      April 25th I bought two tickets for ******* Is A Joke Presents: *********************** at the ******************* on the livenation website. The tickets were $173.My complaint is that the advertising was misleading on the website compared to the official ******* website. The livenation website described the event as ******* Is A Joke Presents: *********************** with ZERO reference to other comedians performing on the night. The ******* (host) website describes the show as Late Night At The Hollywood Palladium Hosted By ***********************. The description of the event makes it seem like she is headlining the show and the entire crowd was quite surprised when other comedians were introduced on stage and there were at least 6 or 7 other people. The audience paid good money to watch the titled headline act. The difference between 'hosted' and 'presents'. This is more frustrating as I had also bought tickets for another show from a different ticket website and it was exactly as advertised so I felt cheated with this one.

      I am rejecting this response because: there was zero reference to other performances being attached to the ticket that I purchased.  The advertising language used by livenation was not aligned with the language used by netflix.  The language used implied that *********************** was the sole performer on the night.

      I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at the ********************* concert in *******, **, for which I purchased two lawn tickets through Live Nation.Upon arriving at the venue, my partner and I were excited to enjoy the concert from the lawn area. However, to our dismay, we found that there was no available space to sit. Despite our efforts to locate suitable seating by walking around the entire lawn area twice, we were unsuccessful. We approached two ushers, including a supervisor, for assistance, but regrettably, they refused to help us, stating that the concert was sold out and we were on our own.Feeling disappointed and left with no viable options, my partner and I decided to purchase two additional seats on Stubhub in the seated section to salvage our evening and ensure we could enjoy the concert without further inconvenience.As a loyal customer of **********************, I trust in your commitment to providing exceptional concert experiences for all attendees. However, the lack of assistance and accommodation from the venue staff on the night of the event fell short of this expectation.Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the two lawn tickets that I purchased, as the venue was unable to accommodate us as promised. I believe it is only fair to receive reimbursement for tickets that were essentially unusable due to the venue's inability to provide adequate seating.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.       I attended ****** Calling on Sunday May 26, 2024 in *******, *************. I paid $330 for my GA + ticket on Sunday. The $196 GA ticket sold out just the night before. Not sure what the actual difference in those two tickets were. The whole thing was a chaotic mess. A $20 will call fee was included at time of purchase - was not optional. We arrived around 2:30 pm with the hopes to catch a band performing at 3:00. Now we had to stand in the will call line. For over an hour we waited in the hot sun with no way to access water. As we approached the desk we finally saw a few frantic employees scrambling and apologizing to everyone for the wait. After receiving our wristbands we got in another line to enter the festival. By this time we were hot, hungry and outraged at the lack of planning for such a large event. After we entered we were in immediate search of food, waiting in line for food we realized you had to then go to another vendor if you wanted water or anything at all to drink. There was absolutely nowhere to sit in the shade and massive amounts of people kept entering the venue. After about an hour I was feeling dizzy, and the reality that there was no way we were going to get anywhere near one of the stages without feeling trapped and completely overheating was setting in. We made the decision to leave. There were 800 medical encounters reported over the weekend, 412 occurring on the Sunday I attended the festival. I am outraged at the number of tickets they sold that ultimately compromised everyones experience and safety. I am filing a complaint to have my money refunded.

      i had a contagious skin infection and I boguht tickets for a music festival where i would be in close contact with lots of people and they will not give me a refund. I can submit pictures of my body covered in the contagious lesions if that helps

      Over $4000 paid for a VIP package thru ************ svc with them is non existent. I was told the 2x I did get thru that I would be able to trade my VIP package for a different weekend, if they record calls, there is proof of it. Phones go straight to vm EVERY day now for weeks. I have left messages, filled out their online contact form & no replies. This has been a nightmare experience. In 30 years of going to concerts his is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never any under circumstance purchase a package thru Vibee, I dont care if it's 99% off the price. I called my credit card & explained the situation, they suggested I file a dispute against Vibee, which i did. I havent heard anything back in regards to it, so I dropped my dispute today, but now my tickets are probably in limbo or cancelled. If you are gonna charge thousands of dollars for a service/product, have som,e customer service, absolutely unacceptable

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The fact still remains that Vibee made it impossible to contact someone in customer service. If I pay over $4000 for something, I have an expectation that during business hours, I can call and talk to a person. And that wasnt the case here. Many days calls went straight to voicemail with messages unreturned. Same thing with the online contact form. I was given the excuse that new dates being released had them very busy, but this occurred prior to that. By the time I was contacted, it was too late to rectify the situation. And if the response is referring to the call made to me on 6/6, that call was misrepresented. I was called and told that ************ said I was having an issue with my tickets themselves. That was never the issue. Packages are very overpriced(not part of my complaint, I was willing to pay it & did, so Im accountable for that) with almost nonexistent customer service. This will be my 1st & last time purchasing anything through Vibee.

      I am writing to request payment for services rendered in connection with the performance show A-************** held on April 14, 2024 at the ************************. As per our agreement, Live Nation Entertainment contracted me to deliver a performance, for which the agreed upon compensation was $22,500.Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably, it has come to my attention that payment for the aforementioned services has not been received. This failure to honor the contractual agreement has caused undue financial strain on myself .Therefore, hereby we're seeking immediate payment of the outstanding amount of $22,500.

      I'm I purchased tickets for the ********************* Concert on May 29, 2024, taking advantage of a 2 for 1 special, totaling $123. Upon arrival at the venue, I encountered distressing racial profiling from security, requiring additional checks based on their biased assumptions. However, the larger issue arose when we discovered our seats had been double-booked. Another family presented tickets for the same seats purchased from StubHub. Despite having paid for our seats, we were left displaced and unable to enjoy the concert as intended. We were relegated to the top mezzanine area, a far cry from our paid-for seats. This experience was not only disheartening but also a clear breach of trust. If this matter is not swiftly resolved, I will have no choice but to seek legal recourse.

      Subject: Request for Refund Due to Festival Misrepresentation and Issues Dear Support Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent Sueos Music Festival event that took place on May 25 and 26 2024. Unfortunately, the festival did not meet the expectations set by your advertising and I am seeking a 50% refund for the ticket purchased. The event was advertised to open its doors at 12 pm for Saturday and Sunday and performances of artists such Peso Pluma, ******, *********, ****** y ****, ******* and Dynamiq did not perform. The event was supposed to open doors at 12pm for both days as it showed on your advertisement however, it did not start until 4 pm. Additionally, the festival closed earlier than expected at 7:50 pm. These significant changes to the schedule caused inconvenience such as shorter performances and missed performances. I was looking forward to a full day of music and entertainment.Moreover, the artists who were scheduled to perform did not appear. The absence of the anticipated performances was a major letdown and significantly detracted from the overall experience. This was a primary reason for my attendance, and the failure to deliver on this promise is unacceptable.Given the circumstances, I believe a 50% refund is warranted and not 25% since you only provided 50 perfect of the service! I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.       I had tickets to the ********************* concert of May 18, 2020. It was cancelled due to the the pandemic but I never got replacement tickets or a refund.
