was on presale list for star lake ampitheatre lawn pass. presale did not work. would not accept code, once sale opened it would not let me purchase tickets , spent 3 hours on phone and email trying to resolve this matter before tickets sold out . tickets sold out. no reply from email. being that I was on presale list and tried contacting customer service while tickets were still live, I think they should honor my passes but they won't. if this issue is not resolved then me nor my family will attend another live nation event. by far the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I bought 2 tickets on June 28, 2023 through Ticketmaster ******, for The Trilogy Tour on Dec 11, 2023. I paid $ ****** for two tickets. Tickets were located in Section 112, Row 25, Seats 11 & 12. View from those seats were not obstructed in any way and the price of tickets was a way higher than prices of side sections or disability section. Chosen seats also suited my disability needs. On Dec 10, 2023 I got e mail notification from Ticketmaster that my tickets were ready for tomorrows concert and that I was all set up. Organizers built s big camera stand where my seats suppose to be. We got $86 worth, side seats, with obstructed view. They declined to give me, at that time available disability seats. I could not stand and watch concert. I contacted Ticketmaster Ca to require how come that they sold me non existing seats and ask them to refund me the difference for seat prices. Ticketmaster declined it, stating that organizer had right to relocate my seats. I do agree with the fact that they could relocate my seats, but they could not totally disregard my disability when they downgraded my seats. Not only that they ruined my concert, they declined to refund part of my tickets. The bottom line is that Ticketmaster sold me non existing seats and they are not willing to fix the issue. I would not even mind if the refund me part of my tickets fees for a future event. This is not so much issue about the money, it is an issue of unfairness, and of not showing any willingness to accommodate me. Ticketmaster and organizer showed zero responsibilities, face no consequences and can get away with whatever they do. Ticketmaster declined to issue a partial refund, but after my complaint to BBB they refund me $ 105. 30 It is not about $, it is about warning people what Ticketmaster is capable of doing to any of us. If I can give zero stars, I would.

I purchased tickets for the Honeyland Food and Music Festival held in **********, *****, on the weekend of November 11th and 12th in July of 2023.FGT switched what was included in the tickets we purchased. We were given the option at time of purchase to have tickets shipped to us. FGT refunded the shipping fees without indicating that we would now have to pick up our tickets at will-call locations, forcing people to pick them up at a will call in *******. We had to drive to a specific location to pick up our tickets. This decision felt inevitable to avoid crowds.FGT failed to post the schedule of events, including food presentations, music performances, and parking instructions, until 3 days before the event. In very early morning hours of 11/11, FGT posted on Instagram that *** parking was no longer available and that *** purchasers parking would have to park in a parking lot and shuttle to the event. There were massive crowds of people trying to **************** to the event.Purchased *** entrances were closed. We had to wait in a general admission line even though we paid to access the *** entrance. We attempted to access a General Admission Plus area included in our *** package. An employee of FGT physically restrained me from doing so. I showed her that my ticket included GA+ lounge access, she said FGT told her to deny anyone but GA+ pass holders. We attempted to use our merchandise credit for $25, staff told us we had to spend at least 50 to use it.My main interest was attending the festival's food portion. No food samples were available. It had to be purchased, and the wait time to get food from these vendors exceeded 1 1/2 hrs. There wasnt enough food for the attendees, so they ran out. We didn't eat anything at all. There was a severe lack of lighting on the muddy festival grounds, so people were unable to see where they were going. The bathrooms were not lit, rendering them useless. The wait for shuttles back to the parking lot exceeded 2 hours.

Live Nation and Ticketmaster are now NOT allowing resales of tickets in *******. They charge terrible fees - and then do not let you sell the tickets on resales sites...how is that legal? They have done this for ********************************* and now Young the Giant.

I will never buy tickets again from them. They don't give you all the information... Was suppose to see Skinwalker, got VIP tickets by upgrading and when we got to the event we got told we didn't have tickets to see them just to be told that our tickets were just for a photo! We drove over 800 miles to see them and we couldn't even see them nor did we get our money back... Very disappointed with customer service...

My last three live nation events have been horrible. Bit the last one, Dead and ** at ********* Amphitheater was the worst. The electronic ticket policy is absolutely a major problem. My complaint is too long to document here in my complaint. I was told by the live nation event experience manager on site that I deserved a refund as well as the manager at the box office. The second night of the concert was so difficult to get into the venue that I left the show in disgust to go back to the campsite that took 5 hrs to check into. I expect a full refund as I was told I deserved. When I contacted Ticketmaster for a refund they denied it

I attended the Renaissance tour stop in ***********, ** on 10/1/2023. With my VIP package, Pure/Honey on Stage High Risers VIP A, we were supposed to be fast tracked to purchase merchandise. By the time I realized this, the merchandise lines were so long and by the time I got to the front, practically all of the merchandise was sold out. Additionally, Live Nation needs to extent the ride share voucher to at least 3-4 am. Ubers and Lyfts were cancelling on people and the people who may have gotten a ride share had to wait an hour or two due to major traffic to get to *****************. I had to pay a non-Uber/Lyft driver 70 dollars for a 15 minute ride! This is unsafe, dangerous, and a robbery. Do better, Live Nation. Thank God I got back to my hotel safely.
