      I had a disappointing experience at *****************, in *********. I own a ***** and recently purchased a rim and tire from them. Unfortunately, I picked up a s**** in one of my used tires that I got from another shop. I asked my wife to take the Tesla to America's Tire to get the damaged tire repaired. The s**** was in a part of the tire that could be fixed, but when the employee removed the tire, he informed my wife that they couldnt repair it because it had been patched in another spot. They seemed to believe that their repairs were superior to those of other companies.Understanding their stance, I requested that they put the tire back on the rim so I could use it as a spare since the air leak was slow. However, they refused, citing safety concerns. I explained to them that I couldnt afford a new tire or one of their used tires. My spare was in perfect condition, and I just needed them to reattach the tire back onto the rim. I expressed my worries about the potholes on California freeways and emphasized that being stuck with a flat tire would endanger my safety as well as that of other drivers. I only asked them to put the tire back on and fill it to the required pressure so that I could use it until I could save up for a replacement.Despite my pleas and even sharing my financial situation with ****, the co-manager, he offered me a used tire for $100, which was still beyond my budget. All I wanted was for them to reattach the tire, but they refused to help. Before this issue with America's Tire, having a spare for my Tesla made me feel secure. They took that security away by not letting me use my tire with excellent tread as the temporary backup spare for a week. I can't let this matter go quietly; its unacceptable and may not reflect well in front of a judge.

      I was recently recommended by discount tires and service centers a transmission..so I went ahead and replaced it... but when I got it back was told it was runnin good no issues... but it didn't feel right..so i took it back and they scanned it and checked it and told me that everything runs good.. no problems,no codes..so I drove off.. but still didn't feel right...so I got the district manager involved and he sent me to the dealer and have them diagnose it.. and they found that it was not programed right and a used transmission..so I drove off.. but still didn't feel right...so I took it back to the district manager and he sent me to one of his other locations... they scanned it test drive it and told me that drives perfect no issues.. no codes... so I drove off..but still something is wrong...so I went to the dealer again to have it scanned again... and the results were its a used transmission and not responding right... and a codes does pop up..so I took the paperwork to the district manager and he told me that there's is nothing he can do because no codes pop up on their scanner...so now I'm reaching out to you'll because I feel they did a job that they don't have the proper tools to do the job...I just want my transmission replaced by thr dealer and better working condition then when I first went in..so I now it's done right..

      *** contacted the store Discount Tire customer service via phone and they just told me to send email which is what I did! And nobody replied to my email! They did a damage to my wheel lug bolts during service and now due to that I have damage to the rim and problems to get another service needed in my car!!!!!!!!!!! And they are just simply ignoring me! I will attach a picture of the email sent to them on April 1st . There is all the information of my visit. If I dont get a response I will be filing a formal complaint at the court .

      I messaged discount tire about my store ******************* has gotten in touch with **** sent 2 emails. 1 telling them about a question & concern about the price of the tire insurance I paid for a replacement & how I'm not happy to have not been notified the tire I was requesting to replace on insurance program was not in stock when making my appointment. Now I have a different tire that doesn't match the others.I sent another email the same day after discovering there was a metal shrapnel in the other back tire. Obviously someone should have inspected this tire & notified me & probably should have replaced that tire as well. Now I'm in ************ but this store was in *************. What am I supposed to do to? This is not the 1st time I've had problems with this store. I want my other back tire replaced to match the other or I want 2 new Laufenn tires that match the 4 original ones I purchased with insurance.He said he was replacing it with a more expensive tire but it's not my fault they don't have the other tire so I don't pay difference. Then why should I pay the difference in the insurance of the replacement? That doesn't seem fair. I would like someone to contact me about these issues. Thank you.

      Took my 2022 ***** Model 3 in on January 20, 2025 for a flat on rear passenger tire. Checked tire, said nothing wrong with it, inflated it, and said **** would reset after driving. Tire kept going flat over next couple of days and TPMS never reset. Took car back on Jan. 24, 2025, spoke with manager who said rim was probably bent. Performed rotate and balance on car and told me I'd need new rim to bring it in. Brought new rim in on Jan 31, 2025 and said it was to replace bent rim. Explained I was told rim was on rear passenger, but rotation service performed. Replaced rim on rear passenger. Brought car back again on February 3, 2025 for flat on front passenger, as TPMS was now indicating back tire had been moved to front when inflating with air. Agent at desk stated that rear tire was not rotated to front but to other side of car when I told him I believed they had removed the incorrect rim. Had to purchase a second rim to replace the initial damaged one as the wrong rim was originally replaced. I would also like to pay the replacement fee for 2 new tires as the issue should've been corrected timely to prevent further damage to the tires.

      In January 2024 I came in and purchased 4 tires with protection plan for each tire. I was advised that the tires came with 3 years warranty and/or 65k miles warranty. As long as I rotated tires every 5k miles and did alignment. On February 19, 2025, manager on site ****** advised me that my treatware on my tires was very low and needed replacement and since I would be getting the tires at a prorated discount since it still fell under warranty. On that they I did not have the funds and was advised by ******(manager) that I could come back at a later time and they would honor the ************** March 4 2025, I came in for a quote on set of 4 tires at prorated price. I was advised that I would not be receiving a prorated price because there component in my alignment that needed to be fixed and it voided the warranty. I dont understand how on February 19th 2025 I was able to get a replacement set at prorated rate but now 13 days later, I am unable to receive a prorated rate?Also I noticed that within the tire protection plan it states that Extended Mileage Warranty Your tire has a specific treadwear warranty. Tires that do not obtain the mileage specified will be replaced on a pro-rated basis. (For example: a tire with a ****** mile warranty only obtains ****** miles, you pay a prorated amount of 50% of the current selling price of that tire on a comparable tire). A tire will be considered worn out when 3/32nds or less of tread remain evenly worn across the tire.

      I bought new rims and tires from Discount tire in my **** F150. I have had nothing but problems with them being balanced properly. For years every time i have them rotated it takes at least 3 trips (and calling corporate office) for them to get it right. The last time i took them in for rotation I explained to the manager (****) Wylie tx that i often have problems with them being balanced properly. He explained that the specific brand tires I have often have problems that i should buy 4 new tires. Because of all the headache they have given me i decided to take his word. I pleaded that he ensure the new ones are balanced properly. I get call that my truck is ready and pick it up. I get on the highway and its vibrating worst than it ever has. I pull over and look and there isn't a single weight on any of the rims. He essentially gave me tires that were never balanced at all. After another 2 or so trip[s they finally get it right. Its obvious the new tires did not make a difference after all and i wasted $2000. I firmly believe it is the rims i bought from them (another $800) or they are just really bad at what they do. I have 4 vehicles and 2 trailers that Discount provides tire service and balance services for. None of them are over 5 years old. I'm done with them. They show no appreciation or care for long term loyal customers.

      To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this formal complaint against Discount Tire located at ************************************************************************************ due to their gross negligence in handling my vehicle, which resulted in its unauthorized release to an unknown individual. This incident has caused me significant financial loss, emotional distress, and security concerns, all of which have yet to be adequately addressed by the business.On March 6, 2025, I entrusted my 2015 ****** Altima to Discount Tire for service. However, a technician wrongfully gave my vehicle to an unauthorized person without my consent. As a result, I suffered the following consequences:Security Breach: My personal belongings, including sensitive information and the keys to my residence, were inside the vehicle. I was forced to change my locks at my own expense.Potential Criminal/Lewd Activity: I have serious concerns about what may have transpired while my vehicle was in someone elses ******************** Loss: Upon recovery, I was informed that my vehicle would require over $10,000 in repairs. Furthermore, I purchased my vehicle brand new, and I am now seemingly being forced to settle for a used replacement.Inadequate Resolution Offers: I was presented with two settlement offers from Discount Tire, both of which were unreasonable and failed to compensate me ********* resolve this matter, I have formally requested compensation of $35,000, allowing Discount Tire to retain ownership of the vehicle they wrongfully gave away. Despite my efforts to work with them, they have not provided a fair resolution.I am seeking the Better Business Bureaus assistance in addressing this matter and holding Discount Tire accountable for their negligence. I request that this complaint be added to their record and that they be urged to resolve this situation in a fair and timely manner.Please let me know if additional documentation is needed.       I bought a set of Toyo open country MT 37x13.50r17 sometime in November or early December 2024. I just recently got my service done at another shop in town that informed me the tires you guys sold me have a 8ply rating. I drive a 2019 ram 2500 that requires a minimum 10ply based on weight of the vehicle. So now I paid $2200 for tires that arent even safely rated for my truck to use. Something needs to be done to correct this issue or I will seek legal counsel in the matter. Im hoping we can find a way to make this right and get me and my truck safely back on the road. The tires were bought at the ***************** location, installed there as well. I have been driving on unsafe tires. This shop is practicing unsafely and has offered me nothing to negate this issue.

      17/03/2024 i went to discount tire as my tire had gone flat on the front passenger side of my 2015 dodge journey crossroads they fixed a puncture to the tire i had only bought 1 month prior to this incident i had been back to discount tire on 2 other occasions for the same tire still going flat and they told me there was no issue with the tire aired it up and sent me on my way stating that if the tire was still leaking the patch had failed and the tire was not covered under any warranties and would need to be replaced. i finally took my tire to another tire shop which informed me the rim had cracked i find this behaviour at discount tire disrespectful and dangerous they never checked the rim for issues and didn't listen to my concerns regarding the tire. my biggest worry is that while driving my wheel could have failed and could have caused serious injury when i told the representative at discount tire he responded with not our problem.
