In September of 2021 I purchased tickets to the Jbalvin concert which we canceled this year. The money was refunded to a checking account that's been closed. I have tried to explain this by chat ( BECAUSE THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH TICKETMASTER IS EITHER BY CHAT OR MAIL) and I have gotten nowhere. **** from Ticketmaster Fan ******* responded with the information I already knew, that it was deposited such date etc. How does a ******** get their refund if the original checking account has been closed?
All Im asking is for my money back, ticketmaster owes me $380.80
Such a big corporation and you don't have a LIVE person to assist, instead you have a CHAT that takes days to get a response from an agent.Ticketmaster Corp

We purchased concert tickets on Ticketmaster.com for the *************************: "2023 and Me Tour" for October 21, 2022. Order #:************. The event was advertised on social media, local radio stations, and word of mouth as a solely one comedian show, with ************************* being the sole and main event. We were very excited to go to the show.
Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. ************************* was NOT the main liner of the show. He was the host of the show. Numerous novice comedians participated in the show. Nearing the end of the show, more known comedians, ******************* and ***************************, performed. However, ************************* was only the host of the show! We purchased tickets ($156.80) to see *************************. We feel tricked and bamboozled. The promoter didn't even have signs of all of the performers at the event venue!
We attempted to contact Ticketmaster by phone. Unfortunately, the line was busy. Hence, we contacted them by chat on their website. The representative informed ** that since we went to the show, the Event Organizer does not permit refunds for past events. I proceeded to ask who was the Event Organizer (in hopes that I could contact them directly), I received no response!
We are very disappointed and now upset by the lack of service Ticketmaster provided and definitely, how the Event Organizer did not disclose the proper intent of the show. We would like a refund for our trouble. We spent time, gas, parking fees, and of course, venue ticket fees for something that should be deemed false advertisement!Ticketmaster Corp

Our apologies for the confusion, but being that Katt Williams was there & that the standard tickets sold on Ticketmaster are owned by our clients, we cannot fully refund this order. We have refunded all your service fees on the order as a courtesy which should reflect in the account used for purchase within 3-5 business days. -THReview fromMegan B

Hello,
We're sorry for the trouble. According to our records, we tried to send your payment to your debit card but it was declined by the card network. You then updated your payout method to your bank account, but when we tried to send the two micro deposits to the bank, they failed to go through. The notes on the posting state it is an invalid account. Please delete your bank account and reenter it. Once the system updates, which takes 5-7 days, you will be sent two new micro deposits to verify your account. Once the bank account is verified, your full payout will resume processing. -MeredithMegan B

I bought the Blackpink's Oct 26 ****** concert tickets for me and my friends. Ticketmaster set up wait rooms and everything so we were all super nervous about not getting tickets. When the purchasing window was opened, the pricing was absolutely crazy, with cheapest tickets I can even get my hands on are $260 each and far far away from the stage. I bought them, only to find out now the seats super close to the stage are selling at almost half of what I paid for. This is beyond frustrating, as now I want either a full refund or an exchange to better seats. They also turn off the resale so I can't even sell the ticket (well I'm unlikely to sell the ticket with original price anyway). The whole process is very unpleasant and I will not buy tickets from ticketmaster anymore. Just Ewwwww.Ticketmaster Corp

Hello,
We truly apologize for the frustration. Regretfully, we do not set the ticket prices or what tickets get released when. We are contracted out to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers. You agreed to the terms and conditions when making your purchase.
Please note, that during high-demand sales, tickets are available first-come, first-served, and not guaranteed. In some instances, events on our platform may have tickets that are "market-priced," so ticket and fee prices may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing." The face value price (also known as the established price or base ticket price) is determined by our clients. In many circumstances, face value prices are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the event but prices can, and are often are, adjusted up or down over time. In either case, Ticketmaster collects the face value price and remits it to our clients.
Upon checking your order, we do show a full refund was issued on October 21, 2022, which should be posted back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. -MMReview fromInese S

I had to sell tickets back, because by accident I had purchased wrong tickets to San Francisco 49ers vs ****************** game. Instead of seats I somehow had purchased standing room only tickets. I tried to contact Ticketmaster and exchange tickets for tickets with seating. I got response, that my tickets do not qualify for refund, nor exchange, but I was offered to sell my tickets. I followed all the steps required, entered all the information they asked- my tax Id or social security number, address and my full bank account info. They listed tickets for sale, stating that if they would sell, I would get money deposited to my bank account. There was no option available to get refund to my debit card. I was upset to lose about 80$, but I didn't have choice, since it would be too hard for my husband to stand on his feet for entire game. Total amount I paid for 2 tickets, including all fees was $330.31. When I listed my tickets for the price that I paid for each ticket, they said I would get total of $250. Ok, so be it. My tickets supposedly sold on 10/12/22. I received an email and it said I would get the deposit within 5 to 7 days. Today, on 10/20/22 I received e mail that stated- 1. Look for two small deposits from Ticketmaster in your bank account (# ########). (It showed last 4 digits of my account) 2. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account, go to the "Payment options" page, click the "Verify Now" button, and enter those amounts in the spaces provided. When I checked my bank account, there was no two small deposits. I tried to reach out to their **** center, I was chatting with automated system all day, and all it kept repeating was- in order to deposit your payment provide your payout method. My payment method (full bank information- routing number, account number) since 10/10/22. Please help to get my money back! This whole situation caused a lot of head ache for me. I work hard, and $250 is a lot of money for me!Ticketmaster Corp

Are you kidding me?! I deleted my account from your website and changed my payout method to debit card, as your automated system recommended. And I have to say, it was not easy to figure out how to add debit card as the payout method. Today I finally see two small amounts deposited. I can't verify it now, since I don't have my account linked to ticketmaster. Are you going to deposit my money via my debit card? Here is what you messaged me on 10/20/22, 15:48 GMT-
"I see that you need to finish providing your payout method before we can pay you.
You have 2 payout options when listing your tickets for sale:
· Debit Card (US Accounts Only)
· Our preferred and easiest method to get paid. Requires no verification process on your part.
· Checking/Savings Account (ACH)
· If you have chosen to get paid via ACH, you'll need to verify your account before we begin to process your payment.
· More info on how to do this, click: How do I verify the two Ticketmaster deposits to get paid by direct deposit? (https://help.ticketmaster.com/s/article/How-do-I-verify-the-two-Ticketmaster-deposits-to-get-paid-by-direct-deposit)".Inese S

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had 4 of the highest VIP tickets to a concert which included a package with each ticket that came with exclusive merchandise and other things. I ended up coming down with Covid the day before the concert and transferred my tickets to a group of my friends so they could enjoy the show and get the treatment. They arrived too late to experience a lot of the package because it was a last minute thing but they got there with enough time to pick up the merchandise as the email they sent said they'd be able to until 7:30pm and they were there almost 30 minutes beforehand. When they finally found the vip tent, it was empty. After misleading the group multiple times, the venue staff finally told them that they had packed up and left early. To email livenation/ticketmaster and they'd ship me the merch. First I contact livenation who completely ignore my entire email to tell me that they needed to have photo ID and be approved names to grab the merch- despite the fact the tickets were under his *********** were gone win my friends got there. After back and forth where the representative I spoke to kept making the same argument, they agreed to send the merch. An hour or so later I get a email from Ticketmaster reiterating the photo ID statement (as though it's relevant) and telling me I won't be getting any merch because the moment I transferred the tickets to my friend they lost all VIP status. So I bought $2000 for general pit tickets? These companies are scalpers AND scammers. You may find cheaper tickets here but you do not want to have to contact with them about any issues because you can GUARANTEE they will find a way to s**** you over.Ticketmaster Corp

We purchased tickets for a concert. The concert was postponed due to covet. We optioned to wait for the rescheduled date. The event was then postponed again, a year later. Again we optioned to wait for the rescheduled date. A year later the concert was cancelled and we where told we would get our refund within 14 days. We never received our refund. We went through the prompts on the web site as you can never speak to anyone on the phone. We were told that the refund was applied to our card, however our card service has no record. We requested the transaction number applied to our refund and now we get no response from Ticketmaster at all.Ticketmaster Corp

For what it's worth, Ticketmaster gets 0/5 stars. They allow bogus sellers to sell resale tickets on their website. They do not verify third-party sellers. They do NOT give refunds even when refunds are allegedly available. There is no reliable ******* number or way to contact any kind of customer service. They do NOTHING for the customer. Buy at your own risk - chances are, you WILL get ripped off. $650 lost on rip-off ******* tickets. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs, unless you want massive amounts of money stolen from you with zero assistance.Ticketmaster Corp

I ordered tickets online to be delivered electronically. I paid for the tickets. Payment has posted to my account and I have to wait until the day before the event to know if I actually have tickets or not. They are holding my money and earning interest on it and I have no idea if I have tickets or not. 34 days is too long to wait even if they were mailing my tickets. I had to sell back tickets due to health problems that occurred, no longer allowing me to attend the event. I received numerous emails stating that my info needed to be updated to receive payment. I had updated the info as told and yet, these emails continued to come and my payment continued to be delayed. When looking in my account info and on their account page on their website, my info was correct. I was told to allow 14 business days and be patient. I understood this and was more than patient but 30 days later, this continues to be an issue and no help is being offered. Each time I ask to speak to someone instead of a bot, all communication ends and we go back to the beginning of being promised my funds in 14 business days. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've done everything they have asked and confirmed my information multiple times. It's beyond frustrating and I am getting nowhere. I would not recommend using Ticketmaster to sell back your tickets. I was unaware that many others had faced this same issue before I had began this process. That was a huge error on my end.Ticketmaster Corp
