      my wife and i had tickets to see Rebelution: Good Vibes Summer **** 2022, Fri, Jun 24 @ 6:30 PM at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at ************************ Beach, **. we were offered VIP parking as an upgrade to make our coming and going more convenient. we have twin 9 month old girls. they were coming to their first concert. we were told we werent allowed to enter through the side gate because we didnt have vip tickets. we had floor seats so we had to walk all the way around. we have twin babies we are carrying and that walk is rather long and makes the point of the parking upgrade absolutely pointless. they told us they were sorry and this happens a lot. we couldnt attend the show due to this. and we blew over 200 on tickets and parking to be told we could park there but had walk a mile to the normal entrance. when we call its a busy tone or goes to vm. no one calls back and no one answers. we drove over an hour each way. no stroller and are told we have to walk a mile just to get in after upgrading to vip parking. we want a refund of our parking and concert tickets. and i dont think we are ever going to a live nation show again.

      Live Nation is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not even go as far as to call them that. They are gangsters (the noun, not the verb form) and criminals from my view. I am too exhausted from how they treated me to go into details but I wanted to make sure my opinion was posted. I tried to give them a chance to apologize but they refused so maybe they will say it to my lawyers. I implore all Americans to never give this corrupt company another cent of their hard earned money. There are other concerts.

      Hello,I purchased tickets to see ************** on 6/5/23 at ******** Pavillion in ************ **. I was unable to attend after waiting in traffic for over 4 hours because of the venue's unorganized planning and poor management. The venue ran out of parking for those who purchased tickets because they let people into the parking lot who did not have tickets. I waited over 4 hours in my car due to traffic to get into the venue. Cars were at a standstill for several hours because the venue had nowhere for people to park. The band was set to come on at 7pm and my ETA was 10pm. Many people ended up parking their cars on the highway and walking several miles to the venue. I am requesting a refund for these tickets. Very disappointed that I had to miss this concert.

      We purchased concert tickets for the June 3 event at Jiffy Lube Live in *******, **. On May 19 we received and email to expect heavy traffic for the event. Email explains that parking is included with the purchase of our ticket, but early parking is available for purchase. It also states that Live Nation "highly encourages you to arrive early." On June 1 we received a similar email, and Live Nation says "please plan to arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to get parked and to your seats." We received another email on the morning of the event, 6/3, with the same message, reiterating that early parking is available for purchase on site with an emphasis on arriving early. The resulting impression is a risk we could miss the performance due to traffic, so we arrived at the venue at around 1:15 pm for the 7 pm concert and pay the additional $20 or so to park early--none of the emails showed the price of the recommended "early parking." We waited in line for over an hour, with no employees giving direction or any signs posting any type of information along the way. We arrived at an entrance to the parking lot at about 2:25 pm, where an attendant in a reflective vest said the early parking charge was $100. We complained that there had been no information about a $100 parking fee at any point before. We asked what our options were and he said we could go back to the end of the line and wait for free parking to open up. This option would have easily added at least another 2 hours to our wait and based on the tone of the emails we had received up to then, jeopardize our enjoying the show we paid for. Reluctantly we paid the $100. This is a deceitful business practice. Live Nation instilled anxiety in its customers through emails warning of heavy traffic and recommendations that arriving early was the only option to enjoy the show we paid for. Live Nation was anything but upfront with its customers. Instead, it profited handsomely from a stressful situation.

      Terrible logistical and traffic management for the ************************* concert on 5/6 at the Jiffy Lube Live theatre in ***********.We sat in bumper to bumper traffic for over 3 hours trying to get to the PREMIER PARKING we paid extra for!!! We ended up only seeing the last 30 minutes of the concert. This was a nightmare. DO BETTER!

      Firstly, there is significant data to support that live nation intentionally sells to ticket scalpers as a priority over general concert attendees so I wanna get that out of the way and note that this is a predatory business practice (see cases and ticket sales regarding Pretty Lights tour and *********************** for examples). They also allow these scalper system companies to purchase more than the allotted amount per purchase, again data is backed and public from the above mentioned concert tour announcements.In my many cases where I have been forced to do business with live nation/ticketmaster because there are no other options, I have run into many errors on both their websites and their phone applications that end up booting me back to queue to wait in line all over again once I attempt to purchase tickets (after having waited sometimes 30 minutes in queue already). This has become more and more frequent in the year 2023 than ever before in both my own and others experiences.Today, I attempted 5 different times to purchase tickets through their app to a concert that is not even a major concert highly sought after stop only to be notified of an error in the page and booted back to queue each and every time.How these companies have not been buried from lawsuits is beyond me and concert goers are forced to use them as they are the predominant ticket vending systems across the **. They are both predatory in business practice as well as neglectful of their own platform operations/functionality despite the outrageous processing and convenience fees they charge per ticket sale (sometimes these fees along cost more than the tickets themselves which double to triple the overall cost of purchase!)

      Bought tickets several months ago for a concert. The tickets did not appear in my account even though they changed me. I was able to find their customer service number (on a different website!) and talk to an agent who changed the delivery method to Will Call. I looked at the tickets last night (show is tomorrow) and they changed the delivery method to Mail WITHOUT TELLING ME. Of course, they did not send them. The customer service number I found before no longer works. I used their chat to ask how I will get my tickets. They said they would respond within 4 hours. Still nothing, a day later.

      These people are criminals, avoid at all costs. Multiple attempts to retrieve my tickets that have been paid for and all you get is a canned response from some robot. I hope they go out of business.

      I was in a total panic when my wristbands for an out-of-state event got stolen. I can't express how thrilled I am with this company!Front Gate Tickets immediately understood my situation and assured me they would do whatever it takes to help. *******, in particular, was an absolute superstar. It was an unexpected and incredibly generous gesture.
