      I was Pleased with how they keep their word with my approval online. I was able to come in with the information online test drive the car and was able to reserve the car of my choice. When i came Back for it 5 days later they had me sitting for 3 hours just to tell me the battery died in the car and needed to be replaced. I was late for work and needed to spend money to get to work. I was Never compensated and no one in the ********** dealership apologized. But asked for a review so here it is.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention; we appreciate the opportunity to address our customers concerns. We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty and offer our customers the option to purchase an additional protection plan. It is important for our customers to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.       I was greeted right away upon entering the business. Sat down with Dilyn and he did the whole process in about 2 hours. Not bad at all for a car dealer. However I had to wait for 4 days for my identity to be confirmed from a third party. This was not in DriveTimes control. Apparently it happens to many. Once it was approved. ****** the general manager finished my process and I got my car! I want to say that Dilyn and ****** went above and beyond to get me through this process. Never was I not attended too, never was I not told everything that was needed or how long this would take. Great communication skills on both of their behalf. I would recommend this location. I am super happy with my car. Thanks guys!!

      Drive time is the best place to get a car, my credit is poor and with a co- signer they were able to get us a 2015 ******* ******, everyone there was very pleasant and professional. *****, ***** at the Greenville dealership helped me get the car and did all the paperwork, they even stayed late to help us. Then **** and I think **** (sorry if this is wrong ) at the Wilmington dealership help us get into our car and drive home. They even called to check up on us the next morning.and they even stayed late for us. Great place I will recommend to friends and family. Thank you so very much, God bless you

      I had an excellent experience with DriveTime from start to finish. The entire car-buying process was straightforward and stress-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand my needs and budget. I appreciated the transparencythey clearly explained financing options, vehicle history, and warranty coverage without any pressure.The online tools made it easy to browse and get pre-qualified, which saved a lot of time at the dealership. When I found the car I wanted, the paperwork was quick, and I was on the road the same day.DriveTime truly stands out for helping people with all types of credit situations. I felt respected and supported throughout, and I love my new car. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an easy buying experience!
