      I purchased 4 tires on November 15, 2024. We took the car to dealership for an oil change, and they stated that we need new tires. Discount Tire claims the tires went bad because of excess speed, which is not true. First of all, how can they say how fast a person is driving. Because of this even though we purchased Road Hazzard coverage, they say that it does not qualify. They are being deceitful.

      On November 18th, 2024 I spent $1200 on tires at the Discount Tires on Sunnyside Rd. After I picked up my 2006 ***** Tahoe I noticed one of the hub caps was missing. The tire store agreed to replace it. It's been over three months. I've spoke with them three separate times, and they still haven't replaced my hub cap.

      Got 4 new tires on 12/13/24. 12/15/24 we got on the expressway and the car began to sway in the back of the vehicle. We pulled over and checked the lug nuts to see if they were on correctly. They were. Took the car in to be looked at on 01/06/25. They said nothing was wrong. So we a had rear in inspection done and also replaced the shocks. The car still sways on expressway. So I called their customer service line and they said give them a chance to get it right. So on 03/12/ 25 I took the car back to them and they did the same thing they did on 01/06/25. This has never been a problem before. These are Just defective tires.They sold me a bad set of tires. I would have been satisfied had they just replaced the tires but for some reason they wont do that. I noticed this problem immediately and brought it to their attention. I first took it back to them and the problem continued. I contacted the customer service and they ************************ me back to them but they wont fix the problem. Instead of just replacing the tire they keep checking the balance and vibration. I use this vehicle for travel and since I replaced the tires it has not been safe to do so. This puts me and my familys life in danger. The would like this problem resolved as I have been trying to do with no results.

      On Feb 15th 2025 at 2:15pm, I went in to Discount Tire to get my tires fixed as they were not holding air. The back two tires were the worst of the four. When it came my turn to get my tires fixed one of the employees showed me a picture on his phone of "my tires" and mentioned how my front two were really bad. Which doesn't make sense as they were holding air just fine. I decided to go ahead and replace them, which I admit was a choice I made and I'm ok with. The first set of tires they were going to put on came out to $550.92. The problem arises when they tell me about an hour later that the tires they put on were too narrow. Which isn't possible because on their website you have to put in the tire size of the factory set that comes with the car. Which in my case was 245/40/R20. Those were the tires that I chose when we were looking for replacements. So when they told me that the tires were too narrow I assumed they had the wrong tires completely, they said they had to go get some from their warehouse. When it came time to pay, it was disclosed to me that they put on more expensive tires that were wider than the above measurements and without telling me that there would be a price change. After the price change they had me pay the difference in price of $332.16. I paid even though I didn't want to because at this point in the day it is 5:15pm and I'm already late to work so I didn't have time to argue with them. I asked them if they had repaired my tires like I originally wanted and the person at the counter said he didn't know. I told them I was late to work so I didn't have time for him to ask. So I paid and left.

      Went to tire discounters in *********** to buy tires based and a free oil change and alignment. They did the tires and oil but refused to do alignment based on ball joints after replacing the entire front and the caliper they left just hanging there that they required, took it back after speaking with regional manager ******** about my experience that they would make it right.. after they did the alignment I took it to have it reinspected to find that they left more nuts and bolts barely hanging on to parts associated with the alignment. After trying to get this resolved again with ******** he says I need to bring it to an independent shop and have proof of alignment before and after. And that he would get a refund. I advised I wa *** to have it realigned based on their policy at another store with no other answer if they would honor it.

      look at my account... see how many times I visit this business when i need my tires balanced.. rotated.. i am maintaining my tires for the warranty, but I have to make 3 separate trips every time to get try to get the job done correctly... last trip you upsold me on wind shield wipers.. I didn't realize you removed the rear one, until it was raining.. and never put on back on.. which I paid for.. Also there is no way a balance, air, rotation will take less than 10 minutes.. the first time this happened I was told it was my axles, and the caging system around the tires that was the problem.. 3500$ later.. the car still has a death wobble at freeway speeds, and stopping, also the rear vibrates like violently from 30-50mph.. so fierce the rear window shakes. You all keep ensuring the work is done, but its always worse than when I take it in.. I want a full new set of tires, all 5 as i rotate the spare in.. if you cant get this fixed after 6..8 trips, I need full reimbursement, I waste so much time, and money continuously making trips to get the work from the warranty I paid for, done correctly, I have tried working with the store.. but no luck. If this truely is a manufacturing issue with the ** ******** tires, replace them, I don't have time to keep taking off work for this to be made worse every time I visit this discount tire.. its still SO bad! The kids there doing the work are not even putting on parts I am paying for.. this needs to be fixed and all 5 tires that guarantee I don't have to make 3 trips to get my car ****** on the road.. this is causing damage to my vehicle, and I am spending money I don't need to because your employees have miss lead me.

      I bought tires at Discount Tire for a very long time. In the price of the tire is included rotation, balance and pressure check for the life of the tire. In the last couple of years, I noticed that this store is not "happy" to do this service. The customers who buy tires have always priority over the customers who come for the rotation service. Last time, some month ago, I had to wait for 1-1/2 hours beyond the time of my appointment. Today, I went there to do the rotation around 2:30 PM. Even the bays of the shop were not all occupied and there were no cars waiting in the parking lot, I was told that I have to wait for one hour, because "there were five cars ahead of me", obviously false. I want this practice to stop and to be called back by the store and have an appointment scheduled, when I do not have to wait.

      On 3/4/2025, Dropped off my **** sedan at **** mesa office for a MIs functioning valve stem. I gave my car key. Shop never called me to say you needed my wheel lock keys. I NEVER received a call according to phone log . I waited almost an hour even though i made an appointment a head of time.The carmel mountain discount tire shop that installed these tires a few months ago did NOT need my **** wheel lock keys. (they were able to install without the wheel locks key). If you need wheel lock keys the shop should ask upon drop off. The attendant could not even find my phone number in their computer system when i asked what number their shop called. The automated text messaging was able to notify that it was done 40 min after drop off. This is incorrect since the tech told me he needed wheel lock keys when i checked in. I then had to wait another 20 min to complete work.Then when they installed the valve stem they didnt reset the **** warning light. Other discount tire shops will reset the light upon service of a tire. This should have been noticed when the tech drives the car into the repair bay.When i mentioned the problem with the lack of a call and the wheel lock and not resetting the **** warning light, the tech did not respond and gave me my keys. I went to a gas station afterward to check my tire pressures and reset the light. The tech did not even fill the tire to the **** recommended tire pressure settings. At the gas station i measured 24psi, when it should be at least 36 psi. When there are problems with a tire, Resetting the **** and checking/filling tires to spec should have been done as part of the cost of buying tires from Discount Tire, not just to correct a faulty valve stem. Even after my visit, i am still having a hard time filling air into the tire (the other tires are fine and easy to fill with air)....****this makes their work VERY SUSPECT when i see little difference in inflating my tire before and after my visit. ****

      I am disappointed in the service I receive at the ********** location on 3/04/2025. Was assisted by *****. Explain to him air was slowly leaking on passengers rear tire. He pointed out there was a bubble in the tire and a dent in the rim. Then proceed to tell me both back tires were low in thread, that I should replace them. Trusted him on his word and decided to replace both back tires. Tires were not in stock so it was order and I will have to come back to get the tires install. Return back around 3pm and another guy went out to inspect the tire and this time he told me to get in the car and turn the steering wheel to the left to inspect the thread on the tires, which ***** did not do. While the car was in the bay getting tires install Christian ask me to go outside to the shop because he have something to show me. They found a bubble in the front passengers tire and inform me it is dangerous to be driving. I understand that but I just spent $600 on the back tires. I could not afford to pay another $600. What I didnt understand was why didnt ***** catch this when he inspected the tires? I decline replacing the front tire. However, I left feeling uneasy. Felt like Ive been dupe. When I got home I went thru old receipts and found on 2022, I replaced both back tires at Discount Tire. In December 2024 got my oil change and inspected at ****** and they noted my tires were all in good condition. I felt Discount Tire is dishonest at least in the ********** location. Ive been a customer for a long time but normally go to the ******** location and they have always been nice and honest. Not sure if they make commission by selling tires. I understand that the one with the air bubble definitely need replacing. If he had actually inspected the tires he would have caught the front also has air bubble,I felt dupe and deceive. ***** was not honest.

      A deep investigation should be made on how employees interact with customers. ***** was deceptive in his work practice.I recall that I replaced my tires but wasnt for sure if it was the front or back set. I trusted Jareds word saying my threads were low and dangerous to drive on. Therefore, I replaced both back tires. Beside that he always failed to fully inspect the front tires. Because when I return to have the tires install the installer notice there was a bubble in the front tire as well. If ***** fully inspect the tires he would have noted this. When I got home I went thru all my receipts and found where I replaced both back tires on 1/31/2022 with a mileage of ****** and my car now has ******* a difference of ****** miles.Also, in Dec 2024 my car was taken to ****** to get an oil change and they inspected the car and noted my tires were all in good conditions. Therefore,how did ***** came to the conclusion both tires were bad? If, I had not found the receipts I would have trusted him. What he did was not business ethnical. This motto We treat people how we want to be treated was not the case in my situation.

      Date of Transaction: 02/26/2025 & 02/28/2025 I took my car in after having received a flat tire on my PASSENGER SIDE FRONT TIRE the night before on 02/25/2025 and got it towed to this business that I've never had any issues with before. The next morning (Wed. 02/26/2025) I called the *** who was very informative & professional and educated me on my options for a set of all 4 new tires. We settled on a selection of four new road hugger tires for the price of $793.99 before tax. All went well, picked up the car that same day around 1:00PM and left. Immediately after leaving I noticed the *** on the PASSENGER REAR TIRE was reading at 14 *** and the rest had been filled & reading at 38 (standard). I thought this was either a simple mistake by them not giving air to the tire or my sensor was off. I filled up the tire that night to 38 *** the evening of 02/26/2025. The next morning I got in my car and noticed it had dropped back down to 13 ***. I called the store, no issues, offered to take it in same day, fix the issue & get me on my way. Due to busy schedule I couldn't make it same day & scheduled for 8:00AM 02/28/2025 to bring it in. Upon bringing it in they informed me that my $400 rim on my PASSENGER REAR SIDE tire was bent & needed a ***lacement. I was extremely frustrated & felt there's no way I should have to pay for this as it wasn't the same tire that received the flat and if it had been bent prior to their servicing it would've created issues/*** issues with the tire prior, which it did not. I didn't have the time to argue, paid the charge & got a cheaper off brand for $170 before tax. I was informed by a friend that they had the same exact experience with this store - brought it in for tires & ended up with a bent rim. I think one of their ***s made a mistake & bent my tire & didn't cop to it. Either that or there's shady practices going on here. They should've offered a factory ***lacement for the rim.
