      I had two tickets to see Billie ******* which I could no longer use. The artist understandably restricted transfers to prevent scalping. I'm all for that, so I tried to exchange the tickets using Ticketmaster's face value exchange. The tickets were listed, but multiple buyers received various error codes when trying to purchase them. Ticketmaster's customer service was absolutely horrible and no help at all.

      O zero stars if I could. In queue to buy tickets to concert. Because of the bots took me awhile to get it. 18k people ahead. Tickets are already being sold on stubhub. Seriously.

      We sell tickets on behalf of Event Organizers, which means we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Event Organizers typically set the face price of their tickets. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including websites, apps, and box offices. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.

      took over an hour to transfer tickets - called help number and no one answered - chat line is no help it there any way to avoid buying from this company!

      I had accidentally bought tickets off vivid. Vivid would not give me my money back. So I had to wait for the tickets so I could sell them. When I finally received my tickets, they were through Ticketmaster. I immediately set them up to sell to get my money back. They sold within the same day. It took over a week to get the verification step done with my bank account. In which I emailed, talk to people via phone and their chat box several times with no help. The person that I talked to via phone had told me they sent the verification process to my bank and I stated that they hadnt because had been watching it. She wanted to argue with me. Two days later it finally showed up in my account to verify. We are know one day away from the event and two weeks later and still dont have my payment. Keep in mind everytime I have talked to someone via phone or chat they keep telling me that it could still be 5-7 days for a payment. How is this possible? It should not take that long and we wont even start with the assistance which was barely any assistance at all. Terrible service and with holding money.

      I purchased tickets to a ******* game. I never received the tickets, Ticketmaster said they would help and have not done anything to help and there is no one to talk to! This corporation makes too much money to not care about the people who purchased from them

      WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!If I can give 0 starts I would. I had the worst experience with Ticket Master, I bought some tickets and called to get my money back because I couldn't go since the person I was going with passed away, they told me it was no problem that they were going to refund it and days went by and they never returned the money and they deleted the tickets from my account at this point even if I wanted to I couldn't go when I called they told me that the person who did it didn't work there anymore and that they couldn't do anything else to solve the situation. I called my bank to complain and Ticket Master sent them the first invoice they have and they denied the claim, in conclusion I lost that money, you can't trust even customer service

      My condolences to you and your loved ones. After further review, it appears a refund request was submitted on your behalf due to a loved one passing. However, the request was initially denied as your tickets were posted for resale. It was then denied due to a dispute filed on your order. Regarding any refunds, you would have to reach out to your bank. Any action on the account would be handled and completed by the financial institution.

      I have been emailing and calling for over two months because my account has been locked due to someone hacking it. There is a different phone number listed on my account but still shows the same email. I spent $4000 in anyma tickets at the sphere and there has been no resolve to try to get my account unlocked so that I can get these tickets and go to this event. I have spent tons of money on airfare and times for our entire family to go. They do not respond to my emails whenever I call them they say they will get this resolved in a timely manner within 48 hours someone will call me and I have not ever heard back from anyone. They now gave me the fraud number which goes straight to voicemail and I have not heard back from them either. I bought the tickets to Vivid Seats and they have been trying to help me figure this out if theres anyway they can help, but Ticketmaster has not helped at all, and we will be able to go to this event.

      This is the absolute worst company. Outrageous fees, terrible customer support. I bought 4 tickets to the event, that should mean they are my tickets to do whatever I want with them and ticketmaster holds the right to refuse what I want to do with them. Its outrageous! Worst company!

      Terrible system and customer service , the customer service agent can't or won't help you if you understand what their saying because couldn't, I finally gave up because she was trying to tell me I already knew she just kept repeating herself

      I ordered Illinois vs ************ tickets for 11/30/24 at ************* in *******. I was starting to get concerned that I had not received the tickets via email about a week before the event. On 11/25 I tried to contact Ticketmaster but finally hung up after about a 1/2 hour wait. I tried a couple of days later and the same thing, about a 15 minute wait with no *** coming to the phonr. I went on chat and no *** came on chat the first time. A 2nd try at Chat and I had a *** come and said they would contact me in 3-5 business days. I also sent an email and an auto ***ly was sent that they will be resoving issue and someone will be reaching out shortly. Of course no one reeached out. The day of the game, I finally got an email saying that we will be resolving your issue to anser back with a YES or CONFIRM that you need help. I ***lied confirm and no ***ly. This was all happening while I am on the way to the game.I walked to the ticket booth and told them my situation. The gentleman at the the booth told me to check on the *** BALLPARK app. Gues what, it waas there. How in the world was i supposed to know that the tickets would be sent to this app. I guess because it's a baseball stadium. My question is, why wouldn't Ticketmaster informed me that is where my ticketsd would get delivered to. That is just completly inexcusable for Ticketmaster not to inform me of this. After learning of this, I checked back my emails and yes there was the email from Ballpark. I must have seen the email but did not open it thinking it was just an ad. The fact that they didn't inform me of the ballpark app is one thing but the lack of them not contacting me after so many attempts is incompetant and very dissapointing. Shame on you Ticketmaster!!. .
