      If you can help it... Dont ever do business with ticket master. I bought tickets and there was a website error during purchase that messed with my tickets. It didnt allow me to select my seats like other attendees could. It didnt show where I'm sitting on the seat map because the seat map was just a blurry stock photo. I went back and forth with customer service and was told I can't refund, cant change my mystery seat, and at the time I couldn't resell it. My ticket insurance claim was denied because they dont cover website errors. They said reach out to the venue but the venue never answered. Going back and forth and customer service was able to help be try to resell the tickets. At this point I already lost $27. Once I listed the tickets I was ANGRY because the email confirming they were up for sale SHOWED MY ROW AND SEAT NUMBERS!!!? There was no way to see where I was sitting until I PUT THE TICKETS UP FOR SALE! I felt tricked out of money. I have disabilities and would NOT have chosen to attend this event if I couldn't pick an aisle seat. **************** insisted this was an error on my part but my partner had no problem going through the same process and picking seats. I cant fit in details but along the way I was lied to multiple times, and if I even MENTIONEDZ disability then they suddenly make it about ADA ******** Thats not what I asked for. Instead of having a solution to a website error (happens to businesses a lot) instead Ticketmaster corners you into a loss. Theres no solution for when they mess up and they admitted that. What a joke. I will reporting this to the BBB too. This was my first time buying tickets I'm honestly never buying tickets again. My partner usually does it and I just wanted to surprise him for Valentines day. Big mistake. This feels like it should be against the law. I felt completely cornered into spending money.

      First off, my account got hacked which they had a major data leak so that doesn't surprise me. I was contacted by ticketmaster asking if I was the one buying the tickets because it didn't seem right and I told them not to process the transaction. The person was trying to transfer the tickets and I told them not to do anything. Next day comes around and they process the transaction over drafting my bank account. I was able to get the money back but I accumulated 3 overdraft fees at ***** a piece, plus I had to drive to the bank to put cash in so it didn't overdraft anymore. I was able to get my money back through feuding it with my bank but wasn't able to get my overdraft fees reimbursed. So I contacted ticketmaster and told them they should reimburse me because I told them not to do the transaction in the first place. They refuse to reimburse me, I told them I was even willing to take credit towards a new purchase but they don't seem to care. I requested an address to send paperwork for small claims and they refused to give me that as well. I did end up finding the corporate address so maybe I'll try that. I doubt ill get anywhere, just shows you us peons don't really matter. I know ill never support anything to do with ticketmaster from here on out.

      If there was no fraudulent activity then why did I get the funds reimbursed? Just proves who ever wrote this reply has no idea what theyre talking about but please continue, youre only further proving that Ticketmaster is a sham of a business. As long as I live Ill never support anything to do with Ticketmaster and Ill continue to encourage other people to do the same. Thank you and have nice day. :p

      I bought tickets through Ticketmaster online for a Penn State Football game. My tickets were stolen out of my account a few days before the game. I called Ticketmaster about this and had no resolution before the event occurred. My resolution only occurred 3 months after the event occurred. I was told by Ticketmaster that I would receive a refund for the tickets since we were unable to go to the game. Only after countless phone calls made to Ticketmaster customer service and multiple promises from Ticketmaster that I would receive a refund and receive a call from the fraud department, did I receive my check in the mail. I paid $342 for the tickets and got a check in the mail for $61. How does that add up???After many more calls to Ticketmaster I did finally receive my full refund. However, the average person would have given up after sitting on hold for hours at a time. Their customer service team is terrible and the wait time to actually speak to a real person is horrendous. I never did hear from the fraud department after multiple promises that I would hear from someone, and they were never able to provide me a phone number for this department either, leading me to believe that their fraud department is non- existent. Ticketmaster would have stolen my $342 if I would not have been so persistent. I will never buy tickets through them again.

      They allow their resellers to make things whatever price they want and have no rules or regulations regarding that but if you purchase anything you are screwed. They have made it so you have to buy from them to attend almost any event. They do not care about their customers or consumers all they care about is getting their money.

Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including websites, apps, and box offices. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.       Similarly, we facilitate third party ticket resale transactions, but do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations of those resale tickets. Please be aware that resale tickets are often posted for sale on our site at prices that are higher than their original prices.

      Ticketmaster is the worse company I have ever dealt dealt with, My browser activity has been suspended for 7 days. I have emailed , called , etc daily and they keep telling me they will get back to me.. It is complete,y ridiculous.

      customer service is poor if you try to contact them you spend hours on phone only to be handed off to another length hold. DO NOT BUY ANY EXTRA SUCH AS PARKING OR HOTELS! THEY ARE SCUM!

      My experience with Ticketmaster has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to help others understand the challenges I faced.The issue began when I tried to transfer tickets to a buyer and discovered that Ticketmaster required account validation via text message. Unfortunately, the phone number on file for my account was incorrect, and I did not recognize the last four digits shown. Despite my repeated efforts, I was unable to update my phone number or validate my account in any other way.Heres what Ive done to resolve this issue:Contact Attempts: My first outreach to Ticketmaster was on November 13. Since then, Ive contacted them multiple times, including calls, emails, and chats. I even requested a callback and supervisor assistance several times, all of which went unanswered.Voicemails to the ***************** I called the Ticketmaster fraud department on 11/25, 12/2, 12/6, 12/9, and 12/14, leaving voicemails each time. Not once did I receive a return call.Chats and Email *********** I had chats with Ticketmaster agents, was given a new reference number, and was assured of a callback that never came. Additionally, my emails sent on 12/6 and 12/14 went **************** Calls to General Support: On 12/9 and 12/14, I spoke with general support agents who admitted they couldnt help me but promised a callback before the event. No one ever called back.What Ticketmaster has failed to do:Allow account validation via email as an alternative method due to fraud. Provide timely and responsive customer service, including honoring promises for callbacks or follow-ups.Resolve the core issue of updating my phone number so I could transfer tickets as intended.The most disappointing part of this experience is that I exhausted every option available to me and went above and beyond to fix the issue. The fault lies squarely with Ticketmaster for their lack of responsiveness and ineffective support system.

      Ticketmaster owes me $800 from selling tickets to concerts I havent been able to attend. Ive been calling al year and they just admitted that nobody has ever tried to call me back. You legitimately need to work with a lawyer to get your money back..

      Event was rescheduled due to Hurricane ******. The website states refunds can be issued due to reschedules but they are telling me I can't get a refund...Like what?! I never have good encounters with Ticketmaster...never. How are they allowed to operate in this manner with such grave reviews from the BBB and nothing be done about it?!

      Do not use Ticketmaster to purchase your tickets. Ticket would not download to my phone. Spent 4 days trying to have it sent to my email address. Impossible!!! No help from Ticketmaster...suggested to go to the box office to see if they could help me, try a relative's phone or get another phone. Paid $15 for a very stressful experience.FIRST AND LAST TIME USING TICKETMASTER.

      Our records indicate that the ********** has already printed your tickets for the event, so you will just need to present your valid photo ID, purchasing card and the order number when you arrive.
