREEDY CORPORATE CRIMINAL. BEWARE!!! I SUGGEST YOU BUY A TRAILER AND SELL it at your destination.I can't imagine how many people would have died had it occurred on the highway. Killer trailers.BEWARE OF U-HELL CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! IF YOU CHOSE TO RENT YOU MAY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN COURT AND JAILED??? U-Haul wanted a 3rd ****** contact information that was NOT going to be with us. I *** NOT give out any ones ******al information!!! They had my CC information and drivers license also my Lady friend's information. I called corporate and was told that was standard practice for them!!!!--- I will NOT be renting anything from them----U-Haul International Inc

Not sure when U-haul decided to charge extra for 1 way rentals but at least they could charge the same price for the same route. From ********* to ** was $160. Same trip from same locations only in reverse (** to *********) was $713.And they have a mandatory 4 day fee with no option to reduce the fee. I returned the trailer in 24 hrs and had to pay the full price.Definitely a price gouging policyU-Haul International Inc

U-Haul completely botched my hitch installation. Half of the bolts were missing, the other half had the wrong size and no nuts. The hitch could have moved or completely separated from my vehicle while towing. They also broke my spare tire holder during the install, which cost me $800. Their insurance refused to pay up and denied responsibility. I had to sue them to get the damages covered. God knows how many vehicles are out on the road with a hitch thats about to pop out absolutely deplorable. I had the hitch inspected by another shop who told me its the 5th time this year that they need to fix a U-Haul install. Stay away from this location.U-Haul International Inc

We order from Uhaul from there internet site a 26' truck to be pick up in ****** and leave in *****, ******* December the 4 - 10 days prior to moving.UHaul called us on Friday the 13 to tell us that they did not have any truck available for us for December the 14. We had all our peoples there for the move and we drove 5 hours to get there to be told at 8:30am on the above date that we could not have any truck. We had to call to different places without success due to late reservation and recontacted Uhaul. We start calling at 9:00am to finally find a 15' truck around 1:00pm and then they wanted us to pick up the truck in ******, ******* (2 hours to get there and another 2 hours to come back) with a rate of .69/km(it was a deal) plus the Monday free to bring it back, what a deal!!!!!!!! Then they offer us a 15' that we had to return to ****** on Monday 16 at the same rate .69/km. So we had to drive 5 hours to get to ***** and another 5 hours to get back to ****** at the rate of .69/km to drop the truck. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Worst service ever. Lucky us, the lady from Uhaul office in ****** did us a Christmas gift by renting us a truck, still 15', for on way only: ****** to ********** with a rate of .60/km(this is the normal rate) and give us 215km free, better then what the scheduling office were giving us. Even with this we were not able to put all the 3 bedrooms and the rest in that truck so we have to rent another one. So we will still have to pass to H*** again for this rental. Reservation Dec 4 - by internet reservation 26' truck from ****** to ***** for Dec.14 at 1:00pm Dec 13 - offered from Brampton scheduling office a 15' from ******** for Dec 16 at 6:30PM that we have to cancel not the good day Dec 13 - offered from ******** scheduling office for 15' from ****** to return to ****** for Dec 14 at 12:00.Change by the office person in ****** for 15' from ****** to ********** finally because of a conscientious person.U-Haul International Inc

My girlfriend and I had an extremely troubling experience with U-Haul Moving and MovingHelp. We hired movers through their platform, trusting we were getting professional help, only to be met with a nightmare. The movers damaged our less-than-a-year-old ******* 65-inch 4K TV. When we confronted them about the damage, they responded by threatening us, saying they knew where we lived and would return if we left a negative review. They even threatened physical ******* an effort to resolve the situation, we contacted both U-Haul Moving and MovingHelp, hoping for assistance. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told to call the police, and later advised to directly communicate with the movers for reimbursementdespite the fact that these were the same movers who had just threatened us. When I followed up with MovingHelp to express how unsafe the situation was, their response was essentially that nothing could be done. They suggested that if enough negative reviews were left, the movers might be removed from the platformbut that was the extent of their concern.U-Haul and MovingHelp ultimately told us to go away, making it clear that they bear no responsibility for the actions of the movers they list on their platform. We are deeply disappointed by how our situation was handled and by the complete lack of support or accountability from both U-Haul and MovingHelp.U-Haul International Inc

I rented a 5x8 trailer from U-Haul on US41 at *************** in ************** on November 13th and dropped it in *********** ******* on ***** when I left the dealership the trailer came off my hitch in the middle of US ************************************************************************************************ the middle of the road he didnt tighten it up properly I sent U-HAUL CORPORATE AND THEY DID NOTHING NO CONTACT NO REFUND NOTHING can you imagine if it had happened at interstate speed they have to hook it up they take pictures and they dont care.U-Haul International Inc
