Seems like the only way to get someone to listen these days is to file complaints and write bad reviews which is very unfortunate. Discount took absolutely zero care for my wheels during my last visit while replacing all 4 tires. As you can see from the photos there are visible tire iron marks, HUGE gouges in my wheels and scratches on all 4 of my wheels. When i picked my car up, I noticed the damage and immediately notified ******* the manager of the damage. ******* him self admitted that "the machine" they use caused the damage. He offered to send a wheel repair company to my home to fix the damage which I was fine with. The wheel repair company they sent came out but where unable to repair the damage because it was out of their scope and too extensive. ******* the manager filed a claim and I was contacted by a claims rep who asked me for pictures of the damage. I sent these plus more. The claims rep got back to me 3 weeks later and stated that based on the "Information" they have (again pictures I sent them) that there was no evidence that discount caused the damage. Mind you the manager admitted to my face that their machine caused the damage.Business Response

On 10/11/22 I went into Americas tire to have them install three tires. Two rear tires and one passenger front tire. As the receipts will show I purchased 225/45/R18 for the front passenger and 245/45/R18 for both of the rears. As I was driving home after the installation my tire blew out causing me to swerve and impede traffic I was able to get off the road into a safe environment and looked at the issue. The tire that was installed on the front was a 245/45/R18 which caused the tire to contact the ********* strut assembly and puncture the tire. Due to this my car suffered suspension damage as my sway bar end link had bent inwards. I had my car towed back to Americas Tire and they confirmed the technician in fact did install the wrong size tire causing this. I am seeking reimbursement for my suspension components and labor. Please do so because I am pretty upset the wheels I just got them about a little over a year ago and I do take care of my truck and then for something like this to happen is not cool again all four wheels have damage and 5 studs are stripped the day my truck was in your Indio Store the tech working on my truck did not hand tied the lug nuts he just went ahead and used his impact gun and went at it and he kept sleeping of the nuts because they where not going on that is the reason why my wheels have big pieces missing out of them and scratches as well at the end the service guy gave me my key and I asked to speak to the manager and all he did was put a different lug nut on the next day I called ***** and told him what happen have yet to here back from him as well thank you.

****** 4 tires from Discount Tire On ***************** ********* ******. Tires are less than three years old. Less than ****** miles. ****** warranties, balancing, labor etc.. at time of purchase. Two years later front tires cannot be balanced.Store manager And Assistant say they are not going to warranty tires. Claim its a vehicle issue. Went to ********* on ****** A.F.B. to get new tires. Manager ***** says the tread has separated on both front tires. Road Hazard issue. Told all this to ************************* manager at Discount Tire on ******. Told me to bring tires in next week and they would change them. Took them in and got the same response from assistant manager ****. He called *********************** who suposedly said that I misunderstood him. In essence lying to me. I drove 100 miles from ************ to get this treatment. I have been a lifetime customer of **********************. I will not buy tires from Discount Tire in the future. When I made an appointment at this location to have my tires rotated they refused to do so even though all 4 tires are well within manufacturer and industry specifications and they also Neglected to tighten down all the lug nuts on my wheels and had a lug nut missing and others loose 2 days later the service I received at this location was reported to district and district told the store manager to reach out to me to try to make it right and after a week I had heard nothing and district refuse and district refuse to say anything elseBusiness Response

I have always felt like discount tires were safe and truthful to get the service. This is until the last time I went. I made an appointment with the shop on ******************************************************* on 09/23, 4.00PM, Friday to get new tires and alloy rims for my ****** Camry. I arrived 30 minutes early wrapping up my work soon and I was super excited to have my new wheels, and rims on the car, this excitement did not last long. The car keys were handed to "*******************" around **** PM. I believe around **** PM the car was picked up by a Discount tire employee to the garage. When the car was moved to the garage, I asked "*******************" if it was "ok" to watch the car while they were working and He replied saying I need to be outside the garage. As said, I was waiting outside the garage and watching the car. During the process of replacing the tires, the employees at discount tire were hitting the car with a hammer to detach the tire from the car. An employee working on the Front Left side/Driver side of the car tire accidentally touched the rod of the hammer to the front left panel and this made a giant dent in the car. I witnessed this and walked straight to ******************* who was in the parking lot checking another car but he asked me to check with the workers in the garage. I went inside the garage and explained to them the situation but the manager ************************* simply declines rudely saying this was something not done by them. I am requesting the Discount tire team to look at the CC footage of the car which was handed at **** PM outside the store and then compare it with the footage inside the garage to get clear evidence for the situation. The attached evidence shows the Paint freshly skinned off and the ********************* matching the dent. I feel I was bluffed by Discount tire manager ************************* for not accepting the mistake they have caused to my car. My name is *********** went to discount tire and purchased 4 brand new tires on the date of 09/20/2022 invoice # *******. I went to discount tire because it was recommended by so many of my friends and family. From leaving the store after getting them installed the car felt weird. I drove home and the next morning i went to the grocery store near by, Next thing i know the whole car felt horribly weird, and I stopped, the 4 tires were completely flat. These are brand new tires I just got the day before. Im very upset because i called the store that sold and installed the tires for me, I explained what was going on to the person and his answer was outrageous! His answer was well life happens . This incident/ malfunction whatever you want to call it couldve cost my life. Not only my life was put at risk, i had to get a towing truck, and had to ask the towing truck if i could ride with him to the store that did this to me. I was able to talk to the manager to tell him what one of his employees said to me. That is a huge lawsuit i can open against them, as my life was put at risk. At arriving at the store 2 other people were complaining too. The manager was able to take care of the towing bill, and fixed the tires. But this is not about getting fix, i paid for this and i feel violated, my life was put in danger and who knows how many other people they did this too. Even though the manager took care of the issue, I dont feel at peace and i dont think letting this go will solve the underlying issue of bad service. If i let this go they could put other people at risk and possibly they could cause a fatal accident. i need this to be made right. I need compensation as this has cost me my time, peace of mind, and could have cost me my life!Business Response

So I had a impact bubble on my front passenger tire on 9/10/22. I went to the discount tire on *****************************. I ONLY went there because I was worried about safety and blowing my tire on the highway. Something told me I should have gone to my regular location on south federal since last time I was there the worker HIT MY CAR WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMERS CAR!! BUT I was worried about getting there. ANYWAYS! I get to discount tire on Saturday morning at 8am.I asked them to change the tire, rotate and fill all tires to 35 PSI. Paid for my new tire. I was quoted an hour ***! Waited til 10am and went to get in my car and noticed my tire that they should have changed and rotated is not looking right. I get into my car and my tire light is still on. Yes, I know some cars you need to drive a bit for the sensor especially if it was completely deflated. But I know my car Ive had it 3 years. That light goes off automatically! Plus, that didnt even happen! That tire should have been filled SLIGHTLY and rotated from the back!!! You dont put a new tire at the front of your car ESPECIALLY when you have a front wheel drive. I go back in and ask if he can check the pressure, something just doesnt seem right. The man behind the counter basically acts like idk what Im talking about with my own vehicle. So, I tell him WILL YOU JUST CHECK THE PRESSURE!!! He tells me to pull up to the bay, I do and WHAT DO YOU KNOW!! My tire was at 25 POUNDS OF PRESSURE!!!! So, I ask who the person was that had aired up my tires and some tall teen with braces comes up to me with a huge giggle on his face and just looks at me with a blank stare. No sympathy for almost killing me and my daughter. NOTHIN!!!! This is literally the worst experience of my life!!! For someone to try and convince me of something Im SURE AS H*** ABOUT?! Respected BBB,I have been cheated by a sales person (#***) named ************************* of Discount Tire store located at ********************************************************* (Tel: ************). 1.I did my car service with multi-point check on Sept 9 at ****** Specialist Store (an independent auto store). Their check record shows ALL four tires are in Green status 7/32 or Greater. Pls refer to the multi-Point Inspection Report and receipt attached.2.On Sept 11, I found my rear tire on driver side was flat. 3.On Sept 12, I visited the Discount Tire store specified above to repair my flat tire. ******* checked and quickly concluded that my tire was beyond repair. I trusted him and asked to replace ONE new tire. But ******* insisted to replace ALL Four tires, because he insisted the two front tires have already been in Yellow status 4/32 to 6/32. He also kept emphasizing the two front tires have already been in poor condition and I would run into dangerous driving if I did not replace all four new tires. 4.I did not trust what ******* alleged because 3 days ago I just did full service and the auto shop told me all my tires are in excellent condition. But since I did not have the service report with me at that time, I had no choice but was forced to buy four new tires from Discount Tire, which costs me $875.53. Receipt attached.5.Today, I looked at the service report and found it shows ALL my four tires are in Green. So what ******* alleged: My front tires were in Yellow status and need to be replaced too is lie. He has cheated me to buy FOUR new tires, which were absolutely not necessary. 6.I respectfully ask BBB to contact Discount Tire and ask them to refund me the cost of three tires: 75% of $875.53 = $656.65 If you need more info, please let me know. 07/19/2017 at 12:10pm: I purchased a set of 4 tires from Discount tire for my Dodge Journey SXT. That day I was informed by the sales associate that the best tires on the market were Continental Control Contact Touring A/S and they happen to have 4 in stock. The sales associate informed me that these tires came with ****** mile warranty and that as long I didn't go over the ****** miles I would get credit towards the purchase of a new set of tires. Well today I walked into the same discount tire inquiring on the credit as at my previous rotation and balancing I was informed that I needed new tires. I was shocked because I was no where near ****** miles. I was informed today 09/14/2022 that I only used the tires for ****** miles which is less than half of the life of the tires. I was told by the sales person that the ****** is just a number and doesn't mean anything. He said that my back tires read 4/32 and the front tires read 2/32. The sales person informed me that once the tires hit 2/32 the warranty is voided and I will not receive any credit for those. He then offered me ****** dollar credit for the back tires which comes out to 50$ per tire. I asked him why I wan't getting half of the value of the tire back and he said that Discount tire caps the credit at ****** dollars. So I placed an order online for the tires and I paid almost ****** for the tires but that included a ****** rebate which is a promotion that is going on right now though the Discount Tire Website. After doing this I was informed by the sales associate that if he were to give me the ****** credit towards the new tires he would need to remove the ****** rebate I got online and he said that online I was getting 10 more dollars. I pulled up the continental website and I showed the sales associate where continental will cover warranty down to 2/32 on the tire. The manager stepped in and turned me down. Aside from all of that they erased my online account and charged for lugnuts which they broke.Business Response
