      Do not use Ticketmaster to purchase your tickets. Ticket would not download to my phone. Spent 4 days trying to have it sent to my email address. Impossible!!! No help from Ticketmaster...suggested to go to the box office to see if they could help me, try a relative's phone or get another phone. Paid $15 for a very stressful experience.FIRST AND LAST TIME USING TICKETMASTER.

      When customers have trouble accessing their tickets on the App, we suggest that they try accessing them on the mobile browser, by going to ****************************, logging into their account and accessing the tickets that way. However, you can go to the venue's ********** for assistance as well, they have access to your order. 

      Our records indicate that the ********** has already printed your tickets for the event, so you will just need to present your valid photo ID, purchasing card and the order number when you arrive. 

      As a one-time courtesy, we have issued a refund for your service charges. You can expect to see a refund of $13.00 back on your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

      I brought tickets to attend wild n out in ******* ***** for October 5. I live in ************ ******* so I traveled to ******* for my birthday and was notified the day before the concert it was rescheduled to December 7th. I received an email from the event center that I was eligible for a refund but I would have to get it through my original point of purchase which was Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster denied my refund and challenged my bank dispute stating all sales are final although their website states in the event of a cancel postponed or rescheduled event. I brought 5 tickets for 410 and had to take the loss because I could not travel back to ******* for the rescheduled event. It was very poor service and their policy was not honored.

      My best friend purchased tickets for us to attend Usher's concert in ***. The original ****** date was rescheduled. In preparation for the original date my friend transferred my ticket to me via ticketmaster. I accepted the transfer and placed the ticket in my Apple wallet. The concert was rescheduled to Dec 12, 2024. Approximately 2-3hrs before the concert, I attempted to log in to my ticketmaster account only to discover I had to reset my password. Once I did, I discovered my ticketmaster account had been hacked with an UNAUTHORIZED ticket transfer to someone not in my immediate circle. IMMEDIATELY, My friend and I reached out to ticketmaster. The representative refused to discuss the issue with my friend who was the original purchaser and then spoke with me. The situation was throughly explained. I was rushed off of the phone and told that I would receive a call back in 45min -1hr TWICE ... mind u the event was literally a couple of hours away. However, until this day I'm waiting for a return call. I did call back that same day and was told the situation was handed over the fraud department and I would be notified with updates. I ended up spending additional money for another ticket in hopes of this issue being resolved. Ticketmaster, you all failed to provide exceptional customer service. **********************, you failed to resolve a known problem in your internet security. Ticketmaster, you failed to have lead team members in place to readily assess your consumer needs. Ticketmaster, you failed to have an actual fraud support team in place to throughly assess and resolved issues of concert goers in a timely manner. You all don't value consumers that spend their hard earned money to attend events that are often a Once in a lifetime experience that comes with a high price Tag. It is my hope that you all reach out to me and right this wrong. This has weighed on me emotionally and makes me not want to use your services again.

      ***************. They owe me 120$ in refunds for concert tickets. My banks gonna pull it out their accounts regardless but now I have to wait.

      Our records indicate that you only have one order that was placed through Ticketmaster. The event took place on December 13, 2024, and both tickets scanned into the event. Regrettably, we are unable to offer a refund.

      Shady business. Immediately after purchasing a 6 tickets I realized I took the wrong section and was charged 10$ per ticket to move to the correct location to be with the rest of my family. The call center i had to talk to was so hard to understand I had to call back. Wasn't much better and they basically blew me off and told me it was their policy and nothing they could do.

      Buyers Beware. I purchased tickets for ************ in September 2024 on Ticketmaster app and I received notice that my tickets were refunded due to a fraudulent seller. This was 3 days ago and the concert is on Friday. Ticketmaster customer service is taking no accountability that their fraud department dropped the ball. Their only solution was for me to now repurchase tickets after refund clears in 5-7 business days. I advised the tickets are now double the price and they should honor my original purchase price. They will not and refer me back repurchasing of tickets at new price and no other solutions. So basically any future purchases may or may not be guaranteed regardless of purchasing on Ticketmaster site... This is horrible business practices and shame on Ticketmaster. I've been a loyal customer for 40+ years...

      I bought tickets to ***** ******. I couldn't go so I re-sold the tickets. Ticket Master never paid me. I stayed on hold for 2 hours before I hung up.

      This company is a joke, if I could give 0 stars I would.For a $20 billion company their app and service is a joke. I am unable to see / print the tickets my wife transferred to me. If this was the same day of the event we would not have made it in due to this issue.This Monopoly of a company should be shut down and everyone who has ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them should be given a large sum of $.

      Very anti-consumer. Difficult to speak to an agent. Hours waiting on hold. Will promise a refund then deny it. ******** customer service. Presale codes dont work half the time. I WILL NEVER BUY USING TICKETMASTER AGAIN!!! They are a joke! If you want to waste your time and money this is a great company to do it with. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY TICKETMASTER AND LIVE NATION!!

      Absolutely deplorable. I spent $242 on a ticket almost 4 months ago that I now desperately need to sell because my friend is sick and we can't go. I can't do so because Ticketmaster won't allow me to update my phone number, and I have now spent over an hour and a half on hold with "fan support", sent an email, and tried their chat feature where I received the message "An agent will need to look into this further. Please wait while I contact an agent to help you." No one has answered me. This is without question the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
