Purchased early bird iii points tickets and they pulled the plug on my layaway plan so now they want me to spend 500-1000 for tickets I already was paying for. They canceled my layaway and Ive never had that ever happen to me. I love festivals but this company is making me wish I would just stay away!!! I dont know how theres still in business with all these terrible reviews. After this iiiPoints ***** experience Im done with frontgate!!!

First and foremost this is a spectacle observational review, Went to ************** showing at *********** in ********* tonight, 10/1/23 sat in row F , Gold Circle Orch . at ******************* amphitheater in riverside, as a super and partial ** in three different LLCs of EP (Executive protection) **ntracting private security **mpanies and your majority of staffing regardless of **ntracting and personal employees the the one working CC Crowd Control (in respective you had multiples who were excellent) note not that not once was I personally an issue or a disturbance in any of the showings timecase performacnce lets understand and perspective this was a interactive **medy showing spectacle which means the crowd is supposed too engage in such performance I watched your CC (Crowd Control) on front right orchestra on front stage **ntrol engage in the most egotistical, disrespectful, unprofessional, idiotically, chump change manners. Proceeding to play terrible displays of true security, professional, upbeat, positive, and overall sanctioned gratefulness to uphold the position hes supposed to carry. When asked for his first and last for strictly review purposes refused, when questioned on certain acts played the manager card, when approached on **nduct played the irresponsible and un**ordinated card. You can downgrade and shadow this review as **** and act like its another entitled clientele but from ones briefing too another this individual is an absolute garbage representation too your **mpany and **ntractors, Refused from two different supers too disclose first and last name but Hispanic/Latino male glasses goatee and trim ***** roughly ****** again working Gold Circle Right, Displayed all that was needed too say in this review. With **nsideration let this reflect on the entire outlook and SOPs of Live Nations staffing and proto**ls.

they charge extremely high fees that they dont reveal until the very end of the transaction, their fees are sometimes as much as 1/3rd to 1/2 of the tickets cost. an absolutely atrocious thing to do to their customers because they have such a moolpoly on the music industry. i would use any other ticket service company if i could for any of their concerts. it feels deceitful and wrong, they wont show you the fees until you click for more details which also feels shady.

They mailed our wristbands to the wrong address after confirming with us that they changed the address. They will not mail us out new ones or even really respond to emails properly. I have tried explaining repeatedly that will call wont work for us and they refuse to make their mistake right.

I have to give a min star and that is too generous. Their subsidiary TicketMaster scams fans and artists. They presell tickets to resellers. They dont give actual people chances to get tickets and they go directly to bots or resellers or both. A fraction of what is sold goes to actual customers. I dont want to spent $500-$1000 on a ticket when Ticketmasters *** says this ticket is non refundable, nontransferable and not for resell. If that is the case then why does vivid seats stubhub seatgeek and other sites have them listed for resell? Those purchases are a DIRECT violation of the *** and those tickets should be cancelled and resold at face value to give actual people a chance to see their favorite artist(s). The business practices are unfair and a slap in the face to the artist(s) and their fan base (LIVE NATIONS customers).

Live Nation phone attendants were rude to me and it's website gave me no time to put my information in to purchase a ticket. I really want to go to a concert, but they make it too difficult.

I wanted to give no stars. The company has had people collect money ($10.) from people who had bags larger than 12x6x12 and have them purchased a clear bag, but heres the catch if you purchased the bag you still couldnt take your purse and fold it and place in the clear bag so they offered lockers at $15.00 to help store your bag. This is was the most disorganized and disappointing experience. In the end they did not have peoples bags in order from 109 to 499 groups, instead one low voices security member called the number and tried to walk through the crowd. What happened to getting you bag screened or checked at the gate/door etc. Well that wasnt an option but it was a money making scam. They collected hundreds of dollars from people who didnt want their belongings to be mishandled. In addition, some of the people didnt know how to handle frustrated customers who only tried to give suggestions to make things better.

I attended a Fall Out Boy concert on 7/13/20** in ************ and am requesting a full refund on the grounds of negligence and inability of your facility and staff to provide me access to the Platinum Seats I purchased for $1,733.70, which per your words: offer safe and equitable access to up-close event experiences.Your safety and security are most important to us reads the headline of your venues guidelines, yet during the shelter in place issued due to weather; your staff kicked those without vehicles out of the restrooms and left them to fend for themselves, unsheltered in a field, exposed to lightning. When we were told the concert was back on (over an hour later), we were told to get our tickets readily available to be checked at the gate. People then swarmed through the gates that were not adequately guarded, shoving my 11 and 8 year old sons. Upon reentry, workers did not check tickets NOR DID SAFETY CHECKS (no bag checks, no metal detectors, limited security). Your negligence put the lives of several thousand people at risk! Luckily nobody reentered the premises with a weapon! The seats I purchased were Platinum Seats or reserved seats and were located in a reserved section in the fourth row. Unfortunately, upon reentrance to the concert grounds; we could not access these despite asking for staff assistance, as staff had allowed everybody to go up H3339363630393**13635H and into the reserved sections. I have been to H3**53**9333331343736H concerts in several different states (WI, **, AZ) and this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Your negligence put the lives of several thousand people at risk. We drove over 5 hours to attend this concert, and spent over $2,500 in total. We are now left with debt and emotional distress. I am requesting a full refund of $1,733.70 for Order # **-22197/CH5.
