I had tickets to two (2) separate events on the same weekend, but I got COVID and had to sell. Ticketmaster offers a resale program. I had to go through an invasive process that included all my personal information and received emails saying my tickets sold and I would receive the payment in 7 days after the event. I still haven't received payment 10 days after the event. They offer no way to contact them directly. Ticketmaster owes me $360.Business Response

Elton john yellow brick road concert tickets the event was originally April 2020 and was cancelled due to Covid. I was offered the option of a refund in October 2020 and declined cause I wanted to attempt the concert with my daughter. It was rescheduled for February 2022, on February 9, 2022 I received an email that 2 vaccine shots were required to attend. Due to this my daughter and I could not attend, I immediately reached out to Ticketmaster to request a refund and was told no, I reached out again 2 weeks later and was ignored and have again reached out and have now been told cause the concert is passed no, I have tried everything I can think of. I was never given the facts of what would be required to attend when I was offered a refund and as a result could not attend. I would like a refund for this concert due to Ticketmaster not disclosing this information until 2 weeks before the concert and then refusing to give a refund despite this. I hope you can help. I don't know who else to reach out to.Business Response

Last year, I bought 2 tickets for the Justin Bieber concert in Arizona using Ticketmaster's app. Something came up and I couldn't go anymore, so I sold both tickets through their app. The tickets were sold on January 4 where they stated "you'll get paid $848.43" for each ticket (2 tickets = total $1696.86).
The concert was supposed to happen in February, then it was postponed to June 30, then it was postponed again "date TBA". They say they're only gonna pay me after the concert, but it has no date right now. I have sold those tickets 7 months ago and it makes no sense that I am not getting my money. I would just like them to pay me.
I am attaching the screenshots with the confirmation that is in their app. I sold the tickets and they should pay.Business Response

I posted tickets for sell for a backstreet boys concert on on July 16,2022 on the Ticketmaster website. I am owed $266 for those tickets I sold and I have not received payment. I have contacted Ticketmaster on Instagram,Twitter and Facebook with no response. They have awful customer service and you can't reach anyone over the phone to get any issues resolved.Business Response

Ticketmaster encouraged prepaid parking, and the parking ticket was not delivered with the tickets. This forced me to pay for parking twice. Because Ticketmaster makes it, to this point at least, impossible to reach customer service of any kind, I am seeking reimbursement here. It may only be $18.56, but it should be refunded. Sold concert tickets.
TM site says deposit within 7 days of event. Have not yet been paid.
Also never received the 1099 that sellers are supposed to complete.
I demand the $437.46 I am due.
Sadly, I have to go this route because there is NO way to contact TM. No phone. No email. And chat is a 12-24 HOUR wait.Business Response

I am in receipt of your recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, when the event was rescheduled the buyer of your tickets requested a refund. You should have received an email of the account update to unlist your tickets or relist them as the previous sell was cancelled. Due to the misunderstanding I have refunded the original amount paid for your tickets $375.80 back to the card used for purchase. You will receive the funds within 5-7 business days.

We purchased 3 tickets on 10-31-2019 through Ticketmaster for Eagles Concert. The concert was rescheduled due to COVID. We had an option of a refund for any tickets we were not going to use because of the date change. We elected to keep 2 tickets and request a refund for the third ticket. They promised to credit $331.64 back to our credit card within 30 days after the event. This uploaded sheet shows that we contacted them and they were going to provide stated refund. This has not occurred. We have tried to reach Ticketmaster by phone and there is no live person contact. We have emailed Ticketmaster many times and they share the refund will be sent a month after the concert. "After the money comes back from the organizer, it will be sent" is the stock answer to every email. Unable to reach a live person with questions or concerns.
We need your help to assist us in getting our $331.64 refund placed back to our credit card. A check to ********** would also be acceptable.
Thank you for any and all assistance you can provide. We have been more than patient with Ticketmaster. Now we are angry and frustrated. How do we get our money refunded?

I sent my credit card info to Ticketmaster on Aug 5th. They claimed it would take 5-7 business days to have the money refunded to my credit card. I waited 3 weeks and nothing back on my card. I sent them another email on Aug 22nd asking the status of my refund and haven't heard anything back from them.

Hi,
The consumer's refund was processed on August 26. It takes 7-10 business days sometimes for bank to post funds.

I finally got my money back from ticketmaster after a year of trying. I want to thank you for the help you gave me. I don't have much positive to say about ticketmaster though. They have NO customer service. Can't talk to a real live person nor is there a direct email address to address issues.Initial Complaint

On June 29th, a ticket of 381.15 dollars was transferred to me on Ticketmaster(picture 1). Just about one day after, I couldn't log in to my Ticketmaster account(pic 2). I immediately contacted customer service, and they told me they will have deeper research on the problem, but they never reached out to me again and the status of my case turned to "solved". In the following month, I tried 4 more times, yet they violated their commitment to reply within 24-48 hours and chose to ignore me, and never solved my problem(pic 3).
Now I am super frustrated since I'm no longer able to get access to my account, and am risking not being able to go to the upcoming event. During this month, I felt nothing but their neglect. The customer service only cared about whether this case could be dropped from their hands, instead of really helping the customers in a hurry to solve the problem. I don't even know if their technician knew about my problem.
In addition, their customer support is very inadequate. I saw the problem that I encountered on their website, and a prompt saying please contact their customer service directly. However, after following the prompt, there is no way they've prepared to solve the problem(pic 4, the link to the page mentioned: **************************************************************************************.
If Ticketmaster continues to leave this unsolved, I will not only lose the ticket money but also my account and personal information. And therefore my appeal is that they should take the initiative to contact me And restore my account or, if not, refund my ticket.Business Response

Hi yes I had previously put in a complaint because I had sold tickets from Ticketmaster and was unaware of the fact they would have to wait until the event happened in order to be paid which makes no sense anyways, I was then advised that it would take up to seven days after the event well I am a week after the event now and I have still not been paid or have had any updates. I would like my money back, would you be able to help me with this issue? It's very hard to contact the company as well as the only way is for email I have emailed them in the past I've been unable to get a response so I would really just like to be paid for the tickets
There were 3 tickets sold. I am expecting the 400$.Business Response
