      I would give them a negative star if i could. I have pictures of the damage the technician caused when i first got my trailer done. Then the turn signals kept blowing and he has every excuse in the world as to why its not his fault. When i brought it back after calling their customer service, he left my battery cables undone and the van wouldnt start. He says he cant fix it because the turn signal is trying to catch up with itself. My fuse box is just laying in the engine bay. I just want my refund.

      Wasted 3h to pickup a truck, on call another 2 hours just to be hung up consistently and not be able to get nothing done. *************. Bad buissness practice. Charged me $38 saying I had a pending bill, but I never used it before. Paid the bill to be told I needed live verification but no person on permises. Wasted 4-5h and a whole Sunday. Charged unnecessary

      I made reservations to reserve a cargo van on 12/14 prior to going to the store. I went to the location and was denied service due to having an Out-of-State license.*** There is no indication online or during reservation that this location does not accept an Out-of-State license.The managers reason was due to we need to ensure our customers will return the ********************** back. Weve had problems where people dont return them. This is an inconvenience to customers and I shouldnt be penalized due to experiences she may have had with other customers. Im sure that may be the case for individuals who drop off at other locations which is an option offered during reservation. However, in my case the drop off point was at the same store.I informed her that I intended to drive the U-Haul 10 miles away and back. Im sure there are plenty Out-of-State residents without a North Carolina license who reserve **********************************************. However, the manager continued to refuse service and also did not provide any contract or policies in writing that stated this. She stated that no other location operating under her boss will rent to an out of state resident.Surprisingly, I went to another location and was provided a rental with an Out of State license.I will be contacting Corporate to further discuss my concerns with this location. If I was given proper notice that this location does not accept Out of State licenses, I would have considered another store. Unfortunately, I had to search for another location that was further away from my delivery point. This inconvenience not only cost me time, but I ended up having to pay additional mileage fees.

I was able to find the one where you did pick up the rental, but not the one you were not able to pick up with.       I rented a 4x8 enclosed trailer, understanding it would not be waterproof. It wasn't water resistant either. My personal belongings have incurred extensive water damage.I have filed a claim. Uhaul's insurance has tactics in place such as not responding, hanging up, etc... to avoid having to do the right thing. To be honest, having quality service and products would be the right thing to begin.

      I got a 26ft moving van from **********. It broke down in *******, left me, my husband, two children and two dogs on the side of the highway for 12 hours. When we finally got a tow to the nearest uhaul in *******, they offered movers to move my items into a new truck. After over 16 hours of no sleep, my husband and I got a hotel for our children to sleep. Pushing our move date out to reach our destination. The second truck we had, kept smoking from the breaks. Called the mechanic and he said it had something to do with the hubs and it was still safe to drive. Again, delaying us to reach our destination on time because now were taking extra precautions due to feeling unsafe in the vehicle. Uhaul only reimbursed me $500 for an inconvenience fee, we paid almost $6k for this move. I would never recommend Uhaul for help for anyone. **************** is great but their corporate level is of no help at all. Not to mention all my furniture that was moved from the movers , is now broken and Im still waiting to hear from their insurance company.

      (PEOPLE WILL BE INJURED OR DIE).I was absolutely suprised today when I went to get a u haul trailer. When I had to purchase a light adapter which i get. WHEN THE CONPANY LETS ME LEAVE WITH A TRAILER THAT HAS NO ***** PIN AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY FOR SALE THAT FIT. THEY ARE GOING TO KILL PEOPLE. HOW COULD THEY NOT SUPPLY THEM FOR FREE FOR ONE. THEN DO NOT SELL THEM THAT FIT THEIR NEW TRAILER FITTINGS.

      Stored my items for ten years. Went to open unit and lock was changed and many items missing. They refused to do anything about it. I have called police and their insurance, they hold zero responsibility. They have cameras available, they did nothing but take 10k worth of fees and in return I have less than 1000 dollars worth of items left

      Reference ID number. ********. After returning my U-Haul with $100 deposit Ive talked to the regional manager down here in ******* ******* region. He stated to me that the corporate office is sending a check returning my $100 deposit. Its been a month now and the money hasnt been returned. These people lie to you and make up stuff. This is the last time I use this company for anything. They lie and use people regional manager is the biggest Liar.

      I booked a truck to be picked up in my home town and returned the same day to same location. 2 days before my move i find out I have to drive 70kms out of town to pick up and return it to the same spot. That's 140kms extra to pay for at .99 cents a km that's a lot. Plus the extra gas and the hassle. When I called to see what they could do they were rude and wouldn't do a single thing to help out. It would have ended up costing me probably an extra $400 or more. Why have reservations if you just send us wherever. It happened the last time I booked a truck except that time it was 3 hours away to get the truck. But that time they gave me extra kms to cover it. This time all I got was rudeness. I ended up canceling this one and it's messed up my whole move. I will never ever use this company again.

      I have yet to get a resolution from UHAUL onsite management and customer service. I have used ******************** all my adult years for all my moving necessities and highly disappointed from the lack of customer service .I had a reservation set to pick up a 26ft truck and tow dolly from uhaul *********** location on 11/21 . The evening of the prior day i was notified my reservation had changed had to pick up the tow dolly elsewhere from a dealer. Fast forward I have the equipment but dont attempt to load my car until the day of the move 11/22. The dolly sat so long that the cranks would function so I was instructed by roadside assistance to take it to a uhaul center where I could get some assistance. Took it to the *********** location in ********** they soaked it down with WD40 and after a 30 min delay was on my way. I started driving an hour if that into the ride I started hearing a load noise. I again called roadside assistance who was clueless and couldnt assist she even asked if I needed to call her back. After pulling over a few times and not seeing anything physically wrong with the truck or trailer I proceed to drive. Heard the loud noise then seen a big piece of metal fly and hit a brand new ***. The truck wouldnt stop in park not turning it off. The driver of the *** and I walked looking all around and he looked under the truck and seen the steer shaft was broken in half. I sat on side of the road for almost 6 hours had to get towed to my home over an hour away.I requested a refund and was told by ****** she would refund me She told me she would call me back after handling another customer bust she never did. I have called her and can not get her on the phone. I have been placed on a 10 minute hold and even hung up on. To add injury to insult I get a email saying I owe for a late return of the dolly. The equipment was towed to my residence and towed away bc its not drivable. I was contacted by the driver of the *** for damages UHaul owes him. I am se
