Hello I went to the ***** Never Sleep Tour" yesterday at 5:30 PM on February 25th, 2023 and I would have to honestly say that this was a horrible experience. I paid $263.00 for "Ultimate *** ************ Package". I had to stand in a long line outside in the cold for hours and then when I entered the ****************, I was being harrassed by the Security team. The "Merch" that was included in the package was unsatisfactory and poor. All I got for The Merch was a small handbag, a banana and a cheap and inferior autograph poster. Now this autograph poster was ruined during the event. The Early Access Merch Shopping was bad.. the Merch there was mostly hoodies and t-shits that were poor in quality and style and it was overpriced. Much to my disappointment.. When I went to wait in front of the stage waiting for the show to began at 8:00. The standing room area was overcrowded and it was packed with no space to breathe or move. This felt really inhuman like how people people packed during the holocaust. When the show started, it become even more dangerous. There were people shoving and pushing. It was very disgusting too. People were sweating, there were people there who smelled bad and it was so overcrowded that people were touching each other instead of having any personal space. It was becoming alot worst for me since I have health problems. I was grasping for air and relief. I was dehydrated, it was really hot because of all of body heat and there was a lot of pushing which was dangerous. I felt very tired, experienced psychological and physical pain from this horrible standing area. Security was not left helping at all. The *** host that I texted did not respond. I had to leave and exit the event early. My autographed poster got ruined from the whole ordeal. The Live Nation and *** Nation failed to keep this a pleasant and safe experience. I would like a refund and compensation for the horrible experience and for the pain and suffering that this has caused.Business Response

Skyline event is happening during severe weather warning and promotor and ticket distributors will not give option for cancelling the tickets or using them for a different day when it is safe. They have known about this weather for a week and still chose to keep us locked in, just give options, We love your events, dont cheat the people, it IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE OR WALK AROUND IN THESE SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS!!!! My disability does not allow me to be in attending events with large crowds while dealing with unsafe weather conditions and would cause me severe stress and panic if my *** needs are not met. We have collectively ask them on their social medias to postpone event or offer options not make us come in the pouring rain that LA never has and make us pay. $200 for a half of the event. They said the rain stops four hours after it starts and still expects us to walk around in wet conditions with electricity and also its still going to be raining hard, not drizzle. . Thats not fair and terrible business practicesBusiness Response

I find it extremely frustrating that follow all the steps of your ticket buying procedures only to be told the event is sold out. I joined the queue for regular presale 6 minutes before opening, 10 am. My initial number is 162 in the queue, then number 93 at 6 minutes past the hour and then 7 minutes past the hour the event is sold out. Please tell me why I can third party tickets at 3 times price immediately after this presale is sold out? It appears that these presale tickets are going directly to third party vendors to sell at ridiculously inflated prices. Whatever type of vetting system you have to identify true customers, *****. Whatever kind of resale rules you have in place ****. What it looks like is Live Nation has a vested interest in the profits of these third party sellers. At this point it seems better to go back to the old ways when real fans went the venue to buy tickets. At least you knew who was truly a fan. It is hard to believe that with all this digital tracking available that Live Nation cant do better.Business Response

Hello, I am in receipt of ************************** recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
During high-demand sales, tickets are available first-come, first-served, and not guaranteed. In some instances, events on our platform may have tickets that are "market-priced," so ticket and fee prices may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing." The face value price (also known as the established price or base ticket price) is determined by our clients. In many circumstances, face value prices are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the event but prices can, and often are, adjusted up or down over time. In either case, Ticketmaster collects the face value price and remits it to our clients.Initial Complaint

On 02/17/23 I attended a concert at ******* in ************. I paid $69.75 for the concert, which was supposed to start at 8 PM according to the ticket, venue website, and everywhere else the concert was being promoted. There were 5 artists total that were supposed to perform that night. We got to the concert around 9:30 PM to find that the headliner was already on stage performing. I asked one of the employees why the headliner was already on stage, and I was told that the concert had started at 6:30 PM. This change had never been communicated to ticket holders. I had friends that drove up to 7 hours to attend this concert, and we missed most of it due to Live Nation's failure to communicate the start time change. I have tried contacting the business about this issue but have yet to receive a response.Business Response

I have been purchasing tickets through Live Nation/Ticketmaster for years. The past couple of experiences has been very disappointing. February 16, 2023 my husband and I purchased on a presale camping for the ************************* Band at ********* Amphitheater. We were under the impression that all available tickets were the only ones that remained available, for regular sales too. Friday, February 17, today, general sale came open and the camping pass that we wanted was available. We wanted Standard Gold Camping which is now available, we had to purchase for a few hundred dollars more Gold 30 amp camping. We requested a change in the order, which we were told could be done with concert tickets but not an add one. I feel this is a bait and switch for the consumer, me and Im sure many others. I just wanted a change in tickets, which I feel would be a fair practice.Business Response

Hello, my name is *****. I brought 2 official platinum tickets through ticketmaster. When I buy it I dont know what is an official platinum tickets means and there is no explanation about it. I paid a crazy high price (844dollars for the first one and **** for the second ticket and regular price will be 300) for the tickets. After a month I just know the meaning of it. And I didnt see the date clearly and just want to refund and buy another one. However, when I applied for a refund, they start to using a lot of excuses trying to procrastinate my refund. I have been waiting for 2 days and they said I still need to wait for up to 5 days. And they are not taking their responsibility. They said they will send the request to the event organizer to decide. This is my first time trying to buy tickets through ticketmaster. Really uncomfortable experience. I brought the crazy high price ticket but I dont get the services that I deserve to have. That is really disappointing.Business Response

Hello,
We are in receipt of your complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Ticketmaster thanks you for bringing your concerns to our attention.Regretfully, we do not set the ticket prices or decide what tickets get released when. We are contracted to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers. You do agree to the terms and conditions when making a purchase. For these reasons we typically cannot refund an order. However, according to our records, we did reach out to the event organizer on your behalf to request a refund. We show a response was received on February 21, 2023, and a full refund of $1,524.08 was issued back to your original method of payment on February 21, 2023, and should be posted within 3-7 business days.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond and address your concerns.

On 2/15/2023 at apx 10 am I purchased tickets on pre sale for ************ at ***************************************** in ******* **. When I opened up the pre-sale the tickets were listed at $37 each as "official platinum seats " and no other options were listed, so that is what I purchased, which totaled $174.60. After about 10 minutes I spoke with a friend and he mentioned he saw them for $22. I confirmed that there were indeed now tickets listed for GA at $22 a piece, $124 total for 4. I am 100% certain this was not an option when I bought them. I have been to this venue 100s of times, there are no seats. It is all GA, so explain to me how ticketmaster/ live nation can get away with charging a premium price for absolute no benefit? I inquired with customer service chat and they were absolutely no help, they want me to exchange them for an additional $10 a ticket. This is beyond scummy. I essentially am out $50 bucks for no reason and they are unwilling to assist. I cannot call anyone and there is no option to talk to someone besides a chat bot and someone on the other side of the world. Ticketmaster and livenation are scamming the masses with their ticket practices. This is unacceptable. I don't want my tickets refunded because I still plan to attend the show, I just want to pay the normal $22 GA price that everyone else is paying. I am attaching photos, they show that these are both the same type of ticket (GA), no added benefit from having the "official platinum tickets", yet they are $15 more a ticket...Business Response

I went on to purchase concert tickets on 2.14.23. Prior to the ticket sales opening, I had opened a **** card which allows for presale of tickets. At 10:00 on 2.14.23 I went on to purchase tickets during the **** presale. Unbeknownst to me, the only tickets open at that time were "official platinum" and not actually through the **** presale. I thought I was purchasing tickets for a special presale. After looking at other venues for tickets, I discovered that LiveNation had not opened up the **** tickets as directed at that time but other venues had **** tickets open. I returned to that venue's tickets later in the day and the **** tickets were then available at a much cheaper price than the "official platinum" tickets which were the only tickets available at 10:00. This tactic was deceptive. I purchased tickets for WAY more than normal value when I thought I was getting a special presale. I outreached LiveNation and they did not hear my complaint and only stated that they could not give me a refund or upgrade. They referred me to the venue. I contacted the venue who was great to work with but stated that they cannot offer refunds due to LiveNation's policies. LiveNation is not willing to see the website error? as a problem and deceptive and only resulted in people spending WAY more money for a ticket than it is worth.Business Response

Hello,
I am in receipt of your recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. You agree to all the terms and conditions of the sale when you click submit payment.
Ticketmaster does not own the tickets we sell. We are contracted to sell and fulfill ticket orders a specific way. The event you purchased tickets for is taking place as scheduled we will not be able to assist with a refund. Also when exchanging tickets the new tickets have to be equal to or greater than the original purchase.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond and address your concerns.

On 9/15/22 I purchased two tickets from LiveNation to see *************************** at the Orpheum in ****** on 2/11/23. The transaction number was 29-17450 and total amount paid was $207.95. I bought these tickets utilizing a pre-sale code from the artist, had the pick of the venue when I bought them, and they were full-price tickets. These were front row seats which I purchased with the belief that they would be the best seat in the venue, I found them with the filter "best seats". When we got to our seats there was a massive speaker in front of us which completely obstructed our view, this was not a partial obstruction but a complete 100% obstruction to a show which is entirely visual in nature. I tried to stand at my seat but was told by security to sit. I met with the floor manager who tried to find us other seats but the show was sold out. I met with the venue manager, ************************* who assured me that the only way to receive a refund was from LiveNation as the venue had not collected the money. I called the ***** number for LiveNation some 30 times during business hours, but it appears to be disconnected because all I ever got was a busy signal. I contacted LiveNation via online chat, told them my problem, and they responded telling me that refunds were not available for past events. I asked for a supervisor and got completely ignored. Myself and my wife did not get to see this show which we had been looking forward to for months. I did not try and take a picture of the obstruction because the show had a very strict no cameras allowed policy and I follow rules.Business Response
